Nestia - Making Life Simple

Very bad "black shop". I downloaded to use the shared umbrella, even topped up already and it keep showing me error. I emailed to ask how can I transfer back my money to my bank account, the email replied "unable to". So what now? Holding customer money and unable to use it, some more cannot get back our own money? This is nonsense. Complex interface that confusing users, thought there are functions to use but end up its all mashed up of info and ads, basically a junk app. Refund my money!

Previously I reviewed the deposit for renting umbrella was not refunded to me. After sending a feedback to Nestia on my issue, the Operations Executive promptly replied to me, informing me that they've manually terminated the order for me, and that status change should be immediate the moment I slot the umbrella back to the kiosk. Glad that deposit was refunded to me the next day. While there's still much improvement to be made on the guide to using umbrella, esp returning, cust svc was good.

This app still keep sending push notifications multiple times a day despite all the notification functions have been disabled. SPAMMY APP, uninstall!

Ppl urgent catch bus/ check stops that's y use your app, you set pop up upon app launch. Are you stupid? It's like seeing an ad in an emergency CPR video. So pointless to use this app alrdy.

Too many ads when opening the app. Would've missed the bus by the time I could check when it was arriving.

Bad experience leave a sour taste, even though I'm an ad-free subscriber, I don't know why there a still lot of ads. I had a great time while it lasted, but sadly I am totally ending my membership as an ad-free subscriber and will remove the application as soon as subscription end as soon as possible.

Scanned qr code at stand and then told me it's not working. The Google and fb sign up also did not work. Useledd and wasted 5mins of my time

Damn annoying the advertisement.i will stop using this app!!

Update: 30s ads shows up when you bring app up again from background. Nestia has been on my phone for almost a year and I pretty much keep it because of the mrt map and the news. Great job on the user retention. But recently with your new ads, I can understand you need to earn revenue to sustain but putting them at the wrong place is gonna cause more frustration to your well retained audiences. Please reconsider placing the 30 secs ads at the right place. Definitely not before the bus/mrt info.

I don't understand how news headers are sorted. If you have chosen Singapore News wonder what you will you be expecting, SG News or international? Well,not sure about the rest but I did see the world 😅

I downloaded this app for house rental search. It has too many outdated unit post which already 2 to 3 years ago, haven't been taken down. And the main problem is, I cannot see the available date from this app. I have to copy the link and go to Google chrome just to see the available date, to check whether is this post was outdated or not. Sadly, most of it are closed case where I messaged the agent, they all say rented/taken. Another problem is that I cannot whatsapp direct to the agent. Thanks

Terrible app, everytime you want to check bus timing, there'll be a huge pop up ad. Starting I was fine since you could just close it, but now they've moved to 30 secs video ads that you can't close until 15-20 secs has passed. Much better apps elsewhere if you want to check bus timing.

What happens to your app ,I try to top up the wallet from morning until evening,still show me network error pls try again.

Your constant shoveling of ads has turned the entire application to be buggy. Even though I have watched countless of ads, yet because there is too much of them that it bugs the application out rendering us readers being unable to read any news at all. Please fix this or you will soon lose your majority of supporters who have used your app for a long time, me included. Thank you. Useless when need it. Tried to scan the umbrella but it keep error. Used another phone same thing happen.

Startup very slow. More than 3 mins

It was good until all the ads started swamping in. I mean it's essential to earn ad revenue, but it's getting too much to a point that it's stupid and irritating to watch a 29s ad that I can skip. Can't you find other ways of earning revenues and still give users a hassle free experience??

just wanted to check bus timing... waited for 30 seconds because of ads. Might as well run to the bus stop because you don't know whether the bus is arriving and you have to wait 30 precious seconds to know whether you can walk or run to the bus stop. App is useless if its not convenient, and ironic because it is the motive of the app.

Terrible experience trying to use the application to rent an umbrella, even after topping up my wallet and setting fingerprint id multiple issues keep popping up preventing me from renting one. Either 'no connection' which is absurb since I just topped up via the internet or continually asking me to reset my 6 digit password. The user experience was so terrible I suspect it's a scam...

Ad loads upon opening app. Come on, when we use the app, we expect information fast. If I had to watch the ad before using, I might as well walk to the electronic board to check my bus timings. Thats faster. Switching to another app that actually think before they execute..

Personal experience is more than what I expected with this particular App whereby I have been applying since 2005, besides all our FPDA constituencies are using it more then HAPPY with this particular free App. It's a state of the art App - beta stage whereby all apps eventually will converge into one single blue and white Dot so no confusion will appear or happen to all human mankind. Pretty unique and fabulous used to it already. Speaking in terms of describing it's functionality. 💪☝️ 👏👍🤝

now comes with ads where we can't skip. should allow users to choose their news sources which show up on the front page. most news sources are total rubbish. other than that, the app is really handy for checking bus and movie timings

Truly likes and loves tis app it also truly fulfills tis Era's All Into One App whether it's local or international usage even if one is on the road locally or overseas it does really helps out Alots Not Forgetting its equipped with fast and express latest news Ti's app is so suitable for young and old Irrespective of whatever jobs u are in. It does indeed Really comes in very Handy Great Great Great App.

I been receiving Nestia Survey Wall through my email daily. I been trying to stop those emails and tried many time but unable to unsubscribe. So can you please look in it. Thanks.

Ads are getting aggressive, to the point where it is a hassle to read articles which are available in others. There was one article where I had to subscribe in order to read it, this is not the way to go. A few more of this and........ Install and see for yourself

It was pretty good until I tried finding my mrt routes and instructions came up in Chinese. Can't read and there doesn't seem to be a choice under my profile to have a preferred language. May delete app after all.

Latest update automatically log out my account, keep trying login back by using my google account, it state "Log in failed. Please try again". Try uninstall and install it back also get same error.
