Check depoit function crashes quite often or drops the pictures and have to capture them multiple times. Accounts do not synch unless they are in my recent history on my desktop app. Doing any useful business on the mobile app is frustrating and far more time consuming than it should be.

It's great, when it works, which is infrequently. The check deposit feature crashes the APP more often than not. Very frustrating. A waste of time.

I'm giving it 3 stars because it actually worked! Which 15 years with Pershing I did not expect. My client downloaded the client version, deposited a check, i got an alert! Miracle. Of course when i logged in to view it wouldn't log me in. Just spun and spun. But finally i got in. And of course i cannot find the alert in any logical place once i log in. Messages? No. Alerts? No. Okay where then?

The check capture experience is complete garbage. Won't recognize Fidelity skinny checks?! Can't handle Chase rollover checks. I've opened 4 tech tickets with you over 2 years for check capture using multiple phones and tablets. Get your check capture fixed or what's the point?

Review accounts is fine, but my primary use of this app is for mobile deposit and that part of this app needs serious attention. It doesn't work all the time, doesn't focus correctly and crashes frequently. Please fix asap!

The check deposit feature is very convenient when it actually works. Preframed check outline is only compatible with regular wallet checks. Does not work for any other size of checks - example is rollover checks that are odd in size or different dimensions than wallet checks/personal checks.

I only use this app to deposit checks. Half the time they get rejected on a brand new Samsung device. Please change the check deposit feature to allow corporate sized checks and please up the resolution threshold.

I had to come change my review AGAIN. I just upgraded to the Galaxy S8 & I cannot get the Mobile Deposit to work. As this is the primary reason I use the app, it becomes useless. Although I don't use the other features frequently, I do know that they work properly for me when I do.
