New app is so confusing! Charged me £10.40 at the point of making a booking. I tried to pre-book, the time said 30mins (for a 10min journey) so I assumed it meant 30mins until pick up. What does that time actually mean?! Driver shows up about 10mins after. He left, they gave me a £4.40 refund. So a £6 charge. Basically, they will show up whenever. And charge you first. I miss the old Network App. Will never use again.
When it works, it works however it is extremely buggy. The car tracker is inaccurate, and if your booking waiting time is more than 20 minutes it will cancel it without notifying you. Network say it should be 30 minutes before it cancels you and are trying to fix the app but this has been going on for long time
Charged for nothing. Taxi didn't show up! I stood outside waiting only to notice my taxi had been cancelled and I'd been charged full price. I waited 20 mins to speak to someone on the phone who rudely told me it was cancelled because I didn't answer the phone call (phone was on silent and I was standing at the pick up point the whole time) it states on the apps Ts & Cs that I would receive notifications via the app or email, no mention of a phone call being part of the process. AVOID.
App is faulty, I've tried restarting my phone, opening and closing the app, uninstalling and re-installing and all that comes up is a loading screen saying "our wait times will be longer than usual sorry about this"...I waited over 45 minutes to see if it would disappear and it doesn't.
The app used to work well. Then they updated it (in June-July 2021?) and it even wouldn't start on my phone, as other users mentioned previously. I had to uninstall and re-install the app. Now it seems to be working. This is annoying!
Useless, rude, aggressive. There is no point in pre-booking a taxi as "they'll get there when they get there" which defeats the purpose of planning ahead. Also their website literally does not let you leave a 1 or 2 star review even when signed in.
Booked taxi, 14 min arrival on app. 1 hour later I phone and get an automated response telling me the taxi is booked and on it's way. Another 20 mins still no taxi. I then discover that according to the app the booking has been cancelled. Phone back to be told they tried to contact me to let me know that the taxi was delayed (your not joking). Because I didn't answer they cancelled it. Laughable service not the first time they have let me down. Not to mention the operators are cheeky gits.
After latest update icon thumbnail now doesn't open app (fully updated, though says I need to update) - I have to come through Google store but then shows red warning window with 'cannot accept bookings'. Please fix this!
App is easy to use. Doesn't tell you vehicle that is picking you or name of driver or any other information just that they are waiting which isn't good for safety reasons. It's a new app so hopefully this will be sorted soon.
I really like this taxi app. Very easy to use & gives you estimated prices for your journey. It also shows you where & when your driver is & the route on which you will be going. I always used to call for a taxi but now I don't have to. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I can't even start the app. I've tried restarting my phone and still, nothing. It's not even the app that's terrible, the whole service is. Every time I call up it's a hassle to book a taxi.
When you book for a specific time, even if you book 2 hours in advance, they only start to look for a taxi for you when that time arrives. So you book a taxi for 11.30pm at 9.30pm they will only start looking for one for you at 11.30pm. Then if there aren't any available you could be waiting another hour. It's a huge fail with the way their system works. Look elsewhere.
By the time it toolk to go to messages fot the veryficatoon number, had to start all over again. Pretty poor show!.
Run the app and it says, "not working go download this other app" why isn't it removed then? I'm guessing because it's ratio is so bad (mostly 1 stars) they changed the apps name to start re scamming with a clean slate?

Booked a taxi for 10pm Saturday night it didn't turn up. Then phoned network was on hold for 30 minutes understandable that it was busy, when we got through to the operator we asked where our taxi was and she hung up. Will not be using network again.
Don't bother using to book in advance as they only start to look for available cabs at the time you want picking up, not in advance. Ended up late for a timed visit with my newborn because I was only assigned a cab 15 mins after the time I requested pickup.
Thieves have been taking about 1.40 extra a fare for years, that's 2 or 3 a week. I called up and was brushed off n told that it's right even though I sent photos of the fare difference. Pay cash and save your money.
You just broke this app total useless,the last update also instead of giving you an estimate time ,it just spin's to find a driver, people want to know if it's 5 mins or an hour. This revamp needs reworked.
absolute joke of company, evidently people only use this company bcoz of the price, it's not for the customer service! I have issues with this company every time I book a taxi. Staff are rude and abrupt. Booked a taxi at 8am for 8.30am and still not arrived. Absolutely Ridicilous. Will be looking for another taxi company
Used to work really well, but its terrible now, I've updated it, uninstalled then installed again, but it keeps refusing my booking & wait ages on the phone to book a taxi I've used this company for years, but now switching to glasgow private!
I've done the latest update but the app doest updated it jist still says time to update and doesnt move past that? Absolute waste of time tying to use it. There is always an issue with it from 1 week to the next
Bad.. too many bugs + £1 extra charge. This take over is just the worst. It was better the way it was before it took over other taxi firms. The app now is just pokey.. doesn't work properly & I don't know about anyone else but I always seem to get an extra charge of £1 when I'm paying with my card. Honestly put off with them now and even some of the drivers don't know where they're going!.. Even though it's on their satnav!!..
