Can't get it hooked up to my wifi. It gets me to the point where I log in to the ezlinq router, but then it keeps "reconnecting" and telling me to sign into the ezlinq router when I'm already signed into it.
My net talk duo crashes every other day, and I have to reinstall it every other day. Useless, unless you like fixing it more then using it
This is garbage. Have to constantly scan qr code, constantly rebooting the app. And still couldn't do what I wanted.
I tried to port out the home phone number I had ported in to netTALK since 2014 but not allowed to have my home phone number back no matter I tried man years, therefore I lost my home phone number permanently. Very lousy administration, or to be exact, no administration at all. Avoid using netTALK to avoid locked in your number permanently.
Can't sign in at all. Trys to load and then doesn't work.
THIS SUCKS. Y AM I INSTALLING THIS APP ON THE COMPUTER, YET I HAVE TO USE AN ANDROID PHONE TO FINISH THE PROCESS. DUH, LETS GET IT TOGETHER GUYS AND DO THIS ON THE COMPUTER AS WELL. I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR A SERVICE I AM STILL NOT ABLE TO USE DO TO THE FACT THAT I HAVE NO ANDROID PHONE, NOR DO ANY OF MY FRIENDS. AND NOW I ONLY HAVE UNTIL JUNE TO GET THIS DONE OR I HAVE NO PHONE. MY DUO, IS NOT THERE ANYMORE. AND IN JAN. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN. IS THE DUO DONE? OR WHAT?

My first go at setting up took some patience and chatting online with a rep, but it was successful and there have been no dropped calls or poor connections or any connectivity issues. The second time I set up for a new router and it went as smooth as possible. I'm a happy camper.
Garbage. Converted from a DUO to the ezLINQ, and made a serviceable and tolerable phone into unusable garbage. Going back to DUO, not renewing VIP service. May switch VOIP, altogether.
Easy install with ezlinq router. Took a few tries but it finally worked. I use online chat support with nettalk. Help support is great if you're not a prick :)
This conpany has no phone support and online chat is awful.
Switching from DUO to ezLINQ told device would already be configured with my number and would just plug it in and be ready to go. Instead had to install this horrible app that failed multiple times to configure the device. Finally got phone to work but all device settings require you to scan and connect through the app which is hit and miss of whether it will work. So far have not been able to manage any network or wifi options. Using the app should be completely optional not a requirement
