This would have been 5 stars about 2 weeks ago. Since then every time I try to use it the login screen freezes and I can't enter password. I tried reinstall and it works very first time and then freezes again with each new use. May be due to recent app update.

Absolutely the worst app I've ever used. My brokerage should be embarrassed to be associated with the creator. It rarely saves passwords and forces me to re enter all info as if I was signing in for the first time. So annoying that rarely use it .

Every new release breaks something else. Until late 2001 it worked fine. Then it's started forgetting passwords, then disabling biometrics, and now not even allowing the user to enter login information. it's become completely useless.

This used to work for me as of December 2021 (up to that point 3-star rating due to lack of biometric login). I believe the app stopped working conincidentally when the Android operating system updated; now I receive an application error (-2 stars). Feature desired -- biometric login. Starting working again early January 2022 -- back to 3 stars.

Does not work at all. I'm taking crystal clear photos of a printed check from another bank, in good lighting against a dark background, over and over, and it just keeps telling me it can't read them. What year is it?

I'm a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 user. The app has most of the functionality of the desktop mode. I give it a low rating because there doesn't seem to be a way change the Watchlist view. This is something that I use frequently. It may be time for some improvements that reflect the mobile experience.

The Mobile Deposit feature does not work. The frame for the picture is landscape for the front of the check and portrait and off the screen for the back. Called tech support and told normal BS. Reboot, uninstall. Never heard of such problem but there are other similar comments posted here. Not much of a confidence builder for company entrusted with billions of our dollars.

UPDATE: I am changing my rating from 2 stars to 1 star as, like many others are recently stating, the app has been completely unusable the past several days. I am getting an "Application initiation error. Please contact your system administrator" message. No biometric login feature. I've gone through all of the settings and it just isn't there. Moreover, as others have stated, this is more of a web app wrapper that a full-fledged mobile native app.

No app support. Was not as able to deposit my check and had to mail it because the app doesn't utilize the camera's capabilities and focus on the check clearly. Nerve-wracking and annoying. I emailed the developers via the provided email and no dice.

A bit below average. Not as convenient as others. You have to download a statement every time you want to check your account. That's pretty bulky! They should upgrade to show a snapshot of accounts on the app.

This needs to be made into a true app, not a disguised web Interface. I can only deposit using a photographed check, which is a joke. The menu is structured poorly, and doesn't provide you with useful single glance information. You may as well be watching a stock market ticker from the 1920's. Is there an ETA on a real app?

Just started using this app in October. Was at TDAMERATRADE. Compared, this app is very clumsy. They are promising improvements in January. I hope so! Maybe a history that shows balances at a glance?

It says there is an update available, but it won't download. Cannot copy and paste my password into the password field from my password vault. Do not have the option to see my password as I am typing it in. Terrible login page.

Works for my purposes just fine. Kinda amazed at the one star reviews. I think it is pretty decent honestly. I hope the developers resolve the issues other users have experienced, if they have not already done so.

Decent app for checking account status. App must have been slightly improved from a year ago based on previous reviews. Two remaining problems are no fingerprint unlocking and mobile deposit does not work with oneplus 5t phone camera.

Just a browser shortcut really, not optimized for mobile, doesn't remember your login info, doesn't accept biometrics. No reason for this "app" to exist.
