Worst service. Meds won't reach to you when you need. Can't trust for emergency. While ordering meds, they show that the delivery will be done before 10pm next day, however the meds don't reach you even in 3days. On top of that, there is no update or information given by the customer service team about the delay. I had to call the customer service to cancel my order, as the app didn't even allow me to do so. Very disappointed with the service. My 1st experience and I am clearly uninstalling app.
I'm unable to save address. After entering pincode, city/ state auto populated. When click on save gives error city: has invalid characters. Can't imagine an app that spends so much on ads is having glitches like unable to save address !!
The site is not at all user friendly. They should really do something about making it so. While placing the order if an item is not available for delivery, they dont even have an option for pointing out which item they are referring to and we have to keep guessing by removing items one by one from the cart and again attempting to order.
It was a very bad experience. They dont tell before placing the order how much time it will take to deliver the order. In my case after the payment was made it showed like not hours but business days to procure and deliver an item from within the city. One should never order from here not reliable at all. And after cancellation getting the refund also took ages.
The worst delivery service ever. Choosing the medicine through the app is fairly alright but when it comes to delivery they are lagging far behind. Plus the online payment mode is also jibberish. First time ordered via upi payment and it didnt go through despite the money being deducted and the refund process is also very slow. The money still now has not been refunded. Poor service, poor delivery. Unfortunate of me to try and buy medicine through netmeds. Horrible experience
Can't turn off notifications from this app. You have to block notifications entirely. No option to change the phone number from app. Customer service does not have ability to change phone number either. Idk what I was thinking when I reinstalled this app even after previous experiences.
Pathetic customer service. Order declined but the amount was debited. I have already sent an email also and its been 3 days and there is no response from their end. Also the customer service representative hungup the call while i was complaining and dint bother calling back. This was my first purchase and i ve had a terrible experience. U guys need a lot to improve.
While the offers are good, it's the delivery that is inconsistent. Sometimes the products will be delivered within a week. And sometimes more than 2 weeks. I had placed an order on 9th apr and after waiting till 24th April, I asked for the order to be canceled and refunded. What's most annoying is that no apologies are offered for delays. They don't care. So if it goes beyond a week, cancel.Also go with the quantity mentioned in description & not what is shown in the image as I was cheated.
One of my ordered product was returned and while returning the app didn't ask for any account details for refund. Even after frequently contacting to the customer service the refund is not received. It looks as if they aren't intended to refund my money back. Fraud app... Beware and think before downloading the app and ordering medicines from it. They are gonna cheat you.
Really pathetic customer service. They delivered me wrong products and despite having raised complaints several times via mails, no resolution provided from their end. Even they don't have a working customer care through which a customer can directly contact them. Highly recommended that Don't use this aap otherwise sooner or later you are aslo going to be scammed and you will be left with no other option rather then seeking third party assistance.
This is the worst service I have ever received. First, my order wasn't delivered, then they lied to me about it being in transit for 2 weeks. Second, after I cancelled the order and asked for a refund they never initiated my refund. Today, it's been 8 days and no refund, now they say they will arrange for one. Pathetic service. Will never use it again. I want my money back and I don't want to use their service anymore.
To simply put in one word.. it's Pathetic. The app is useless when it comes to order cancellations. The price that they show you changes if you add it to the basket. On top of it the delivery time that they estimate is a joke. And I'd rather not talk about customer care service. They take your request and never process it. Again.. Pathetic.
I feel the service is just waste. Even in city like Bangalore it takes 2-3 days to get any product delivered. I can very easily get it from near by medical shops who do home delivery. Worst of all issues is the refunds that you would need to get from them. For their own technical glitch also they don't refund money which they would have deducted from customer. And then you need to follow up with them not once or twice, but many many times and days. I am still waiting for my refund.
Very very worst service. I have placed an order from last 6 days and still the order is in transit. They are not either allowing to cancel the order also. In this much days i would collect it from nearest store for nearly 100 times. This 1 star rating is also not worthy to them. Its a totally scam. Please do not let this happen to you.🙏
Hi. Im using app from past 7 months. This is my review after using it. Medicines availability is good. But the problem is with delayed delivery and sometimes stuck with payment in app. Medicines would not delivered on the promised date. Too much delay in delivering medicines. Tired of calling customer care everytime while I have placed the order. If need to cancel order refund will take 2-7 days to transfer amount . App has certain glitches with payment. Customer care is available only 9-6pm.
This is the most worst app I ever seen. I paid money for an order but showing declined. Money has been debited from my account. I have contacted bank and they said transaction was successful. I have contacted Netmeds customer care regarding this issue and they said problem will be resolved within 24 hours. I have called 5 times and everytime they are saying problem will be resolved within 24 hours. I am extremely disappointed with them. I never want to place any orders.
Very very poor service. I would have rated this app negative 10 star if possible. Not reliable service at all. No one attempted delivery but still mentioned failed delivery. And after reaching out to them they have no idea where my order is. Please don't use this app at all. They are playing with patients' lives.
The offers are good, the medicines delivered are legit, and the packaging is also good. The real catch is they loot your money. When you try paying for order online (prepaid orders are given priority) they deduct the money from your bank account, but the order is not placed at all. After that, they never refund amount! These are thieves hiding behind attractive offers.
even when you upload doctor prescriotion..they will not call you for verification and if threy call they will cut the call in 10 seconds and will not process orders and neither they will refund it. Also App bug-When you search for any medicine first 2 or 3 items comes blank and again after scrolling many items shows with washed blanks ,only on clicking those you are able to see details...please fix this bug.
Play store should also include minus rating option for this service provider. I placed an order for my mother almost a month back, and it is still showing that the order is in shipping. I have been following up with customer care almost every alternative day. I'm really helpless with all the human attempts and started praying the God. Hopefully the product will be delivered in my lifetime. Hatsoff to an emergency service provider 🙏. Enjoy VC funding!
Really very bad service. orders frequently got declined. Very rarely they returned the money to the account but they add the deducted money to NMS supercash which you cannot use totally. really very unhappy with the terms and services and the overall system and policy.
The medecine prices are less when you check in the catalogue, but if you add them to cart original MRP is shown. For ex. The price in catalogue is 380 and selling price is 304, but in the cart it shows 380 only. So it's better to buy from outside because they will give the better discounts.
Very pathetic service. First order delayed by 11 days. Called customer care 5 times. Got same answer that it will be delivered within one day. After 11 days, they tell I can cancel the order as they have informed the warehouse every time I called but they did not deliver the order. Customer care helper suggested that it is not useful to wait as they are not responding well. So I cancelled the order. This is second time I am facing such problem. Being in healthcare, this is very irresponsible behavior of the company.
Very poor experience. Whenever I try to order medicine it shows one or more items cannot be deliver at selected place. last year I deleted this app for this same problem and now it's repeating the same problem. Please solve the problem or give me the solution.
Truly a hopeless app and service. Unreliable backend systems designed by absolute novices. I placed an order and made the payment that was displayed on the payment page. After 3 days, when i checked the app to know the order status, the order was not even listed. So I called up customer care, they told me to drop an email. Note one thing here- had I not called, i would have never known that there was some issue. There were no e-mail, no notification in the app, no call nothing. Still waiting...
Very pathetic app. No reliablity. Deliveries are slower than expected. Order gets declined very frequently. Refunds are not automatic and we need to call customer care to get refund. Also whatever discounts and promotions are advertised, come with lot of conditions associated with it. Not happy with the overall experience. Be careful while choosing this app. This will not work if you are in emergency.
