Here is some constructive criticism: this app desperately needs a basic tutorial about how to make use of it. It's very unintuitive, but can be somewhat useful if set up correctly. The problem is, it gives you zero hints about how to set it up. So far, I have only made use of favoriting useful records (please let us favorite saved searches BTW). Would really like to know how to set up dashboards.

The redeeming thing about this app is that it works offline and works with a customized expense report form. But the UI is confusing and requires twice as many navigation steps as necessary. This was developed by someone who didn't study current mobile app UI/UX.

Incredibly unreliable app. I lost all the expenses I was registering. The list simply went empty, out of nowhere, no error message. If I had the option, I would never use the poorly developed app.

Unfortunately, application crashes when utilizing the expense reporting functionality. Issue happening on Android platform, when used with iOS it works but has a weird bug. Some users have to re-add expenses from expense log from the submit report screen after reviewing/adding each expense to it. Shows up blank.

Worst pile of junk application in existence! If I could give it a -5 I would. Half the time it doesn't show you receipts that you have recorded and expense reports just disappear on the mobile application. Support from the organization doesn't exist even when you provide detailed diagnostic logs and information, they pointed your phone and tell you that there is something wrong with your phone... I have no idea why any organization would use any application from Oracle let alone this one.

Very slow system overall. When using the time entry function the app will only show previously found customers and will not show any recently added accounts until the app is completely reinstalled :/

Worst app I have ever downloaded! Files deleted with no explanation, 10 minutes to upload docs... How could you allow such piece of garbage to be available! 10 min para gerar cada nota, bug a toda hora, sem sincronização com a versão desktop...

The UI and UX is so bad. I've been trying for the past 20 minutes to find where to press the listing of pending approval then until now i still can't find where to click the approval. Horrible

Horrible app. Much too hard to use on the road. No way to change dashboard layout. Help file is totoally useless. Does Oracle even bother to read reviews? Most are 1 or 2 stars since you cant give 0.

If our company didn't make us use this, there is no way this would be an app to try and figure out. The web based Netsuite site is decent, but this in no way is close or even resembles that. Not user friendly, especially expense reporting.

This product is awful. I can't believe anybody would use this for expense reports but we do as a company. It doesn't transfer information, it's unreliable. Do everything you can to avoid NetSh#@ on your Android.

Unfortunately the app doesn't come close to matching the website experience. It only captures the crm and expense part of netsuite. Our organization uses neither. I want to be able to review and approve invoices, review saved searches and such. I'm hoping Oracle will try to reinvent this app...

terrible app on samsung s8+. i have entered my expenses multiple times and this terrible oracle product never uploads.the expenses and says connection error. wasted 3 hours entering expenses and it didnt go through. if you are a business looking to invest definetly dont pay oracle for this app

For the last two years, the button to save a new time entry has not worked. Literally the only function I have this app for doesn't work.

Useless, kids make better apps than this one. Shows the attention this company gives to something that has always been criticized since years. But the company doesn't care. They have a ridiculous pricing model that you are stuck with once you sign up, but that money goes into an even more ridiculous development team which makes stuff like this one and their worst support system that is pathetic and slow than a snail. Mind you, I am a paying customer who has paid for Gold support as well.

Latest update crashes every time you take a photo of a receipt. Have to go and take a photo then attach a file individually.

Receive an error message even before I can log in for the first time. "Action could not be completed because of corrupt data". -_-

If I could rate this a zero. I would. The app is a representation of the company. It promotes functionality while failing to actually do so through the app. Designer of netsuite stated he hasn't used the app in over 10 years. Do your own due diligence before signing anything with this company.

I wish it had more functionality as it pertains to Advanced Manufacturing and other elements that seemed to be gutted out of this version.

Slow! Slow! Slow! Save your money! Runs one third of the speed of our old, 20 year old invoice system. complete garbage.

Finding your pending approval and other action items is a burden. Once you found it, it has no button to approve and/or move to the relevant page, neither an option to copy the document's number in order to easily search for it. Besides that, for some reason, I couldn't find the item fulfillment I needed to release but eventually had to find the customer's most recent SO and from there enter the item fulfillment in order to release. So inconvenient.

Useless to me. Has none of the reporting and dashboard analytics I see on my desktop screen.

We are using it personally but its feels that they have to work on stability and lags more.

Awesome application. Easy to access important dashboard, reminders notifications and key actions.

hello , after the last update users are unable to use call logs option...please that in to the android version with pop up.

I couldn't create an expense report in the app. It doesn't load and return to the same page.

This is a pile, it does not connect. Always connection error.

Won't let me pick different task.... Also lots of options greyed out.
