The app is excellent in many ways but is now too long and heavy. Two factor authentication for payment of amounts much less than tap cards allow is very heavy-handed and slows or aborts transactions. The cart renews slowly and the reminder that you should order in multiples of 50 is intrusive, takes up 2/3 of screen and should only appear once the cart has been confirmed, not at addition of each item. Previous version was much more fluid. Why break what didn't need fixing?

This app is slow and frustrating to use. When ordering pods for delivery, if there are pods not available for delivery the app will throw message telling you some items aren't available, but it won't show you which pods need to be removed. It is extremely slow to update the cart and to navigate between screens. It is not very intuitive (how do I delete old delivery addresses??). The Nespresso website is only slightly better to use.

I love the aesthetic of the app overall and ordering capsules from the app was quite an easy process. One thing I haven't been able to do via this app is to link my Vertuo Next machine to the Wi-Fi. I'm always connected to the Wi-Fi in my phone and The Vertuo machine is showing as connected in my Bluetooth list but as soon as I go to Connect to Wi-Fi in the app, the result always returns nothing asks me to "Refresh Wi-Fi list". The manual set-up method doesn't work as well. Please fix this.

Terrible. This app is atrocious. It lags, its slow, and 1 in 5 times at least the coffee selection doesn't even load so you can't choose. I like the coffee but the experience with the app, along with the lack of access to the coffee anywhere else, is driving me to get rid of my machine. Do something, soon, or you'll be losing more customers.

Adding to my earlier comment: App just feels like it's getting worse. Not up to par with the marketing of the product. Really don't like using app but we have to. :-( As others have commented, it's a very basic app and it doesn't always work smoothly, though my last transaction went fine. Honestly, it's fine but it lacks creativity. It really hasn't changed in the 7-8 years I've used it which says a lot.

This is a moronic app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, but without being able to rectify anything. I'm unable to delete items from my cart and if trying to add anything else it tells me that you can only select quantities of ten. Selecting 30 results in an error message (apparently 30 doesn't compute as 10 x 3); selecting 3 instead (thinking that perhaps the app identifies 3 as 3 x 10) results in an equally unhelpful error message. The app looks nice but I've given up using it completely.

Needs work. App is SO SLOW. The functionality is hyper sensitive to using the back arrow on your phone and will close the app if you're not careful. Applying promo codes only works half the time. The rest of the experience is clunky. Any time you try to go back you get kicked all the way out or back to the home screen. It has potential but they badly need a new UX designer. For a brand that hits well at a premium experience and product, the mobile technology is absolute trash.

I found it easy to use but was disappointed it didn't ask if I needed recycling bag or recycled bag collection 4th May 2022 It's a mess. Crawling. After pressing ORDER every amount I tried to add or change took ages with many tries. I never found a way to see how much credit I had on my account. Instead of a tick-box and drop. Down for each product you have to go to a new page. Must do better

Checkout is broken at Step 3 (Payment). At the bottom of this window you can choose either gift card or credit card. No matter what you choose, nothing happens. There is no field to enter any payment information. Clicking "Next" just reloads the same page. I have to make all purchases on the web version of their store. App is now useless.

Very slow. Was only able to purchase a machine as they were all listed on one page. I was unable to browse any other coffee or products. Equally the website had issues as I was unable to purchase a machine through the Web page...once I pressed add to bag (on several machines) they were not added to basket. So I downloaded the app.

Quite frustrating to use. Very buggy. Keeps kicking me out / shuts down when I Try to look at my last order. Not intuitive to add new offer. Subscription process also rather vague. A real let down from such a huge company as Nestle. Tassimo ordering has never been so difficult - makes me want to send the Nespresso machine back and go back to my old Tassimo.

Unusable. Server is always busy so I can't even login. Receive multiple notifications about an update for my machine but cannot act on them. Update. Can't even log in now. Doesn't recognise the exact same credentials as the website which I can log into just fine. You've lost a customer.

The app doesn't go past the loading screen unless you go to the setting and delete the cache and the date the force stop it and open it again and most of the time it wont load while you're on a wireless network so you have to use you're mobile date afterwards the application works fine but a bit slow to process anything you do

Considering the price of Nespresso machines and pods it's astounding just how poorly this app functions. You would think they would want you to order from them directly not through other retailers but they seem to actively want you to go elsewhere based on how often the shop section freezes and empties your cart. Additionally, if you change wifi networks it is impossible to update this information. I've tried everything suggested and my app and machine won't connect or allow updates.

The app has all the features you'd need to place coffee orders but it's slow and clunky and crashed 3 times while trying to place one order. Much easier to just order on the website. Not sure if it's a compatibility issue, using a pixel 6 pro.

Awful!! I'd give 0 stars if I could, it doesn't remember your 'recurring orders' you can't cancel them, you can't change them and can't change the delivery date, yet I still get reminders about my upcoming order. It didn't accept the starter offer so I've had to paid full price, wouldn't bother me if they hadn't sent me an offer but they did so I'm annoyed. It's taken my machine details but still sends options for the wrong machine.

Randomly adds items to your basket I've just nearly paid for an extra 30 capsules I handn't selected. The app shows a red warning " you must order a minimum of 50 capsules to proceed with delivery". I'm not a mathmatical marvel but I'm pretty sure that 5 sleeves of 10 capsules is 50. If you click and collect, you should be able to order less than the minimum of 50. Its difficult to order at a boutique if you are not sure what you want. Last time I ended up with items I didnt really want.

It's easy to use, however when going back and forth on the pages on the app, while it's reloading the page sometimes the app freezes and you have to shut it down and start all over again.

So so functionality. It would be nice to have millilitres shown against each pod in addition to the mug /cup names. It would also be handy to be able to touch a coffee from a last order list and see its details as opposed to just being able to change quantity. This is a variety complaint as opposed to an App gripe. More strengths at the lower end needed. There seems to be just a single 2 strength and no 3.

I was unable to determine the volumes of the cup sizes. The capsules have millilitres marked on them but the app runs on cup size. It is not easy to correlate between the two. When you click on a potential order please have the volume of that capsule included in the description.

This is a perfect example of just because you can make a device internet connected doesn't mean you should. Deviously convoluted steps are required to pair the device to your app. Even when the process steps are explicitly followed, you can imagine the app's creators howling with devilish glee when the pairing process fails. A needless superfluous function for little benefit to the user. The main benefit appears to be to justify call center positions to respond to customer complaints

My Nespresso vertuo next saved my life and showed me how to find my self worth. Its in every capsule, every drop. The app itself streamlines this process and never lets me go into a dry spell. The app is helpful, user friendly and stylish. It has never been easier to supply my addiction. Saves money and makes you look so much cooler. I'd rate it a 10 but it only goes up to 5. Its a TEN for me tho.

Can't connect. Appa says can't connect to machine and gives me an 800 number to call. That's the last thing I want to do. The app should include better and automated troubleshooting instructions.

Super laggy, and logic inside surprises. When you try to get a same day delivery and there's oos product, it wouldn't allow you to order and would never show why, so only trial and erorr (deleting positions that takes 7-10 sec due to loading) and only then you can place the order.
