This app works, but I find it a bit cumbersome to use, especially when I'm on the move. The UI could do with a complete redesign and the mapping tool often doesn't recognise place names. I find myself often resorting to Google Maps or the NX Bus app which are much easier to use and navigate.

This app is hopeless it didn't even know where the national memorial arboretum in alrewas was ....

What's the point of having it when it doesn't show map's.

This is the missing journey planner from the network wm app, so WHY is it separate?

It's a really useful app. It has helped me choose a good and easy route to get to many places. But, sometimes it calculates really inconvenient routes. For example, it suggested that I walk 2 miles to catch a bus that stops pretty much right outside my house. Overall, this is a good app, but could do with some improvements.

Suggests walking half a mile to catch a bus that comes back past where I started. 4 bus changes to get to Brum! Summat's well out of kilter here. Uninstalled.

Just like its twin app, NWM! It's useless! 2 apps by same people (centro) giving 2 different times for same bus! Same stop! Same journey! Same day & supposedly same time!

As the fact you decided to actually update your app finally, you still fail to fix the widget? I mean, if your content never loads, then why bother?!

It wields well enough but you have to remember to go into your settings and skeet then each time you use it. The options are so specific that anything falling outside isn't displayed is if you set Max walking distance to 10 and the so believes a walk is 15 minutes then you aren't given the route at all. I'm actually finding Google maps easier to use now that public transport timetable information for the uk

I don't usually write app reviews but had to for this. I've always found it a nightmare to work out Birmingham bus routes if you need more than one bus to get to your destination. Their timetables are confusing as is the twm website. This app however takes all the pain out and in seconds I had the best rout worked oit and saved on my phone. Recommend, especially for those like me who don't use the bus that often and find it all a bot confusing!

Now jave a 20min wait and will be late for work thanks to displaying weekday timetables on a saturday. Brill.

Sometimes the journeys it suggests are not the most appropriate. I also think there needs to be an option to hide/show specific operators and make better use of the bus stop codes. Overall I find the app functional but it needs improvement.

This worked perfect for me until recently. For example it told me to get on the 48 in weoley castle and get off 1 minute later and I'd apparently be in Bearwood?? Not likely somehow. This needs fixing as its unusable at the moment. I've used this ALL the time up until now... Very disappointed.

Works perfectly, tells you all the steps to easily guide you to destination. Other negative reviews are not redundant, they probably cant deal with simple things

Ok app if you want an electronic timetable. Really needs to be real time showing if the transport is delayed

Not very reliable, not sure if its the app or travel westmidlands equipment. bus is not where the app says it is.

I used to tell everyone about this app but its been really poor recently. Says that I am always not in a supported area. These were areas it used to give me perfect information.

It's best solution for my journey was to get a taxi despite various options being available - no good!
