The feature to refresh the screen (by pulling it down) doesn't work. Only exiting the app and reloging in helps, in terms of displaying current data.
App needs more work for Android. Does not remember the login details when set to autologin. Does not allow two people from the same household to have the app open concurrently, wants to log the second user on again. Has a place for weather but you cannot set where the weather is taken from, so there is no weather information.
Can not even login, already emailed and explained it all, but no answer. You guys need to update this app for Android 10 and OxygenOS. Cannot use this app at all. For such a big company it's a big fail. And the website version is also something to be ashamed off..
This app does not work on the latest android. Huawei support has confirmed that it only works on huawei phone. Huawei isn't commiting for any fix, or any date to this issue. This level of customer support is unacceptable.
Unnecessary permission requests! And it does not work if you block them. Seriously, why does a solar portal app need storage and phone call permission? I only want to see my system performance like I can on a computer.
Does not work on Android 10 (terminalcode empty). Asking access for unrelated items. No updates in more than a year.
Stopped working after I installed Android 10. The same error code as others have had: terminalCode is empty. And no fix for almost half a year, amazing!
Login information won't store and often needs to be redone. Info was good when you could see it. Right now when I log in all I get is a message saying 'terminal code is empty'. Please fix.
DO NOT INSTALL on Android 10. It does not work. Did work fine until my Pixel 3 updated to 10. Now shows error and does not ever log in.
Don't clear how to set PV system currency settings: for example cost per KW is 0.18 Euro, while there are fields - @ I can choose: first is PV system curency - I've choose EUR, and EUR( base currency) I change to 0.18 and my production was 170.55 kwh it show 22.24 Eur, while should be 30.69....
Up to now no problems but seems like I am having same problem as many with terminal code error, upgraded phone to Samsung s10. Come Huawei please advise everyone of the fix for this?
Same issue as everyone else. Android update and app no longer works. Is there any point a dud app being on the Play store??

On 17th of November I have sent an email to you regarding a problem after updating my Huawei mate 20 phone to android 10. However still no reply. I started to receive "terminalCode is empty" error during log in. I would be really glad if you can help about this issue. It's an app I'm checking frequently for my business. That's why it's urgent. Edit:it's been almost 2 months and still no sign of any reply. Please show some respect and at least inform us about the update schedule!!!
