Network Travels
Network Travels is the largest private bus fleet operator in Assam and North East India. Established in 1992, Network Travels started in-bound operations in 1993 and has been successfully handling the tours and travels in North East India. The first Government-recognized tour operator in North East India, the company was incorporated to provide connectivity by road to important destinations within the region and is currently the largest operator in this segment.
Network Travels International, accredited with IATA, deals with both domestic and international air ticketing. The tourism division of the company facilitates tourists to travel to all major destinations of North East India, including Sikkim and Darjeeling.
Network Travels consists of a current fleet of 142 buses with 81 own buses and 61 in joint operations. The fleet consist of both non-AC and AC seater coaches. It also has a fleet of around 15 Eicher mini buses which are used in transit services carrying passengers from Guwahati city to ISBT (Inter State Bus Terminus) for departure.
As the biggest fleet operator in the North-East, Network Buses cover the roughest terrains and the remote corners in the region.
With a workforce of about 510 in total, 132 schedules per day, approximately 3300 passengers daily and distance covered around 33000 km, Network Travels is definitely the largest bus travel company in the entire North-East India.

It's horrible after new update I'm a regular customer but today when I tried to book tickets my money is deducted but transaction not approved, than I call to help line number and the replied that they didn't received money my money will be reverted. Ok I could understand that then I tried for the 2nd time but the result is same....... I'm worrying about my 2600 Rs.
Simple,nice UI, intuitive and realtime seat availability. No annoying errors. Kudos! ***Notes for improvement 1.The terms and conditions can be made to look and read better. Presently, the content and format is a direct lift from the paper ticket. Needs more details 2. No mention of how refunds would be made in case of cancellation of tickets booked and paid for over the app. 3. Just to nitpick, Dibrugarh is spelled wrongly as dibrugarH in the boarding point options.
The user experience is really bad. No billing summary. You guys need to invest in it's development seriously or a competitor will eat all your customers.
Pathetic app.... recently i have booked a ticket but now they are not giving any details about the confirmation of the ticket even though they have deducted the money and also the support team is not responding i have call them so many time
Only departure time is shown in the application. The arrival time is not shown. Please make a convenient application for the users to use.
Initially gave 1 star because the app wadnt functioning due to an update pushed by the app but not updated in play store. Being a travel app, it has to be operative all the time, and just when i wanted to book it, the app was down. The issue resolved after a day made my travel plans a bit of a flop. But still a good app.
Ridiculous staff. Right now I have sent the email also. The driver had stopped at 6:00 pm at his own choice. We refused to take food since it was too early. Now he is not stopping anywhere. Because he will get commission from only some selected hotels. Till this midnight we are traveling without food. When we requestd him for food he shouted on us saying fooding is not his responsibility. Driving is only his responsibility. If this is his behavior to the passenger who and why people will travel
Overall experience was good, customer service was good. The only problem I had was the particular bus from which I was supposed to travel was not mentioned in the app after I booked the tickets and the place of departure was not mentioned either. I had some problems due to this reason, other than that, the app was very helpful.
This ticket booking app is great, no issue in confirming tickets. But the bus service from Guwahati to Tezu is horrible, my worst journey experience so far. The departure time was 5:30 pm, but it started after 6pm. And it doesn't feel like a passenger bus, but it is a cargo loaded with lots and lots of cargo packages and dropping it in every short distances. Picking short distant passengers as much as it can. I'm not going to avail this service anymore. PNR 1913441
Very very bad application. The UI looks good but the working is pretty slow and misleading. A number of times it fails to book the ticket and when It actually did, there isnt generation of ticket details either to my mobile number or email address provided, which made me beleive as the seat is not booked but actually it did and made me book again,i.e.two different seats for a single person.
Dear Network Travels, I have been trying to book your new Rayan Volvo to dibrugarh. But the bus seats in your app shows that it's all booked while network counter says that most of seats are available. I have faced this problem many a times before as well. Kindly rectify this recurring technical error in your app.
The online app has really helped us students to book tickets without travelling long distances... We always prefer network travels for journeys in north east india... And the customer support team is very good and responsive...they really helped me in a crisis situation... Keep up the good work network travels authority.
Very disappointed with network travels. I booked a ticket today and as I paid the amount the app showed that the payment was a failure. The money was deducted from my account but there was no confirmation nor did I receive any ticket and the seat I booked was showing empty or unbooked. This is not our problem because one has already paid the full amount so one has to get seat anyways no matter what. So many similar complaints and still network is neglecting the customers.
It's like fraud.. numbers are also not responding... don't ever try to play with this application...
The payment interface is very bad in this app. Even after confirmation of ticket it shows payment is failed. It should be fixed and the cancellation process of ticket is horrible.The refund is too long. Kindly fix the bugs.
one of the worst app and service. I wanted to cancel my ticket which was booked online. neither they r sending the otp for cancellation nor they customer service is picking up the call. Please don't book any ticket from this app. I have booked the ticket before sign up.. by providing only my email and phone number. Now totally helpless as I could not find my ticket in my bookings. PNR-986929 .please cancel my ticket
M a frequent traveller in your buses. The app has made it more easier now to book the tickets.. really its a relief... Good initiative. But if possible kindly ply one more A/C bus in guwahati to tinsukia route at night, there was one before but i think you have discontinued it now.
Improved a lot from previous versions
I cancelled my ticket 14 hrs before journey on 12 march but my money not refunded yet... Customer care no's are switched off... No reply from customer support mail.. Very pathetic experience...
Really liked the service of network travels. I have travelled for the first time and m totally satisfied with their services specially the customer support. They are very helpful and responsive.
worst app....the developer should update its ui ...its unfriendly....and if possible make it available for ios
Very poor service.... horrible!!! just now i booked a ticket for Kanchanpur and amount got debited from my account but there's no any sign of either text message or any message in my email.
Very nice service. Customer support is outstanding. One thing I like about network travels is that, you can get full refund on ticket cncellation, even on the date of journey. Keep it up. ;)
Very bad, my money is deducted but I don't get any bus details , no confirmation message on my given number and no email message and the booked seat is still showing empty. I really hate this app, I book ticket without viewing this app reviews. Kinda worst app ever. I mistakenly tap on one star I don't have the guts to tap star for this app. Tortoise app!!
