Using it for the first time. It was very choppy scrolling experience which might have been resolved with the latest update. I will verify and edit my review accordingly. I don't see any benefit so far over other food delivery services except for slightly lower delivery fee. Add a filter/search within an individual restaurant and this will be 5 stars.

Horrible customer service. The restaurant missed one item from the order. I contacted the customer service through the app, choosing to get my money back for the missing item. I got an email from costumer service saying I have to explain more specific what happened. I explained and sent pictures to help them understand better. Then they gave me a voucher instead, which value LESS than what I paid for the missing item. UNBELIEVEABLE!! Do they expect me to order again after such experience??

The food literally never comes in time. It's frustrating how the "less than 5 minutes" is there for more then half an hour. When the food arrives it's always cold and most of the time something is not the way i orderd it.

I have to update this app every week...almost. These constant updating really annoying considering that i don't see any improvement at all. Otherwise i don't have any complaints, i got wrong order but it was resolved kindly and i get coupons when the delivery takes too long.

Horrerible app. On a New Galaxy phone at startup says:, "Unknown error occured, please try again later. Very meaningful." The food voucher cannot be redeemed on website only on app. The customer un-service is appaling: no phone contact just garbage email responses: just like the error msg itself. :) If there is money to market this un-product all over the place, why not spending money on working infrastructure and services??? Wish I could give 0 star as feedback to this abomination.

I used promo code for my first order. They said that I will get discount 5€ and free delivery. I paid for delivery. And I'm waiting in front of building 15 minutes righ now because "courier will arrive in less than 1 minute". Courier is on way more than 70 minutes. My mother live 90km from me, it will be faster to bring me food from her.

I got the wrong order. Through the app there is no way to get in touch with customer support about this issue, or the restaurant or even the delivery person. Their solution? I can choose whether I want reimbursment as a bank transfer or as a coupon after this incident is rectified in 24 hours. I choose bank transfer, the next day I was notified I had received a coupon. After contacting their in-app cusomer support again they sent the bank transfer and rescinded the coupon.

Horrible app and company, avoid if you can. Firstly, many times the restaurants display products as available while actually they aren't even in inventory, and when you order they just cancel it. You get back your money weeks later. This is clearly illegal and I contacted the authorities after the company refused to do anything. Secondly, the delivery time you get when you order usually ends up being twice as long than what they first predict. Repeated experinece at least 5 times now.

My favorite food disappears from available foods if I sign in, although it's visible on the restaurant's website. So I ordered directly from restaurant, lol. Also thank you for nice sunday walks, because we'd rather walk to restaurants than order because of the left-out items on every occasion we ordered.

The changes to the app have completely broken it. I have the language set to English, but everything is displayed in Hungarian. Navigation of the app is difficult now. No previews of items are shown, you click on something and it goes straight into the basket and it is really unintuitive to clear the basket. The app regularly says that restaurants are closed, even when they are not. And crashes at the payment screen regularly as well. Absolutely useless app. Previous version was 100% better.

The previous version was almost perfect in every way. Now it's an illogical mess while trying to copy the layout of the competiton, but in a twisted way. Plus my order history disappeared, also 2 of my favourite restaurants. Some of the functions are super illogical like removing stuff from your cart or the category tabs when you are trying to select food (also the layout is bugged sometimes). It's unclear for me why did they change this app so drastically, when the previous version was great.

I hate the new look and feel of the app. The user experience has become less informative and annoying. Restaurants with long menus can take forever to scroll through. When I tap on a dish, I don't want to add it to the basket, i want more info on the dish (long names are cut off). When I ordered, show me the delivery map all times, not just in the last 5 minutes. Don't tell me how many minutes are left, tell me the approx time of arrivaI. Wish there was a way to revert to the previous interface.

The new update completely broke the app. The map is totally useless (old map was much better). You cannot zoom in, most of the time the icon does not even move. Also checking the details of a product is not easy as when you tap on it, the app only puts the item into the cart. Support is useless as well, bunch of pre defined messages.... When I click on "Where is my order" it always says "Your order is in time" (even when the delivery time was 30m, ordered 2h ago) I'll pick Wolt next time :)

The 4.0 version which was released recently has many bugs and is more complicated to use. The previous UI was easy to use and understand. For example now I cannot open the full description of the food just after adding it to the basket, or for the GO option the progress is not informative anymore, please bring back the map view...

The prices of the foods for some of the restaurants are 70%, 80% more expensive + delivery cost, and then they would offer discounts to increase the chance of selling food to you! For a pizaa which is 1390 HUF in the restaurant you need to pay 2490+490(delivery) = 2980! These dirty tricks are not very good way for your company survival!

All around good app, but definitely in need of some refinement. The address handling is painful. There is no way to know if my address was saved correctly, I cannot see if the door number and such detailed info is correct. The feedback system basically non existent right now. The badge popup widget is annoying. It should not disappear on scrolling or disappear for the session, but the blinking icon is simply distracting.

Its usually a good app. However sometimes you are making a purchase, and after you spend a lot of time to make choises and so on, once you click to finalize and go to the payment a messagem of "something went wrong appear" and all the choses you made dissapier. After you look for the restaurant again and its no longer available, not even as closed. This happened so much times and usually at night in the weekend.. its very stressing and frustating

The new app/site is just terrible. I know that the old design was kinda retro, but it did what it had to. Now, if I try to open a food for more details, it just throws it into the cart. Half of my addresses are gone, the other half is doubled with the same name. And this is just after 2 minutes... Tipping the delivery guy in ADVANCE is also nonsense. You can still order food tho, so 2 stars.

The application was 2 years ago only in Hungarian, it was very difficult to order food via the app because of the language.now the design has been changed, English can be chosen, new restaurants. But the only inconvenient thing here, that food offers by restaurants, still in Hungarian. Hope this point will be taken into consideration sooner.

Worst app ever. Not user friendly. The Food takes forever to come. The good place are always temporarily unavailable while in another app it is available. The only thing that forces me to use this app is that I can use my Szép card.
