The app is quite useful and informative but no password reset feature. Hope it will be updated with new features very soon.
The worst app no option to reset the password
Finally in play store. The premium calculator is not working, please fix it. Hopefully the calculation will be more accurate than the older versions. Clients and agents using Iphone will be waiting for the IOS version.
No option to reset the password. Even trying to reset it on desktop site, it asks to visit nearest nlic branches. While visiting branch, not a single employee knows about it. Tried naxal and kamaladi branch of nlic but not sorted out the issue. Employees there dont know anything about it. hope nlic will add reset password feature in next update.
previous premium calculator was better and works offline but date option is good in new one, how do you login to agent and when you are logged in you cannot calculate premium.
premium calculator is not working and again after logout without signin it enters into the information page. logout doesnot working.
Cannot use offline, No reset option in case of password forget, To register policy detail DOB section is very complicated to entry, No other payment options
unable to loging in, before uodate i was able o login and check my policy bdetails but after updates iam not able to login in , app says invalid user.
Its fast, good and flexible but it is not use with out internet....
Just good to see paid premium! verities of services not provided!
It is not easy to use and how should user know about bima policy without log in .....useless!

Need to upgrade this app. Does not work and make it available offline too.
Please make the app offline for premium calculator so that we can calculate premium without data connection.

Useless app... I tried Jeevan Sahara Policy Premium Calculation... it says age must be between 16 to 65. even when the age was about 40 years.

The worst app I have ever used. DOB option doesn't allow to type date manually . We have to swipe for half an hour. This app doesn't have any feature except premium history . ๐ก๐ก๐ก
