Worst service. No option to turn off auto-renewal of membership in the app. No response to mails.

App does not work even after registration and creating account. I am told the credentials are invalid. Please look into this login issue at the earliest.

Totally disappointed and waste of time. First you have to go through hell of a stuffs to create new account then i waited few days to find a match but after i got matches i found out I can't text or contact them without buying premium membership. You guys should come up with better ideas when theres already tons of app which allows us to chat for free.

payment process is very bad so we cannot pay and this option is not available in nepal

Agar zero star dene ka option hota to m wo bhi na deti. Only waisting of time in this app. Worst app👎. If this app can not work properly in nepal, then why this made up for nepali peoples. Really irritating and ofcourse time waiting too. Was trying several time to pay for membership but payment can't proceed. 😠😠

Everytime there is a lag plus my profile is under review since agaes. I am not allowed to update anything. When I opt for upgrades and payments, it show me option for raising a complaint. Are you guys really serious on such sensitive matters? Thank you for your response. I have created my profile 3 times and each time after a wait for 2 days in the name of review, my profile is unaccessible and I got a notification that my profile does not exist. Have never imagined of such a pathetic app.

This app cheats on its customers... i had turned of the auto renewal option still my amount got deducted...i sent an email for refund last week and i still dint get a response...dear users please dont take the paid subscription of this app

Incorporate the in app purchases feature so that we can pay through google play after adding a debit/credit card. But you made it very difficult because payment is required in every step

This app frauded me. Last time, I paid 2500 rs. by cradit card. Next slot , they deducted money 8500 rs for 3 months without my permission or knowlegde help of auto dabit. Than I resquested them to refund the money again and again, but did not respond. Then I thought, it 's ok, I would use this package, but after ten days, without return my money, they canceled my paid membership and ask again to pay money.

I don't know why this app is not working to have direct connection with partners. Either you are going to do the payment as well. No way to upgrade the app. That's not working. Could anyone suggest how to upgrade and how does it works...

I have been trying to upgrade but the payment is not accepted... It has been many months now.. even with the latest update it's the same...

Service is not good. I am facing problem last 4 month and Attempt 30th time for payment, but paymant not proceed, 7 time email already send by me but not Reply. Full Time waist app (error we are unable to process your payment, sorry please try Again) Biggest failure app in my career. bcoz First App 30th time try in my Whole Life. ( 30th time app try region only someone is Waiting but still I have no any option for payment)

It is not easy to use in nepal. please change payment method then its most helpful for nepali people. That payment system what you provide in this app it is not easy for nepali people.

After having so many bad but real comments, why are you guys still running ads instead of improving the products? You are saying it's a Nepali Matrimony and your system can not even dected the Nepali Phone Number which stats with 97. Come on guys, stop the Ad ,work on it, make it better, people will come to you and. Wish you all the best

Why is it compulsion to provide my cell no. ..I may not be interested to share cell no. till I am sure person is match..so why am I need to provide cell no. during login..and it do have problem in login too..worst app ever. Gonna uninstall it..

Spam app, this app built to collect your detail only, no match making ,Very Very poor app with horrible customer service, please do not install it, I have reported to delete this app from google play store too.

Where is the head office of this Nepali metronomy app is it in Dubai...? Who is the owner of this app is it Dubai based...? Why it Is showing payment options currency only in U.S doller .. whether mostly peoples belong to many countries like India and Nepal. So why should not showing in Indian rupees and Nepali rupees currency. Why it is always showing in only U.S doller. And why your payment system accepted by only by PayPal and why not indian Paytm Google pay and local Nepali payment apps.

This app is good for nothing....I tried almost 6 times to make payment....but everytime got msz try it after sometimes. Customer support team also say the same thing try later on...

Asks for credit card before even shoing profile. This is not a free app. Uninstalling right after few minutes.

In the password part, we add password but still there shows error instead of creating account.

I dont find it useful.Asks for upgrde.Although to be connected or to message it should be free.
