Does this app call over wifi or data? Or does it use your typical phone network? I haven't tried it yet, but will update my review after I get a response and try the app.

Don't use this network. They will rip you off your hard earned money with disqusting bad connection for international calls, you will never hear anyone clear. 2. Is super expensive 10$ for just 100 minutes while others give 140minutes for 5$. 3. Untrained customer service Don't say I didn't warn you...am talking from experience. I wasted 60$ using this annoying network and never achieved anything.
If I'll have to choose again, this app will be the last one on my check list 😟😒

Why do I have to go through customer service everytine before I make direct international calls
Can't international numbers directly. ... the app doesn't seem to be working.
When I try to dial out, I keep getting sent back to the Net10 International app and says "PIN not found".
The app use to work, but it hasn't worked for 8 months. I contact customer service and now have to use an access phone # first before dialing internationally. So sad.
When I first started using it it worked fine now when I dial out it just hangs up
I have had Net10 for 5 months..i pd. The 10.00 for international calling..and out of the 4 cards I bought..I was able to speak to my fiance once from Tunisia..so I no it works but every other time I call it either doesn't do anything but says dialing or it just keeps ringing..and they charge me every time whether it connects or not !
It keeps saying that the PIN can't be found. I've tried different numbers and it won't work. Can it be fixed? Please fix it if possible. Or let us know what's wrong with it, or what we're doing wrong.

I have used this app multiple times to contact a female Canadian friend of mine because I reside in the US. Call quality good. Minutes last a long time. Only had one to two call dropouts. I know from experience that net10 has questionable service but so far all is well with new smart phone and above mentioned app.
After many conversations with net10 agents and no success, app was still getting a "PIN could not be found" error. However their customer service later surprised me with a phone call that resolved the issue smoothly and promptly. Nice job.
Still Doesn't work after latest update... im switching to another carrier
Did not work! But after talking with a Net 10 employee I was told that the free $10 International minutes meant Canada only! Pretty ballsy that you can call only one country and they call it "International minutes"! Of course this is not the first time an employee gave bad information either!
