I always purchase Sajilo Prepaid package. Which includes VOICE Package, SMS package and Data Package, all of certain limits. But whenever i need to call someone, instead of deduction from VOICE PACKAGE, my main balance gets cut. What is the use of buying the Sajilo Prepaid package and wasting money, if there is always a deduction from the main balance. Very unsatisfied. Wasted lots of money in it. Never gonna use it next time.

The recharge scan option has some major problems finding the actual number. It keeps finding the serial number instead of the actual scratch number which is really frustrating. Third party apps I've used have easily found it without fail everytime so it's not hard to do.

Just didnt find it useful, thought i could see call usage history, but it keeps on saying, "Error of voice, there was error while processing your request, " Tried with two different numbers and mobike, also we cannot check our own profile, cannot check the own number, Only able to show the data pack volume left, you should improve the app, thank you

Worst app ever....i dont even know if they will read this reply but in case they did- there is no notification of the remaining data due to which everytime the main balance gets diducted.the app doesnt show data for each day instead shows the remaining whole data left for the month and if the data gets exhausted for the day there is no punctuality in the reminder!!

Such an waste network. Data does not work but data balance reduces continuously seriously. When I play online games I cant play one game properly without network lag. Iam sure that many peoples are suffering from this problem. Buying sim card of Nepal Telecom was my biggest mistake. That's why all peoples in nepal buy a wifi router instead of buying pack. Seriously, this network is still lagging when Iam posting this review.

Please fix the latest issue... when i open the app it say new version available to download and which i have already updated. If i choose ok it takes me to play store (uninstall/open options only available) and if i cancel it closes the app. I cannot open the app.

Hello everything is going good in this app but I want to request to NTC it should be added e-billing (i.e online sopping , pay for paid app in play store, top up in games or apps etc. through the mobile balance) then the NTC become more popular. I have downloaded this app because I saw the mobile top up option in photo on play store but this is not working properly . When I tap on it , it said for self or other, when I tap on self ,It just back please add this feature

The Scan function in this app uses the macro camera of my phone ( Redmi Note 8 Pro ) instead of main camera which makes it impossible to scan the card. It was not the issue with my previous phone. Please fix this bug with an update.

the thing is I use it to subscribe packages and add balance for my parents mobile. A notification feature in this app when the packages or balance is gonna run out would be really helpful.

Please bring all Nepal voice pack, so that we can call over all network, like ncell has introduced now. Till then 4 star only. However, It's a wonderful app from Ntc. Will give 5 stars after you bring all Network voice pack like ncell. I don't wanna shift to ncell.

I'm just rating 1 star because of recharge scan . When i scan recharge it try to recharge with*411*pin#.which does not work actually. if you solve this problem i swer a will rate it 5 star. thankyou

This app is useless. It doesn't work properly. When you check your usage history, it will show you error. There are many other problems in this app.

I am giving it 2 because it may have worked for me but when i tried to register for new account it says not a registered account when i try to login and asks to enter the sent otp. When i do the same it says invalid otp. How could this be, the latest otp is the one i am entering. Very irritating process. Account is yet not activated. And i know they won't respond to this review too. 🥵🥵🥵

This app doesn't work properly... When I have 20 minutes left for 1hour pack it shows as 1hour is still left and when I keep using it..It uses my balance. If it's bug or any anything it must be removed...

This app is awesome but I want to let u tell that make it that we can see our call details like NCELL app that must be better for all when we want to see it we were not able to see so add that option here. Otherwise it's perfect app

Dont download this app you can do all activities without this damn app. Worst app ever. It requires password before log in but which password?who the hell know the password. And it doesn't sent code too. According to this app i don't like to give a star but i can't post without rating....

Not good NTC App. Not having even basic features like SMS. NTC just want to collect money from customer through this App. Learn from your competetor NCELL and other similar international telecom app providers or even from Indian ones. Lots of Nepali living & working abroad can benefit from such app. It is sad to note that NTC use to provide web based free SMS to its custumers is no longer available.

Update the UI, it's awful... Also, improve the APIs, it does not function and fails to load the data most of the time.

There's a bug in this app. When not connected to the internet and trying to buy packs, when you opt to buy daily 200mb data pack the auto generated message by the app is DATA2000MB instead of 200Mb. Please fix it asap.

Hi, this app should be developed like ncell where we find the option to add multiple numbers, and also finger print to login.

This ntc app is nothing in compared to Ncell app as Ntc app doesn't provide free 200 mb data per month nor does it provides free 10 sms per day as compared to Ncell App. Also to mention that the User interface of this NTC app is so unfriendly and disgusting, So Inorder to attract more people Ntc App must eradicate those problems otherwise the Ntc App is garbage as compared to Ncell App.

Gift packs failed. Please solve issues while gifting voice packs. I got otp but don't get validation pupup. Please fix this bug.

It's a handy and comfy app though too many complaints in the NT services. I can see my personal data info, do transactions all here, that's great.

Some text in some slides are impossible to read. Both text colour and background are white. Suggest to change both background and text colour.

There is so expensive data package in ntc. I used to unlimited data package but there is just works 1 Gb at the full speed. after consumed 1 Gb the connection speed is very low(33 kb/sec).

The latest update adds most requested feature ie usuage history. Working fine so far but details take a bit long to load. FNF feature also seems to be working. Good update overall 👍

If this app includes e-sewa load and e-sewa transfer system , it creates shaving habits of customers. As well as its easy to load money when there is no balance. I hope it will included.

Useless app it does not work with my iPad. I want recharge for adsl but can't . It was so simple with the old home page of NT.
