I've been with Net10 for years & have had no major issues with them until this year. The mobile app won't let me access support. Button doesn't even work. I've been enrolled in auto-refill & they still charge me 35 instead of the 31.50 a month. This is the 4th*? month of this happening. I finally got ahold of support & was told I had to go to the "Promotion Department". Told me someone would reach out (this was on March 7th) if I provided my #. I gave it to him twice...& I'm still waiting.

I can't renew my service within the app. I am inches away from running out of data. Net10 knows smartphones don't operate well on 2G service. When you run out of high-speed data, that's it. You can't do anything except make a phone call or send a text. I have tried several times to renew my plan via the 'Manage Auto Refill' button and each time, I get an error message. The same thing happened 2 months ago and I ended up having to call net10 and have them renew it.

It's going great I don't really have any problems except for certain areas where my phone won't have very much service and it gets a little bit hard to hear and kind of spotty but I get back to normal pretty quickly so I don't really have too many complaints I really like the service

The service is very cheap. Net 10 is a mobile provider like Google Fi who switches between the strongest signals available. Unlike Google Fish service this isn't perfect. I find myself having to switch manually by going into airplane mode for 20 seconds which kicks in that feature. Sometimes service doesn't want to connect and even when perfect has a weak signal. It's not the phone it's the service.

Awful I have been with Net 10 for about 10 years. I have spent about 10 hours this week on the phone with them and my phone still not running. Got new Sim want keep my number and got nothing. Disgusting.

The signal has stopped working on my phone last month. I can't make any calls or use the mobile data. The only thing I can use is the Wi-Fi. I had no choice but to get another cell phone from another service that has better coverage than this one.

I agree with everybody about the customer service...they were no help at all and it seemed like they were just guessing about what could be going on to the point where I thought how did this person even get a job with customer service...she told me she had to talk with her supervisor 4 different times and what I was asking was very routine stuff...I was completely baffled and her final answer was I need to buy a brand new sim card which I new was completely bogus and incorrect...pretty sad

Love Net10, but the app is super glitchy. I keep getting weird errors when I try to log in, even though I've never had issues before. I can't log in at all through the app.

I can't log onto the website to shop for a new phone. I was told by their tech support to clear my cache, it didn't help. I was then told that I needed to download the app.Which says that it might not be applicable for my system. All that it does is let me pay for service. And you're going to tell me to copy and paste a link to get help, I can not do that from my device, my cell phone can't, and when I try to log in on the website, it never gives me the sign in box.

Horrible company and even worse "customer service" My service hasn't worked correctly since December. Haven't bren able to make/recive calls since February! They will put you on hold indefinitely, you try to chat and the agent leaves chat while you're typing. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I am contacting my bank today to dispute all charges for the past 4 months. Total rip-off. Stay away!

IPhone 12 was stolen and had to grab something for now. This service is worse than cricket. How I'm out of service, how I'm out of internet in 3 days. I wouldn't dare get this again. My first and last month with yall. This a new phone and after 10 minutes being on it, it freezing and got to turn it off. It's a NO for me

I have had repeated issues with trying to get 3 refunds processed in the state of California through Net10 and SafeLink. I was told by customer service reps that if I purchase the plan the problem was resolved and it should work only to be then told after that oh that wouldn't have worked because of XYZ, which is ridiculous because I wouldn't have spent the money if I had not already been told that my previous 3 refunds from November 30th to December 2nd and 3rd have been signed off by supervisor should be processed and assured that this purchase would work. They say the calls are recorded for quality assurance which is fusing to me because every time I called in I had to repeat the story in the issues I had been experiencing over and over and over. And then when I would tell customer service rep about everything that I had in dealing with it would say I don't see any purchases the reason you can't hear your phone is due to the account needing to be refilled and then I would tell them to check into it because every other reputable to see where I made these purchases then they will come back saying oh okay I see here??

My Net10 Account Manager says 6 days to end date, but it's 7 days, even notification in messages says 7 days to end date and sometimes even with data on it runs slow. My Account Manager is froze, wont show updated data used today November 15, 2021. Thanks. My Net10 Accoubt Manager is not showing my Data and taking to long updating on Net10 Wireless Website, Please Help.

I have two phones on my account. One shows the correct stats. The other shows the incorrect service end date. I logged out and uninstalled the app. I even went to the net10wireless website and the same problem exists. I have called customer service numerous times and have been told it's a glitch or that everything looks good from their end. This has not been resolved.

This is not a question, it's a complaint! Since the beginning of the month I have had nothing but problems with my internet. I am paying for 10 gigs of high speed data but what is high speed if the data shuts off every few minutes and I have to wait 10 minutes before my data is back on. I have called several times to solve the problem but it has done no, good. It took 3 days for my "high speed" data to download a 2 gig movie I bought on Google. Now my high speed data is used up and the internet

Used to be good but as of this last month I cannot even access net-10 My Account. Whether using email, phone # or whatever. Keeps telling me response failure. I've tried Uninstaller, reinstall, phone restarts. No luck and it really infuriates me. I don't know what happened. I have had 2 accounts for years and had no problems like this ever happened. If I can't get help I will be forced to change to another service.

This is more a review of Net10 than the app. They just can't seem to 'fix' website or app issues. Their answer is, 'Uninstalle - reinstall'! We should not have to clear the cache or mess with uninstall reinstall on a daily basis. If their website actually did what they claim, then I sincerely couldn't find much fault. We like the service, the coverage, the option of plans, but what good is all of that without being able to access your account, rewards, etc.

Horrible service since February, you forced a new sim on a whole lot of us, now I've had nothing but trouble with my service and your customer service people are rude as hell. After 5 years with net10 I'm looking elsewhere . This is a complete joke of a company now.

I have been using net10 (w/AT&T sim) for about 8 or 10 years. Galaxy 3 thru 7(now). Excellent service and great options plus I've never experienced signal issue in Texas. My work takes me all over the state and i always am able to make and receive multimedia and calls. A few companies have matched net10's price now but up until a few months ago they were the cheapest out there. Bring your own phone or your own sim or buy one from net10. Either way you can't beat their price or service. :)

I've been using Net10 for years. It's been great. There's not very many places I don't get service. I love the plan options. I love my choice of phones, from samsung's s2 too S10 unlocked, bring your own. It's just hard to beat. This App is very helpful for me,just log in and buy your monthly plan. It's that easy. 😊

Been with net 10 over 5 years. A lot less $ each month than all the bigger carriers. I usually have plenty of data with the $35/mo plan, which with auto refill is even less. On months that I know I'll need more data, I can change to a different plan with more high speed data before the due date, then I can switch back to the $35 plan the next month. Only slight coverage difference than other carriers. Have recommended to others!

Be sure to double check the settings to make sure this app isn't forcing wifi on, or submitting user data without your permission. These are turned on by default, which is not okay. Also, a disappointing number of misspelled words in the UI...

I'm not very happy with my new Samsung S4 phone. (Net 10).I can send text messages. I get sporadic Internet access and it will not allow me to make phone calls. It doesn't matter if I have 4 bars of reception, it comes up as no service. Very disappointed with this phone.
