Haven't been able to finalize a purchase and will uninstall instead. Many many "something went wrong". Especially irritating that all my purchasing info disappears when it happens so I have to spend a lot of time on each new attempt at a purchase.
Several issues: -With season ticket, i have had it not been able to scan atleast 70% of the time. -The load time is slow, and i cant even click on the tickets to scan the qr without going to my mail -The search function for new trips with season ticket just doesnt work -You cant use the app to buy tickets with balance -It's highly inpractical to see where the bus is in real time -There is no possibility to move ticket over from vybuss to vy app You're better off using vy app, not vybuss
Downloaded the app because Nettbuss suddenly started to charge a lot more to buy the ticket onboard. There is no reason for allowing 6-character passwords in 2019. This encourages users to use easy-to-hack passwords. The 13-character max password length limit is also strange. Validation does not work, so no user feedback if you do not fill out the form correctly. Not possible to set "student" as a default traveler in your profile.
The app is horrible. Extremely buggy, sometimes unable to load a trip without the app saying something went wrong, the tickets don't always load. Seriously, fix it or delete it
A monkey could make a better app. Crashes all the time... if you want to buy a ticket you need to go to payment 100 times and start all over again.
Terrible service doesnt even accept my card. Error keeps popping up for my card despite writing in the correct information. I had to use my gfs card to make a purchase. I wish to get compensation for the amount of time wasted on trying to make a simple purchase. The website is as worst as the app.
Trash app that goes out of its way to make things LESS convenient than ever with the added bonus of constant "Whoops something went wrong" crashes and unresponsive UI.
Can't even search for trips without the app claiming there is no connection when I know 100% thar my connection is fine.
After last upgrade October 24, 2019 everything works perfect (using Motorola One Vision ***** btw)

Not working. The only thing that I could do is to log in, then it seems that there is an issue verifying internet connection.
useless app
One of the worst app experiences i have ever experienced and i have used this app a lot. It crashes in the middle of payments almost every time I try to use it. It crashes when trying to search for trips as well.
