App is constantly unavailable at random times due to maintenance. Also randomly freezes and yes I have installed and Uninstalled. Please don't contact me to apologize, just the fix the app already and stop pushing updates in the middle of the afternoon, during the week thank you. This has been ongoing for years.

Good luck loging in if you want to change something quickly - too many obstacles. It is not good for trading. If you want to place an order you have to load yourself with a lot of patience. The app is loaded with a lot of not needed stuff that you can look up in internet elsewhere.

Cannot submit one-time investment changes for my 401K; given error message everytime. Hopefully it works better on my computer. Other than that, the app is decent, full-featured and relatively reliable. Not the easiest to navigate but you'll learn it soon enough!

Very clunky and unintuitive and not easy to use. This is like a prototype app that hasn't had any investment in it and idiots think it is good enough. Avoid. The app hangs and doesn't even respond to the back button. If the company is anything like the app then they will lose your money. Very very poor.

Uploading documents feature does not work, keeps saying "unable to upload document. Check your network connection." But of course my home network connection is perfectly fine and very fast. When will this be fixed?

This thing is full of bugs. I go to move money around from one investment to another and when I hit submit that tells me that the site is temporarily unavailable. Temporarily is a joke because it's been like this for four or five months. Fix this or I'm pulling my deposits which are 7 figures worth.

Absolutely horrible. I'm considering removing my direct deposits because of constant login issues. I've had to reset my password to many times to count because this app doesn't recognize it. Even after using the same password over and over again. It is also stored in my Samsung pass...Then suddenly it says incorrect. Give me a freaking break. Then it decides to lock me out. I only use it to manage my IRA and personal account. Simply inexcusable!! 😐

Yesterday this would be a 5 star review but for now it is a 1. I cannot log in at all. I use fingerprint it loads then brings me right back to do fingerprint again. I attempted 5 times in one sitting. Then chose to login manually without fingerprint thinking it'd work this way & SAME THING. Figure this out Fidelity. Accessing this info is a make or break for some

I'm not sure if this will share to the actual site or not, and I can't find a place to review these folks online. I've got to say these are some of the most kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with on the phone. I have no issues with them or the app. They're all very respectful folks, and I can't wait to open another account with them! Definitely try them if you don't already! I'd give more stars of I could!!

Constantly the app keeps turning off. You cannot use it to access and trade on your net benefits app. And their help desk is no use as they have no knowledge of this and tell you to go to the computer all the time. The keep trying to come up with the new app and those are not too good

Couldn't allow me to click on "I agree" button for cookies..and then not allowing me to do any other operation. Did multile times Uninstaller and installation to over come this challenge but no luck.

Try to log out and it goes into loop trying to log in again. Not sure if it actually logs out or not but you cant exit unless force close.

UI Getting worse! - Every time I click something, things move around especially in order page and options page. No need for keyboard to keep popping up automatically. No need to bring up the order place button! You guys made the UI so annoying it is unusable now. I will use scroll down method to find whatever button I need, which is much better way than unnecessary not-so-fancy buttons moving around. I just started using desktops to make fewer mistakes. Please fix this.

Login experience is terrible if you have a strong password because you can't see your password as you type. This app has one job, to take pictures of checks. When you try to do that it immediately logs you out and fails to take a picture. (Apparently you need to enable screen rotation for the feature to work - not that the app tells you that!) Fidelity should make it possible to scan a check and upload over the website - this mobile strategy is pushy and very off-putting.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I have been trying to update this app all morning, but it keeps "pending", does nothing. Enormously frustrating. Now, I'm forced to login the old-fashioned way with a PC. How very 2000's. Please fix this. Looks like the "bug fixes" allowed some of the bugs to escape the trap. Until this is fixed, my one star remains (since I don't have the ability to rate it any less) .

I'm amazed by the other app ratings. Although this app has not crashed, it is so lazily built. All links redirect to website pages that are not at all optimized for mobile. Feels like I'm on a desktop browser crunched into a tiny screen. Terrible experience. The only point of this app is that it's easier to sign in, with fingerprint for example, than in a browser.

Quite possibly the worst app ever. You go to deposit a significant rollover check, it asked for all the info I had already entered online, then go to deposit, you had to take pictures of front and back of check. The front was clunky enough to take yet do-able, but the back had some sort of mirroring so that you were disoriented about how to adjust to get it all in properly. Pretty awful coding I'd say. They don't make it easy, but maybe that's the point. Bank of America is waay easier than this.
