I have downloaded two different .PDF readers/viewers and this app still does not open the document I'm trying to open with the. PDF viewer apps I have downloaded. There is not an option to download the document to view it outside of the app, and the print option does not connect to the link it is supposed to open. Can anyone please help me figure this out, and I'll be happy to change my app review rating.

Every time I click on my check stub, a window pops up prompting me to download a pdf viewer, and the only options are cancel and go to the app store. I followed it several times and got nothing. Why is it not selecting my PDF viewer? I have tried several different ones and allowed all permissions, but I think your app needs fixing. Should there not be a window that pops up once I click on the PDF that asks what app I want to use, and whether I can have it use that app from now on or just once?

Used to work, then we had to link an authenticator for some reason (because changing the password every 4 months wasn't enough security?) And that worked for about 2 months then that glitched. I haven't been able to access my pay stubs myself since September '21. The accountant says she doesn't know why I can't and I'm just screwed. Yeah. Lucky me.

Honestly if 0 stars was an option that would be it. captcha takes multiple attempts despite being correct each time. Sometimes so many that i just give up. 2fa is fine but being forced to have a 2nd app for this one to work only partially is awful design. They made it so you cant even view things within the app and have to download a pdf viewer to see anything. Ive downloaded 5 different pdf viewers and still wont let me see anything. 3rd app. So 3 apps minimum on a phone to still not work....

Worst app ever! First off, EVERY time I go to log in to view my pay stubs, it says invalid password and makes me create a new one. But it can not be ANY password you have ever used which leads to confusion and frustration having to come up with (and remember) a new password. If I had any other option to use I would. I can never get ahold of anyone to fix the issues, which makes it unreliable and untrustworthy.

Total garbage... I went through the whole rigorous process of signing up and registering for the app on my browser only to find it won't let me look at my check stubs it says I need a pdf reader on my phone when I have multiple to choose from if I could give this no stars I would

Please fix, I can't view my pay stubs at all. I can finally access the app but now it says I need a PDF viewer to open my pay stubs to see them... My phone can read almost any file, I also downloaded multiple new apps but it still says I need a app for viewer..

Constantly doesn't work to login. Won't show paystubs even with a PDF. Forever asking to change my password. Only works on computers

This app is frustrating, I try to open my pay stubs, I get a pop up that says I need a pdf viewer app to view, fine. I've downloaded 4 different apps and still can't access my paystubs

I don't like it. It's always saying network security changes have been made and sign in required (can't use biometrics). I use secure, hard to remember passwords but having to retrieve it often makes me want to use "password" for the password in this app.

I used to be able to just open and look at my chack stubs though this app, but now it's telling me I need to download a PDF app to look at my stubs... Why did this change and why after I download multiple PDF apps It STILL DOESN'T LET ME LOOK AT THEM, fix this app A.S.A.P.. Total Garbage

I have been trying to log in for 2 days now. It keeps wanting me to do the picture thing and I have done it 100 times and it just repeats itself. Worthless. I can't even log in. What's the point of an app that won't work

Absolute garbage! Have downlaoded numerous pdf readers and this worthless app keeps telling me to download a pdf reader.

Ever since they " upgraded security" I have to go through the whole sign in process twice with a different authentication code. I'd settle for paper check stubs rather then go through this every time.

This app has gone downhill tremendously as of late. I needed pay stubs while out of town and could not access the app after passing the REcaptcha 12-15 times in a row on multiple days throughout the day. Fellow co-workers and other business owners have the same issue when I reached out to them to make sure it wasn't just my app.

The app used to work. After the most recent update it tells me I need a odf view to view my checks. I have several installed and it still will not allow me to view my pay stubs.

App is terrible always changing things or malfunctioning. This app as supposed be for viewing payroll and check stubs but it's always functioning wrong and inconvenient. I could get my stubs faster and easier through the mail

This app is horrible. At first it never gave a issue now it doesn't work for anyone that works with me. We have go to directly to the website and it doesn't show us our W2 like the app gave us the option.

I was fine with this app until they made me download the verification app too. Now I go to sign in and just sit here verifying they several of the pic the picture with said item in it and I never get to my check stubs. Very anoying and frustrating

First I got stuck in a neverending recapture loop and now the app doesn't recognize any of the three pdf veiwer I now have.....😡😡😡😡😡😡

Never works anymore...the login settings are annoying and the pdf will not work...

This app is frustrating AF! Can't see my check stubs because it's saying I need a Pdf *which I have 3* and everytime I log TF IN I HAVE TO CHANGE MY F*ING PASSWORD! BS!

Always says in need to download a pdf reader, and I have one downloaded.

This app used to work really well, but I've been trying to log in for over a week now and it won't let me. It just keeps loading a picture verification screen over and over.
