I have definitely a positive experience with neteller app. Firstly, the registration and verification process took no more than 20 minutes. Secondly, through the application, I deposited and sent money to my business partner almost instantly. Great👍 . Also, there is a crypto platform where you can buy some cryptocurrency, save and even multiply it. It would be nice to see the staking and additional withdrawal options. Overall really good. I deposited money on this app, tried to use it for payment on another platform that supports this app but it didn't work. I requested for withdrawal but I was told withdrawal is not available to my region (I deposited with ease but I can't withdraw, tell me how that is not fraudulent?). I left the app for some time only to come back to see that all the money have been cleared for inactivity fee! All the money! This app is a disappointment to me and I don't recommend it for anyone to use.

Due to I cannot verify my account with you guys since my license card you do not accept as a government approved document. I am in my hair ends since I am not receiving any joy nor feedback from you. This portal on this app is not helpful. I need urgent assitance since I paid the monies into this account and yet I am still stuck. I cannot transfer monies back since it needs verification and it just starts all over again. URGENT!!!!! I have tried several times....still no joy. My license card

@Ernyfred2 Neteller is the best platform for processing international payments. Has great support system system and transactions are fast. They are good for both businesses and individual uses. I've been using them for months now and I'm very satisfied with their services.

These guys are scammers, after depositing I wanted to make an online payment which was unsuccessful untill verifying my account, before I knew it my account was blocked completely together with the money in it, all this happened in one day. Stay away from NETELLER!!

Worst financial payment system. My account is closed with my amount without any reason. Now no response from support. Multiple times I have tried but no response. Neteller is a "SCAM" and Fraud financial payment system. Don't use it.

Incompetent customer support. I've been having issue making payments for over 2 weeks. And i contacted you to have it resolved: but still they did nothing about it. I called, mailed and even texted, still they refused to have it resolved. I was told that my account was under internal restriction by their internal security system which i called them to have the restriction lifted. It's not advisable using this money processing platform. They're far from being one of the best.

I rate this company 2 star because the verification procedure is very hard , they rejected all the documents I provided what a mess 😠, please do more to make the verification easier .... I provided statement of account from my bank and they rejected it all two of my bank account statement sheet! 😠😠

I've been trying to verify my account for almost two week but my documents are being rejected yet I've provided the correct details required and the geolocation option is not working.

What is the problem with neteller? No access to the website both through the app and browser. Keeps saying access denied through browser and keeps saying wrong password/username through the app. What's going on please?

This app is good, but the support is too bad, you can not chat with them, you send some questions they answer whatever and close the case. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! To withdraw by app I have a tax, but they send to website, so the tax is too expensive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

I wouldn't recommend neteller to anybody because they are very inconsiderate and heartless. Just because I deposited directly on my account, my account was terminated with deliberate refusal of a refund of my money; 576$. The least they could do was refund my money and terminate the account as they choose. But no, they decided keep my hard earned money with them.

I'm very disappointed I wanted to make a transaction but the app couldn't even work it said general server error there is no help and support whatsoever

Don't put your money or use it for transaction if your account as not been verified otherwise you lose your money forever. I have since sent statement of account "STAMPED", driver license, date of birth more than twenty times for review. I still get the same reply "rejected". My money is still on their platform, no way out till now. They are scam !!! They ask for verification they will never approve as soon as money hit the platform.

Account restircted without giving any solid reason.Required document is uploaded but reatricted.Need to improve verification process. Poor application as you can restrict or permanently block account without giving proper grounds.

fraud I dont know how the hell they are on app store Please be sure not to use this app They will make it easy for you till u make your deposit After that they will make it hell to verify your account And every time u try to withdraw your money they will send u an email that u need to verify your account again and again and again Been 3 weeks and still I cant withdraw my money so just be sure to avoid neteller it's just spam
