Nepalekart (Instant Recharge to Nepal)

It's nice and too fast app for pay bills and recharge. And now I'm giving a 2 star because it takes much charge ( fee) when we recharge nepal from india in that time it takes too much fees so it's cosyly for common people

This is an awesome app for recharge from india to nepal i have ever seen. Hats off to the owner for this amazing job,and for making easy to recharge in nepal for lakhs of people living in india for different purpose. App doesn't have any problem, if someone is complaining or giving bad review than s/he dont know to use mobile and apps. It is excellent and best .

Nepalekart website and app functionality is good But the payment gateway / bank charges are very very high , it really pinches the pocket , u need to really do something to lower these additional charges as soon as possible. Secondly it will be really great if you can make the indo nepal money transfer process online..rather then the current process of sending u mails...u can tie up with prabhu money or ime and try to make the process online..also keep the charges competitive with the market.

Time to delete app, there is no Payment getway inside . It was good earlier. Now there are others apps available in play store which are good and also there is money transfer option available..

Its a terrible experience the customer service was very bad once we complain then they suddenly cut our phone even they are response in watapp its seven days i have been wait for my money refund but when I call them now they told me it will takes more seven day if your are not there to help us. Than why your running this app you should have to remove this app from play store.

At the beginning it works really good I recharged many a times to my relatives in Nepal but from last 2 days when I go to recharge after selecting mob number and amount there is no other payment mode except wallet. I'm tired of this, tried so many times but not showing other payment mode then what is the use of this app.

Bad experience, I transferred some money to nepalekart through scanner, but can't find it in my naplekart wallet still. Also, the customer service rep through whatsapp never replied back to my problem till date.

I dont what suddenly happens with this app ..4 days ago i tried to rechage but app was showing that there is no enough deposit ,then i added to money in wallet and tried many times in these 4-5 days but there is no change .

very bad ui. very bad customer, they do not know how to talk to the customer. if someone is complaining definately something is wrong but they wont understand that rather they speak like holigans as if we have done some mistake by using their service. they are good for nothing. they do not have a proper ui to select a phone number from phone number and if you make any mistake while typing the whole money goes to other's a/c. before using this application think 100 times.

Customer care service is horrible. No-one answers the call. I have made a transaction and they deducted the amount but the transaction was not made. It's not even showing in the transaction history.

Please fix bugs & improve app. Every time while recharging its getting error and app is not responding. Also recharge rates are getting high.

Best aap for recharge the mobile and other bills. but is is expensive for mobile recharge. suggest few discount or coupen facility for regular customer.

There no much more pay options at least google pay and payment should be there that's the India's no 1 pay options whatever you guys put as options no 1 knows it so please work for that first. Also your commission rate is to high think about that also thank you.

Your update is working very poor. Its loading high while opening and while login and select amount loading loading... your server admin need to check. Totally App is hanging . Fast service is need . For one time reacharge its take 10min waste of time

Everything is very good, there is a little service charge in sending money to Nepal. If it were reduced then it would have been perfect but

Not even a one star for this application after all the sign up process is done iam unable to log in it says your account is deactivated.without out activating a account they r deactivating I suggest not to download this app it seems a fraud application thank u

Dear Sir i am not able to login ☹️ via your application. Always say "Your application deactivate please contact administration" normally always i have use your web site to done all recharge.

Before 1st April, you were doing very well, after that the company used to load conda payment is very wrong, it does not show any security to load money and at least ₹ 1000 is loaded. कंपनी को चाहिए पहले की तरह यूपीआई एप्स के यूपीआई ऐप से पेमेंट लोड तो 400. 500. तक आदमी रिस्क ले सकता है भीम एप के द्वारा 1000 लोड लोड करने के कोई सुरक्षा गारंटी है

App is very good but recharge processing fees to more Please less the processing fee and the Indo Nepal money transfer service like IME nepal If you solve these two problems your app number will come up.

A long time I'm using this Nepali kart application I m a happy but Meter reading while paying electricity bill Meter reading facility also had to be provided And the charge for mobile recharge was too much and had to be reduced a little
