Network Service Discovery

This application uses Android's Network Service discovery feature to discover HTTP services advertised over mDNS / DNS-SD. This is the method used by Bonjour / Rendezvous / Zeroconf, e.g. by the avahi-daemon under Linux systems.

This protocol is used by a variety of devices including printers and routers to advertise their administration pages.

This app is completely ad-free and open source, you can find sources at: https://github.com/netom/android-network-service-discovery

A decent beginning, but only shows 10% of the output of e.g. 'avahi-browse -a'. Not useful yet.

Useful for accessing MDNS named devices such as an IOT SONOFF etc as Android does not support mdns in its browsers

It works ok but why only show http services? It could be so much more useful.
