NETPLUS SMART TELEPHONY

There are some bugs that need to be fixed- 1. Incoming calls automatically gets disconnected 2. When an outgoing call gets picked up it still keeps ringing in the background 3. The other person hears his own voice+ ringing 4. The call forwarding option doesn't work properly 5. It doesn't give any option for voice mail even though I've put it on voice mail. Conclusion: don't make an app and launch it when it's this broken.

App need lot of improvements and have some bugs. please work on it 1. I'm unable to receive call even after allowing permission to display over other apps. 2. When Bluetooth headphones are connected, there is no option to hear the call via headphones. By default it is Headset or you can put it on speaker. Please fix these 2 issues. And the app is good to rock 👍

App allows me to dial the number but it still shows ringing when the other party has answered the call and two plays two version of dial tones. Team, I saw the feedback shared by other customers also and I found that you guys are not replying to them and assuring that something will be done to fix. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IT IS. YOU CAN REMOVE THE APP OR FIX IT.

I am using redmi note 9 pro. It keeps on dialing number and keeps ringing bell even when the outgoing call gets connected. Also not able to pick up incoming calls. When tried to pick up, it automatically says call disconnected and call. Please fix these bugs as soon as possible.

When i heard about this app. I was very much happy to see that we will be able to call through app instead of landline set up. But this app is so worst. A number of bugs with no technical staff who has knowledge of this app. There are only two ways .. either remove this app from app store or fix these bugs. Dont ask customer about this if they have to face issues. Thanks.

Hi Netplus , First Thanks for giving us a Affordable plans , Now come to this Smart telephony app , Actually i always use my Bluetooth headset for calls but in this app i unable to make calls with my Bluetooth headphones , i just able to use Speakerphone or mobile earpiece no Bluetooth connectivity feature , Also when someone pick the call and start talking the Ring keep going , Hope you Guys Fix this ASAP. Thanks

Too manu bugs. Ringing sound does not stop when the call gets connected and i am not able to receive calls along with that cannot make calls to bsnl number it rings for a second and gets disconnected automatically. BEING A BIG INTERNET PROVIDER COMPANY, YOU SHOULD HIRE QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEERS TO ENSURE THE PRODUCT QUALITY.

You have a problem with this application.Because it doesn't work properly. When talking to someone, sometimes the sound of ring comes in it and incoming calling does not seem.It needs to be updated properly.All your customers are troubled by the problem of this application.

Worst app experience, full of bugs 1) Need to login again on every time starting the app 2) Not able to place calls - just show calling - not receiving/hearing dial tone 3) Call Management Services not work - not able to click 4) It's design is just Red base on little features

Everything is fine. Calls are clear. But the only thing is call management feature page is not opening just keep loading, and because of that I am not able to get incoming landline calls over my device which is annoying but rest of the things all Good.

The person picked the call and still the bell is ringing behind.There is a lot of bugs in the app.Suddenly the app stoped working. Worst App i have ever used. Very Bad Netplus Waiting for the next update

Please hire a better developer... I first logged in to app and tried to make calls. Was getting "call disconnected" error, and then I got suggestion from the customer care to logout from the app. And now, guess what! I'm not able to login, regardless what device am I using.

This app not properly work in Android. Call management service setting not open in any or all Android phone. Please update this issue

very poor app. i am using a costly plan but company does not responds to me when i want to use telephone. i have called several times and the company employees say that telephone connection will be active. but it has been more than 1 month and i am waiting. very POOR SERVICE and no satisfaction to Customers. If the service will remain BAD like this, I WILL be OBLIGED TO REMOVE THE CONNECTION from my home.

It's filled with bugs. You can't take incoming calls Most of the times call doesn't get connected Everytime when it gets connected I can still hear the ring in background

App is having full of Bugs. Nees to fix asap. Ring issues. Call syncing issue. Call received via mobile only when app is opened and it's disconnected frequently.

It is a very poor application, if accidentally uninstalled, it is almost impossible to login again. I have encountered a lot of trouble while using this app.

Same is the issue going...not able to log in and loading like forever.......customer care services says to reinstall the app but still it's not fixing the issue.

Horrible experience. No function/settings open. God only knows what they have designed- An app which doesn't even work on their own Wifi.

your apps is very slow some the feature it's not working such as call management system and its login is very slow. i thinks you have to solve the problem

I taught that it would be usable without internet but when my voice got activated then it only worked with wifi but not without wifi. Netplus should fix it really disappointing

Worst app...not able to login from past 3 weeks...everytime it shows login error...installed tgis app 3 4 times again and again but the result is still the same...not able to login...all the servies provided by netplus are very very poor....even their customers care executive are very irresponsible.

this is worst app , i m facing a lot of problem , 1)keeps on ringing even after call is connected 2)unable to make call in 1st attempt 3)unable to pick a call 4)if u uninstalled the app then u wont be able to login again ,it says app already in use . worst experience
