NetCam

When I first installed the app 2 years ago, it worked fine and we had cloud video to look at when needed but since last year, we have no access to cloud video clips and if we need to look up something, we have to remove the memory card and screen for it with a 3rd party app

When it worked with old Android software, it was pretty good. Not very user friendly or intuitive but functional. Now, it doesn't work with updated Android software at all. Needs an update or don't bother.

A few months ago I would have given this app a 4 or 5 star rating. Had no issues with it whatsoever. Now, it won't work anymore. Won't connect to camera. Renders the nanny-cam worthless. Don't know if it was a application update that did it or not. Thanks for making my camera into a paperweight.

I am so disappointed in this app.i have tried everything to get the camera to work including other apps... And nothing. If you are going to sell a product ensure the app works all I have now is an expensive paper weight. I truly cannot understand how you cannot get this right. I will send my feed back to the importer and ask for a refund.

Problems from day 1 with camera connection failing and having to constantly reset and reconfigure wifi to acknowledge it and if away from home you can't reset at all. This software is horriblehorrible, works when it wants to.

Critical -App always crashes when two way audio feature being use Major - alarm time does not specify unit of time. Not intuitive Major - user manual is poorly explain for advanced features like dns, ftp, What i want - able to let camera view looping through certain viewing preset

I used this app for 5 years with no problems. Upgraded to Android 10 and it malfunctions. Still works on my PC. Any one got a clue on this? HELP! Nevermind. It magically worked when i went to Andoid 11!!!

Actually the 3 step setup looks great, it just doesn't work. It also makes the most annoying noise when scanning the wifi for the cam.

works good, but doesn't have United States time zones. Also, after I get a new phone, I "always" have a problem re-setting the camera up. Then they don't have a real email address. My email was returned. The phone # is someone that doesn't work for them anymore. I think I'm going to look for an American made camera.

this app just overrides every single call message notifications and permissions i recieved a notice that this app had overidden the turned off microphone button and turned on its microphone to record my conversation wow this is sum scary chit ! Cannot even trust your settings on phone line🤤

Camera always disappears from the app. Could be a day after set up or a week, maybe two. But always. Useless.

Very bad performance. Totally waste of money, waste of time and waste of everything. One who once buy it will never buy again.

100% of the time i have to be on wifi for it to work needs to work without Wi-Fi work on your data If you have data on your cell phone that's the point of having your cameras and your app for you can see what's going on in your home on your cell phone while you're away Wi-Fi isn't always available

Just found out that this app tries to connect to external ips even when on local network when launching the app. Not quite sure about the security of the app.

Good app for your WiFi camera. However, the current or new Sannce cameras are not compatible anymore with this app and they now use JoyLite app instead. What camera models do you recommend for this NetCam app? Update: Needs to be compatible with Android 10.

My phone can't connected to this camera. It connected to wifi but not my phone. I use it about 3 months suddenly it can't opened from my handphone. HELP!! HELP!! HEELLPPPPPP!!!

this app is automatically stop if you talking with app. lagging is a big problem in this camera and app इससे ज्यादा घटिया एप नही देखा। when camera show connect then internet speed 4.00k and use internet with any other app internet speed 1.05M.

Hope that we can choose multi wifi hotspot/auto connect hotspot since sometimes I had to connect to another wifi router/mobile. I had to reset cctv camera after it won't connect to hotspot

Net cam is no longer working. After Android upgrade, ip will not work. The manufacturer does not give any answer to this. It seems to be indifferent to the customer.

Good, seems to find my Wi-Fi camera ok, but the app crashes upon opening device - wifi microscope.

after last update it takes too long to connect with camera remotely. either fix it or do some help.

No documentation. Cannot figure out what settings to use to record when motion detector triggers during certain time range.

As long as the camera apps require password and email and yet disagree and tells you it's wrong then it's obvious is a waste of time and effort

For android device are fine, but on iOS keep disconnecting every 2 min.

Bought a WiFi camera that didn't have a working app. This app worked with my camera very well.

GARBAGE! GARBAGE! GARBAGE! Do not buy any product that uses this app. It is worthless and the developers do not respond to try and fix anything.

useless app. no updates, not working. Getting message app not installed.
