Worst app Even esperta doesn't connect automatically need to re find my machine for it to connect can't order capsules from there and sometimes doesn't connect to Internet even though every other app works fine

Can make orders for delivery without issues but the loyalty scheme does not allow you to collect the points as the codes are always rejected. When scanned or typed - both have the same result: reject.

It's 2022,and the app doesn't support Google Pay, PayPal, nor Klarna. Even autofill doesn't work properly on credit card info. Wow!

Worst 1st experience ever! So, i just brought a machine, and the app is not working. I can login into browser, but not on app. And the password must be too complicated, like a NASA account. Maybe i go back on my Philips...i allready spent 45min for nothing...

None of the problems was solved you broke it even more. Now Bluetooth does not even go to the screen to search. When trying to login it says you offline. Samsung Galaxy S21. You now lost a customer moved over to Deloghi Update done still error you offline

This app could be a good one but is always bugging. It makes you lose points constantly by saying you're offline while you're trying to register them. When you try again, it says the points have already been registered, although they haven't. It's not a matter of good network, it just bugs and lags all the time... and it has always been this way. Save yourself the effort and just use the website instead.

A poorly-executed app with most of the budget spent on the looks instead of the code and optimization, hasn't been working properly in over a month. Worse yet, after weeks waiting for an "unexpected error" when trying to browse the available offers for points (the only reason I got the app) to get sorted, I checked the app store, downloaded the update that it doesn't tell you is available, and now I can't log in. All I get is a message to try again later. Offers aren't worth the hassle.

The app is great when it is for scanning. But most of the time the app gets lagged, hanged or even stopped. So I rather logged in to the website. I hope you can fix this problem. But the machine at capsules are fanstastic. Indeed we have a coffee shop experience at home. Thanks. More power. Merry Christmas to us. cheers☕

Okay but irritating. The app has great content if you can use it. Every time i want to look for recipes or new type of pods or any button you push you get a notification that you have no internet connection. I see the content in the background so i kno its there but the app is faulty. You can say its useless, i have the Esperta coffee machine so the app work nice with it only when it wants to. Please fix the app! Thank you

Stopped working on Android 12. I have Samsung Galaxy Note 20 pro. All worked well till update. Now the app cannot start pairing. Like cannot detect Bluetooth on.

Very slow, many lags and only scan some codes while the others shows me the "We are experiencing a technical issue, please try again later" error. The market is full of the compatible products. However, one of the reasons I am buying your coffee capsule is the Premio Program and collecting codes. Please fix this issue.

One of the slowest apps I've ever used. Tries to reset password, link is expired as soon as I use it from the first second. Navigation through the app is suitable for an app developed in 2010, it may tell that you're offline while you're not and may need long loading times as well. Not recommend.

Too many technical problems. Very slow app. Low performance (XA2 Sony mobile). To install firmware, we get a success message and the app still says that we need to upgrade for the same upgraded firmware. Points from QR code does not work (app informs that due to tech issues can't complete operation). I could connect my esperta Machine, however it is so slow that does not make sense to use app to command the equipment.

The app is the worst. Contact Dolce with no hope to fix the issue. I get a message, do you like the app, and wither I say yes or no, the app freezes with no exit. Even if I shutdown the app and reopen, I still get the same message with the same freeze. Worst customer service ever and dont recommend using this useless app and useless support!

Losing points when scanning and saying im offline, the app is poorly coded, there's not one day i press the "prizes" tab and it works, always an HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error ... its frustrating, the reason i have this app is so i dont have to the computer and check on your website. Fix it, its been years since this isnt reviewed, and no matter how many "upadtes" you "create" it seems everything stays the same. If you dont fix what its wrong whats the point on updating it then.

Initially, this app worked really well, but lately it won't connect to my machine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and it then works for a day or two before I have the same problem. Please help, as I love being able to change the temperature and set the time to make my coffee!

Doesn't work. Why create rewards programs with QR codes. Encouraging people to buy your product. Then it doesn't work. This is false advertising. You should be embarrassed about the poor execution.

The website (on mobile) kept refreshing, turned off auto translate - still the same. Download app, click 1st ad of PREMIO and it just refreshed the home screen, once you go into shop click the pictures not the text. The worst part was trying to pay. After selecting iDeal, choose the bank and click to pay it would give a "no internet connection" page. Had to go back to the webpage (desktop mode) and do my order from there so that I could pay. Love the machines, dislike the app/webpage so much

primitive and waste of time, can't place order, half of yhe page is out of the screen, can't fill the required fields. not tp talk about slow browsing and lack of easy navigation. we are in 2019 and such a big company is not able to make a sufficient software????? very strange???

Currently unable to add items to my cart unless I go through wish list and add them one at a time. But then there is no cart to go to so I can't check out. Love being able to look at my coffee on an app, but cannot buy. Still need to use a browser for that. Feel like it will be good when you get the bugs out of it. Good luck.

The worst app ever. All the time bugs. You need to always wait to load a page or its not responding or freezing and then you need to go again thru log in process. It's a shame to have such an app as the main ordering place and as Nestlé... The only alternative is buying in the store or Media Markt but obviously you can find only few flavours there. I'm always angry when I need to open this app... Just work it out!

How is it possible that a brand like yours cannot even afford a nativ, well designed, app. Half of it it's a WebView which they actually failed to correctly program for mobile. The other half is just something that was 100% sure to be made as quick as possible. Make something native and I'll give you 5 stars.

Absolutely useless app, currently not even working for days in a row. But even when you can use it, it is super slow and has the worst interface ever. Next to their poor supply of coffee, for weeks many flavors are out of stock and 0 feedback when this will be back in stock. Come on, you only make coffee, how difficult can it be. And their customer service is even worse, slow to respond and not giving any answers or just plain incorrect. Time to exploit other coffee options!

Nice app. Though it has problems with staying logged in. Also choosing gift is a problem due to log in failures. It all happened after the last update which took a month. 😞 I agree with the other comments. I like the coffee but the name.... 😔😔😔
