Garbage app. Crashes all the time and does VERY little as far as banking goes. Cannot even use it half the time been trying to just look at my balance for like 3 hours and gives me a error has occurred message and asks me to call in if I need assistance. Super annoying. Restarted phone and everything and still does it. I have this issue maybe 6 times a week. Worst banking app I've used by far.

So they added fingerprint login. Great. I logged in and it worked, then I went to transfer money from checking to savings, and had to enter my password to complete the transaction. How stupid is that? If fingerprint login requires password verification, you can keep it.

Lobe the app easy to be able to depoist an to making a transfer from Checking to saving . aslo your able to deposit a check all this plus more you have access to have a touch of a button or a touch of the app but it's also easier than having to go to the bank even though I love to go to the bank they have such great customer service at the Central Avenue branch I love them and banking with them for a while now since I was 14 I'm now 35

It's a decent enough app. Though I wish it just has a section to provide account and routing for when jobs and stuff require it. I need to explore app more to see if it has an option for bill pay without having to give the other company my information but rather just give utilities and rent and required payments to app and have it get paid.

Did not have problems with this app until latey but not being able to get on this several times over weekend, so don't know what is going on now. Still having problems with this app all the time says error and number to call. Happens all the time. And I just got a new phone.

I use this app about twice a month. It's very easy to use. The only improvement I would like is for the app to automatically snap the check picture when it is at optimal exposure.

I really love the ability to check my balances and make transfers within my account in one simple and easy app without having to call my bank to do it for me all the time.

Time for a re-vamp. I at least want to be able to see my credit card transactions from the main mobile app menu, not a PC. We, as in the men and women that make all of this technology work, deserve more than mediocre.

This app has been nothing but issues. It won't let you log in. Keeps saying error please call. You call. You get put on hold forever. This app needs a hotfux update. Or a overall update

I have a one plus 6t qnd i am unable to access this app. Keeps telling me that my app keeps closing. UPDATE11/10/19 : UPGRADED TO one plus 7T and can use app just fine . Thanks for the fix.

First, the app is okay. Not the best app I have ever used, but sufficient for what I use it for. Second, this bank is awesome. They have very friendly employees who take the time to get to know their clients and don't have outrageous fees and rules.

It would be incredibly helpful if the credit card account would show details like the checking & savings accounts.

Love the convenience and how it updates quickly. Disappointed that I can't get access to credit card info all of the time.

Too many bugs. Doesn't let you in to check your information. Have to constantly close and restart. Today no access at all

Great for checking accounts and making mobile deposits. I use a computer and their website for bill payments and viewing credit card transactions.

Was working great until the last Android upgrade. Now it will not open. Android 6.0.1. Any suggestions other than get a newer phone?

This app is so old and outdated compared to other banking apps. While it has improved some over the years, it is still very lacking.

App freezes frequently accompanied with multiple errors. Needs to be updated.

i like the app. only wish i could give detail info when doing internal transfers to a joint account like you can online.

I'm not sure if this app is compatible with the OnePlus 6t. It keeps saying the app has stopped.

The app works well and performs all the necessary functions of a banking app. I like it a lot.

Best bank ever... You are able to be special with this bank, they will work with you on any situation that you have. I would never go anywhere else to bank.

Easy to use. Being able to make a comment on the Transfer option would be a great addition

Very basic app. Needs more functionality for the credit cards.

The app is helpful for checking your balance, yet ive had issues depositing checks several times.

I used to use this all the time but it quit working about a week ago. I downloaded again and it still will not work.
