I've been with this app for about a month and I am having a hard time getting back my money. I've reported leads that are not in my expertise for their staff to review. They claim it takes "up to 10 days" but I have leads that are past 2 weeks. I've called multiple times and both reps said they will get with that department. No luck. I'm waiting for about $300+ to be reviewed. I don't believe I'll renew for the 2nd month.
Most leads are fake info or have not signed up to be called. I have gotten leads that were asking for other work. Networx does not refund the trash leads it gives.
Great! Much better than home Advisor, in terms of the App and how it works. The lead quality could improve a bit, but that's just how things go, they can't control how good a particular call is, I know Networx, like many others, does it's best trying to filter and connect leads and contractors. Excellent app, excellent service, (most importantly) the wonderful STAFF that work for Networx all make this my favorite lead generator.
Basically stole my money. I paid to get started, got a ton of leads. When I called (immediately) I would get no answer, confused civilian, disconnected number, etc. That's fine, just give me credit where credit is due. I was credited 10% of what I spent. Customer service rep apologized, then asked me to spend 3x the amount I originally spent "and they would make sure I saw a return this time." No thanks! Give me credit for what you took the first time!
my experience with Networx has been good. it's a great way to fill your schedule. if utilized properly. even when a leads bad the steps for a refund have been easy and quick. just keep notes on every lead. I'd recommend this service to anyone. thank you for the leads.
I use Angie's list and home advisors. Of the 3, NETWORX is by far the best. The leads are far more reliable, and the price is absolutely the best. I would say networx is less than half the other 2 services I use. More than likely, when my contract ends with Angie's list, I'll switch to networx for all my leads.
I wish the service was spaced out, so instead of sending me 10 potential customers at one space them out over a week or two. And more focused on removals and trims instead of fence clean outs or clean up jobs. Makes the Market more competitive too. So a job I would do for 1000 usually I have to knock off a couple hundred in order to compete with a smaller, Truck and trailer business that isn't insured. So besides all those preferences. Not a bad app when you are getting hungry 😁
The app seems to work ok. Navigating the pause notifications is not easy. There is no way to turn off the "opportunities" notifications that continue to bombard you constantly. If a "pro" has his work area set, then why bombard the "pro" with opportunities outside his chosen area? App needs to allow for the "pro" to choose whether he gets opportunity notices or not.
Still can't navigate, use the taps on the app now. Problem still needs immediate attention. I'm using the app on my Android! Was functional intitually. Not corresponding now! PLEASE ADDRESS ISSUES AND FIX? OR ADVISE RECOMMENDATIONS TO FIXING PROBLEM! 01/08/2019 As of today issues still isn't resolve with is app! I've received one false lead: immediately I was charged for the lead without proper verification by networx of the inquire. NOT SATISIFIED!! 👎👎
I was very excited when I signed up on the Network's app but I soon discovered that the app was not set up for success. I ran through $300 worth of leads ( which happens to be the minimum to sign up) and did not get in front of one customer. I was on top of the leads and answered them back very quickly but again did not get in front of one customer. WHEN I try to call my rep to discuss this I left messages and never received a call back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND .
It's a great affordable service however you must work it for it to work for you! Gotta be by your phone a lot more if that's not your habit. As for the app it kinda lags and doesn't show the leads right away.
I have been using this service since December 2020. While it's not everyday that I have a lead chime in, when they do come they're mostly people who indeed are ready and interested for service. I would suggest two things: Firstly, don't rely on this to generate all of your business. It's a nice supplement to the other things I do to advertise. And secondly, if a lead doesn't answer their phone the first time, do your due diligence to call, text, and email them over a few days to get refunded.
So far they have sent me 8 bids and only 4 ever answered the phone. my account manager is full of bologne. They claimed they will prequalify the leads. they just push em thru. never seeing if they are in my service area. They got three stars because the 4 appointments are now jobs. however I had to do exclusive only to get those bids. I am gonna change my rating after another week. if you see 5 stars it is because they did somethings right like applying the credits and stop sending BS leads
Networks is good because it is more affordable than home advisor. Also i enjoy the pre pay aspect of the whole thing. Makes it easy not to run up a huge bill. I gave 2 stars because they have no option for hot water heaters and no option for gas boilers. You can only sign up for boilers, so im constantly giving leads for oil boilers. Oil and gas boilers are two totally different job. Two totally different school to learn each. Many gas guys dont touch oil.
Good overal, met some good clients through here. Would be nice to choose leads that come in. Often miscategotized, goes both ways at least (sometimes get an addition on a bathroom lead. Other times whole house remodel for paint in 2 rooms)
In a week they took 550 $, and all leads are fake not a single lead is legit, Please dont waste your money and specially your time.
I'm really upset because on about 50% of received leads I couldn't reach the customers no on phone, email or text messages. And when I called customer service to find out what's going on, they said "yes it's happening sometimes, but we can't do anything with that". That's not fair. I lost a lot of money on this kind of leads. Honestly, I won 2 jobs from 15 and from this 15 only 5 customers were really interested to cooperate. Think twice before signing up
It is convenient for customer information. As far as profile information it sucks. I've been trying to put a background picture on my profile and it never comes out right. Also I have seen numerous requests for reviews for customers and they claim they never got it. How am I supposed to build a business without reviews? Your prices are phenomenal and beat everyone else I am very satisfied with that.
The app makes it easy to manage your clients. It helps with communicating with your customers, helps with important reminders. I love it. recommend it to everyone
I don't like how they charge for jobs I don't even list for. But I love how they allways have the opportunity for guaranteed work as long as you can land the job yourself
I can turn on or turn off & still see and choose job options i want.
I get a lot of old and bad leads. Company states they will refund a bad lead. Some clients I cant reach via phone call , email, or text. When It come time to dispute, miraculously they're able to contact the client and I can't. Stay away and save your money and time.
The leads you are paying for are not top quality leads. Often you can't get in contact with a potential lead or get in front of customers. I have been barely able to make my money back and won't be renewing. It's not a scam but it's pretty darn close.
I have work with network Pros over the years and they have been able to offer a full line of construction opportunities in leads the people that work for Network Pros are professionals and they are courteous. All the jobs that I have received from them the customers were very nice and more leads that needed to be done . We have done good business over the years and we hope to do good business for the future. Thank-you Network Pro From New York Best construction co.
app reflex in real-time. great dashboard to check my account and to pause or unpause leads. and customer service has been outstanding. I am never going back to HomeAdvisor.
Met the potential first clients using this app. Meeting went as supposed to, which is a great thing. Now waiting to see if I receive a credit for a client that did not return a call or respond in any way. Thanks, Kenneth
This has been a much better experience than Angies Leads; however, we just don't seem to get as high of a volume of jobs. We will keep pressing forward and pray for it to excel in this coming year. Thanks Networx!!!
This app sucks ( don't use this kind of stuff for your business this is waste of time and money They spend my 600$$ and nothing there's no leads to contact
This app is the same company as homeadvisor names dont matter because their all the same companies. The way it works is they sell you leads that go out to 10 to 25 contractors they start at $60 to $150 per lead names dont matter when it comes to what company.Because their all partners you allow to take your funds at will yes they do give credits but not a cash credit back on your bank account. What they call credit is another garbabe lead who the homeowner already received 25 other calls they
ABSOLUTE SCAM- DO NOT USE This company is a complete designed to take as much of you money as quickly as they can. The leads are fraudulent- the people I contacted had no idea what I was talking about. The app has no way to remove your payment information or cancel your service. Do not get taken in.
