I like the app, but it can be better. Loading my shopping bag takes a while, it's somewhat frustrating; and a few other instabilities. I hope there will be a considerable improvement in the aftertime. Thank you for creating a safe and secure shopping experience.

advertised a promo code for 10% first purchase. honestly a first time user with new account made but it just won't accept the promo code. if there were any additional T&C then they should have made it more aware able. truly a dissatisfying experience with net a porter.

A pretty stable app but the search engine is not accurate whatsoever. For example, search "Faux' and 15% will be faux animal material and 85% will be lamb, calf, buffalo horn, etc. I looked into the items to maybe find the keyword in the description but nothing like that came up with any of the items. So, keyword search in specific is not really reliable. Otherwise, easy to navigate and sleek. Thank you.

I don't know why you changed the app layout. At first glance it seemed a bit like the Farfetch up which I like but the similarities were superficial. The App is now really buggy, unintuitive and frustrating to use. Browsing and sorting items is now a massive pain and it's much easier to use other apps/websites which is a shame because I prefer the collection on Net-A-Porter

Save yourself frustration and do not order from this company. I have recently placed 2 significant orders that were approved by my CC company immediately and Net a Porter cancelled them. My CC company assured me that the problem was on their end and all they would say was that they were unable to verify details. Makes zero sense and extremely frustrating. They've lost me as a potentially valuable customer.

I've had the same account for years. Downloaded the app, wouldn't recognize my info. Set up a registration said I was already registered, tried to change to a new pwd my email didn't work. Each time I try to sign in I get an error on my login info and it's beyond frustrating to have to go through this entire process ev-ve-ry single time!! I saved my login info each time but it doesn't recognize it when I try to login. I get emails to again change my pwd, but it's not working properly!! UGGH!

The new background on the pictures are distracting and don't make for a pleasurable shopping experience. Not a fan of the app since this change. The way it was before was better.

Downloaded the app to get the 10% discount and it didn't work and the app was very glitchy and annoying. Since everything is so expensive on there maybe spend some money on making the app work smoothly. I won't bother to buy what I went on there to now.

I use to be able to view images and recently all I get is a page with '!', when I search and to view anything i have to click on the '!'. Uninstalling and going directly to website. So not convenient!

I tried looking for the shoe I saw the other time I used the app, I even Screenshot it so I could find it easier but the other time I tried finding it using the screenshot it didn't work but instead showed a different shoe so i tried finding it on Google and I was sent back to this app but it said 'please check your connection' but my connection was perfectly fine, please fix this

Inexperienced but not looking for the hardest working app otherwise. Still learning the operations and basics but as a while. .. graphics along with purpose of building it's rating should have received more productive conclusion

My first time purchase from them, the verification of payment take a bit of time but i still receive my bag, perfect. Delivery is very fast. Customer service is not as bad as the review, they spent time to explain to me. Will purchase again. Thank you customer service team.

Easy to use, has all the functionality I wish for. Good looking app in general. The Checkout process is also smooth.

I love Net-A-Porter But Really wish if they can at Least give Free Shipping to loyal customers or "At Least" Around your Birthday! The small & Very lightweight items I ordered Definitely Do Not Cost $10 to ship!! =(

it would be useful to show items as thumbnails first rather than nothing. takes time to open every item. is anyone else experiencing the same ?

App works okay however I was unable to use the promo code that allowed 10% off. I guessed this was because I was shopping the sale items but this should be made a little bit clearer

I love love love Net-a-Porter!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. There are so many brands to shop, you will spend most of your day browsing and purchasing.

Some was like me, some not. The hardest thing I had was with the sizing chart for blouses, short skirts and long sleeves a little bit of Heaven. Cassandra

it's always a pain checking out. Goods are sold out despite stating in stock and checkout rarely works.

Unfortunately the thumbnails for items are still not showing. This has been the case since last year and not what I'd expect from a brand such as yours.

so many bugs, I cannot type a message in gift cards, the discount type area is so bugged, any thing to do with typing is bugged

The app is not working, I downloaded it yesterday, waited until today, but didn't work. I'll uninstall it.

I cannot get over the UK corona landing page. But HK is still on. I should be able to shop international.

Good app, always chooses next day delivery option though so have to keep going back to change.

Easy to use. Easy to understand what information they want during the purchase section.
