NeoTrack - School Bus Tracking

If the kid boarded bus other than the usual bus then the other bus should be shown in app to track the bus route. In other words, along with regular bus, app must show the location/route/notification of new bus kid has boarded.

After downloading the app and on entering the registered phone number , the app says invalid user .I called Neotraxk support and mentioned the issue and was advised that I should use it post 6 AM , on day 1 of transportation and same issue .Are we really interested to resolve problem ?

Some it works, sometimes it doesn't. Now I am not able to login. It says invalid user even after right credentials.

The app's interface is extremely user-friendly. Login and controlling of the app is quite easy. The accent of voice alerts based on bus arrivals and departures can't be understood easily as the accent doesn't get accustomed to Indian speakers and listeners. The pickup and drop points is sometimes neither shown on the map nor in the widget below the map. Otherwise, tha app is great 👍.

Not able track, it is stuck and not responding.

Wonderful app!! The interface is easy to understand and operate . The developers have done an amazing job to make the app look simple and not sophisticated like other tracking apps. Best of all there are no ads.

Customer support is extremely poor. The app stopped working for me 2 weeks ago. I got in touch with their support and they fixed it , but it stopped working again after a week. Contacted their support several times through SMS and phone but they didn't bother to respond.

support needs to improve. change of route needs to be done with little hassle. otherwise the app is very useful to tracking departure and arrival. ( my issue wad resolved promptly after intial miscommunication )

very good tracking system with notifications. we can even play back the vehicle movement to know at what time the vehicle was at a particular location or to know any deviations in route.

Best GPS app for School bus. Much better then Northstar App. Have used for a year with zero downtime and accurate results. Pls try and add more features like notification alert when the bus is in a specific range

This app is a saviour for parents. Don't have to rush to bus stop and wait for the school bus. It alerts if the bus route changes from allocated route. Also notifies pick and drop. This is good.

Very good to track the exact location of the school bus... There is scope for more enhancements like location based(pickup point and dropping point) access to door, stationery alert, etc..,

Track updates happening at a slow pace, alerts dont come on time. Even if we keep the app open for tracking, screen get locked after time out period.

app is good for tracking school bus. one star less for vehicle selection button doesn't appear some times and hangs. this button could be redesigned

It's basically gud.. sometimes it's showing that bus reached at destination while bus is still moving n away from destination. And it's stopped showing time left to reach at destination. This issue come while dropping at home

lot of improvement is done in the past one year, appreciate the good work, keep up the good work. Reliable apart from 1 or 2 occasion when app was not working

Lot better compared to the earlier app that school was using for tracking.. very consistent..in between observed issues with path in the map .. raised a ticket.. and it was resolved..

It is an amazing app . Very necessary for school students. Only negative is it does not show the accurate location coordinates.

Route map is good and issue resolution is prompt. They are not able to add stops in app for long time.

now its working ...but ensure after one week there should not be any hardware issue from 4jan its not working.. Very poor service from one week this app not working , every day they are sending msg of technical issue ..Worse service ,my advise - should not be preferred for business from any school , even their msging service is poor , when bus left after 15 minutes msg comes for approx arriving time..... What u guys doing its been more than one month n it's not working always showing offline

From last week it works only on mobile data internet. When connected to broadband it stops working. Confirmed at my end all settings in mobile is correct

Old app is accurate when compared new version. Now a days it shows always "Lost communication with vehicle" status, even vehicle is in town limit . Before 10 minutes vehicle status SMS service also not working.

It is very useful for school students and it is not showing the exact location of the buses because of that students are missing their bus many times.It is showing the wrong timing.

Very usefull app. But the problem is, moving icon is very slow even in fast network coverage.

I like this app, it's used to track my kids whereabouts while commuting. The tracking is very accurate, no delay whatsoever!

I was using this app with the registered mobile no. After account created i got confirmation via sms. I uninstalled and installed after few days. I tried to login with userid and pwd that i recieved via sms and got a message as follows.Cant able to login again after uninstalling. It says invalid user.

It's a good real-time app, accurate & updated. Can rely on it any time. Happy & reviewing them after 1yr of usage.

It is very useful and accurate app to track your loved one's on their way to and back from school!

Good App to track the kids school bus.... please color the route with other than yellow...since school bus is also yellow in colour...it's not visually appealing.
