The new Verizon Networkfleet Manager app allows you to take the power of Networkfleet with you on the go. Manage your fleet from your smartphone or tablet.
Access valuable information about your fleet and its performance using the following screens in the Networkfleet Manager app.Map• View the location of your fleet on a map. Choose between map and satellite views.• Click on any vehicle icon to view vehicle and driver data.• See at a glance if your vehicles are moving, idling or stopped.• Track your assets*—like trailers, sheds and generators.• Search by physical address, place (point of interest), driver, vehicle and asset.Schedules • Get information about your drivers.• Set up delivery schedules for your drivers, add new stops, re-route drivers and mark stops as complete.• Access delivery schedules for your drivers for the current day and the next six days.

Fleet• View a list of vehicle alerts, including battery levels, oil changes, key-on time, mileage and more.• View vehicle diagnostics, including battery levels, engine coolant temperature, intake air temperature and fuel system status.• Access vehicle service records, including oil changes and tire rotations.• Get analytics on your fleet’s idle time and utilization. • View vehicle information, including the vehicle identification number (VIN), year, make, model and fuel type.

Drivers• Get alerts when your drivers engage in risky behaviors, including speeding.• Access driver profile information, including phone numbers, notes and comments from the Networkfleet portal.

My contacts• Connect with your drivers and crews via phone or text message using your native calling and messaging application.

Like every other review it would not let me log on even after verifying my correct password and username online multiple times. It would authenticate and then my login would fail. Very disappointed with this app.

The biggest problem and best feature is the scheduler. They delete after the day ends witch is not good my employees can only see one day. So if it's a 2 day drive either they can see it for day one of the drive then it deletes for day two without them clicking complete or if I schedule it for day 2 they can see it there for making it pointless. Also can't edit the date say my driver gets a head or behind of schedule we can't go in and adjust the date. Last you need a Customer Log so we can just search name

We switched from another company, now we can't even use this app. It does not work and the customer service is..... Non existent. Please read these reviews before you switch or join Verizon Network Fleet.

Verizon should be ashamed to have their name on this. We switched our fleet of 40 trucks to network fleet over a year ago and I was promised that they were working to improve their interfaces. They should take notes from nextraq. Besides this app being buggy, you can't even tell which way the vehicles are headed or where they have been from this app.

Won't stay logged in, crashes switching from Fleet to Map, alerts not available on app, routing for Networkfleet can only be done from manager app and does not allow for appointment time or timestamp when completed. Open trouble tickets with Verizon too numerous for issues that should have been fixed before roll-out.
