No longer shows games, just highlights. The log in button doesn't work and there's nowhere i can re subscribe as that seems to have automatically cancelled. Gutted! This app was brill pre covid!
I am absolutely disgusted with this app. I've had it for a few years now, but this year has been the worst. Every single game that I watch on the app freezes and I have to continually re start the match. I am currently trying to watch the Vixens v Thunderbirds, I have literally been watching it via chrome cast for 5 hours. It has stopped that many times I've lost count. It's not my internet, it hasn't dropped out once. It's not my device as I have now tried casting it from a different device
I'm in the UK and have paid my subscription for the year. I have managed to watch all games so far with no problem but now when i open the app, it crashes repeatedly. I have tried everything to remedy including resetting, uninstalling, clearing the cache, forcing stop, literally everything but it still crashes so i have missed the semi finals and will miss the final!!!!
Was Fab & definitely 5☆ but now can't use...... When I first started using this app it was brilliant & I had no problems whatsoever. I could rewatch games from present & past seasons as many times as I liked & all the Diamond's games. Over the last 3 mths I've not been able to get it to work apart from once. Now it's crashing before it even opens. I am so disappointed. If it is fixed I will definitely use again but for now I've cancelled my subscription.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to make the app work for the Suncorp matches this year. Watched OK last year. I have two phones one connecting via a Telstra Internet connection, and one I have purchased a subscription for. Neither work...just get a spinning ball on both the Live streaming and Replays. I am running Android version 6.0. Internet speed is fine, as I can watch other sport on my laptop fine.
EDIT: reduced rating to 1 star as i find more problems - this is literally the worst app i have ever used. I will cast a replay to my tv and could not stop it. I closed the app, restarted my phone, unplugged the Chromecast - it was still playing. A replay will stop for no reason and reset back to the beginning. Even live games are glitchy. When scrolling thru the news, it will refresh every 30 sec and send you back to the the beginning. USE 9NOW TO WATCH REPLAYS THIS APP IS PATHETIC.
I've enjoyed using the app and the content on it but it's quite glitchy. It takes a long time to load on multiple pages (fixtures, news etc), the replays of games freezes and says error when nothing had changed about my WiFi connection or me going in and out of the video etc. These issues are why I've given onyl the 3 stars. I'd have hoped to give it 5 as I love watching netball and seeing the stats, news etc.
It's terrible. I have been having problems with this app for 2 years now. From constantly having to reboot it mid game to not having a scoreboard or the timer in a replay (doesn't sound like much but when the supershot is in play it's annoying) and now they don't allow you to Chromecast when it is playing live on nine. I'm regretting paying for this pathetic app. Can't wait for netball Aus to go to fox sports.
I love being able to watch all the super netball and all of the international games in one place. My only annoyance is that there needs to be a way to get to the match replays without seeing the score. I like to watch games without already knowing what the outcome is and its impossible to do that on this app.
Intermittent service - just updated the app and it is now not loading at all. After lots of issues last year this year it has worked better but I'm really annoyed that it's now not working due to an update!!! This is the one and only app I have paid for regularly and the only way UK residents an watch the SSN league. It disappointing 😔
When it works this is brilliant. When it doesn't there seems to be no app support team. The app asks you to report faults through feedback in the settings option, great idea but is anyone reading it and fixing the issues? Not as far as I can tell. Considering this is a paid subscription service for me I am extremely disappointed.
This app is probably the most poorly designed waste of space you'll ever experience, if you're looking to Chromecast or Cast to a TV. Download Nine Now app for netball. Save yourself the time. The Mrs and I both have, one on iPhone and one Android and this app is diseased on both of them. Constantly bugging out, glitching and playing the sound even after the app has closed. To whoever designed this app, I hope you got paid a lot of money to develop this useless app.
I love the app. and will rate it 5 stars except... I subscribed to this app to watch the netball quad series in January for $2.99 for the week. I then subscribed for the 1 year's service ($29.99) when the suncorp league commenced in April and in anticipation of the coming world cup. I noticed that a weekly charge was debited from my account since January? Why was the week subscription recurring? This was not what I agreed to and the email account linked is not one I check. please contact me!
I restored my subscription for an annual pass worth 29.99 recently. The app didn't recognise the subscription and took me back to the resubscribe page and wouldn't let me access any of the live netball match content. I resubscribed to the 2.99 per week app option to see if it worked. It did work but now I have two subscriptions. How do I go about getting the 29.99 refunded?
app is better than it used to be, which isn't saying much, but it has recently taken to crashing while chromecasting, often at crucial times during live matches 👍 also it would be great if the video player was coded properly so we got actual play controls instead of a random g and sideways v
I am trying to watch live the game bot televised on channel 9 but all i get is a blank screen and then it goes back to the app page. The reason i purchased the subscription was so that I could watch all games. Yet we are only in round two and I can't watch the games. Not happy.
Sadly the app no longer works since the bug fix (despite me having no problems before the fix). I have paid up until June 2020 but cannot access the app. The contact email address is wrong so there is no way to get in touch to resokve the issue. Very disappointing!
When it works, its fantastic! However, at the moment I keep having to verify I'm a telstra customer, get back into app, then press 'watch live' and it takes me back to the verify screen x4. Un and reinstalling to see if it will work better!
I cannot watch any netball at the moment When I try to watch replay and although I have subscribed the message I've been getting tells me to subscribe to access so when I do the message says I've already subscribed. Help, I'm ready to watch the final and go over the whole season. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but it's still not working
App not working at all. Won't play the match replays, doesn't show any info on the fixtures or teams pages. Have tried to email the developers, but apparently the email address doesn't work either! Really annoyed.
good app. but have been unable to chrome cast this to my TV for some months now. This was an issue previously, but then got fixed. There are no issues with my chrome cast as I cast other applications. it would be good for someone to look at this issue.
The app worked well for last years season. This year I am unable to watch any games live. The only option available is "watch replay" which takes me to an earlier game in the round. Also the cast to tv function only works sporadically.
Annoying and frustrating. Keep having to reinstall the app to allow me to use it cos restore subscription doesn't work either. I wish you'd fix it...I pay $30 annually and it's a waste of money

I am located in the UK and this app has been great for the years that I have been a customer. Since last week everytime I try to load the app it constantly crashes. Not happy seeing as it's the finals. Help
The app won't let me watch any match replays from this year's season or the option to watch the games live. This app is now completely useless to me.
