Unreliable app. Power history often dies not display, or when it does, is after a long delay. Wasn't like this a year ago, so maybe something on the app has changed. In any case, this is very frustrating. Also, there's little detail available, and response is iffy at best.

honestly the idea of this app is amazing and when it works, which is 20 percent of the time, it's great. the rest of the time it just causes frustration. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I tried resetting everything up including wifi. nothing makes it work better. never any updates not sure what the problem is. the support website is literally a picture of the app on a phone. it's an amazing idea but the functionality of the app is absolutely a major problem and frustration.

I see literally holes in my measurements (yesterday, no data most of the day during the peak production time. Surprisingly, the data displayed by the app doesn't match what the electric company measures (FPL... I don't trust them either, so not sure whose calculation is right). Apart from that, the design is pretty bad. It's hard to find what you're looking for. You just need to use it on a very regular basis if you want to remember how you got to a particular chart.

They broke half of the functionality. The live data works just fine, but all of the history (which is what helps you understand your overall energy usage, the daily solar generation, etc) is gone. Since this is the part that helps you plan, it's a huge loss. I hope they fix this. At this point, if this is reflective of Generac's products, I would actively avoid buying more.

Used to work reasonably well but haven't been able access historical data for a month and only intermittently for the last year. We've tries to access from this app and the iPhone app without success so it's them. Our apps are up to date but have never come off beta! Tried the other app but our account doesn't exist with it so useless and their site says to use this one.

Since the update to PWRview, the history and appliance tabs don't work- they just show blank screens. The appliance training feature also almost never even detects that an appliance has been turned on, even if greater than 400w. I want to really like this app, but am currently frustrated by the inconsistent functionality.

The app does what's supposed to except for the always-on graph never shows up. The budget button doesn't work on the main page. The history may or may not show and you need electrical engineering degree to understand it

While there hasn't been any major updates to the software, I have enjoyed the ability to see how my house uses electricity. I have been using this product for just under two years and have been able to pinpoint what is using the most energy during a given season. I am not so thrilled that there hasn't been any major update, like being able to see usage below 400w, which is why I couldn't give a full five star. For those who lost "appliances" reinstall the app. Mine came back and I did it today!

I don't know when the settings part of the app became completely useless. I just moved all my Neurio to a different SSID and it lost all my settings (on- and off-peak pricing, etc); now when I try to update them, there's no way to save. All I get is a popup yelling at me to save my changes, which I can't do. Did anyone actually test this app in real-world conditions before inflicting it on us?

Give accurate info but frequently crashes or freezes. Also the bill estimator graph is different from what it shows when viewing via the web portal with the web portal graph being the accurate one. Not sure how the app is miscalculating a value that the website gets right. Which must mean each is calculated locally from the data.

It was great until they did an upgrade and then we lost the history function. ÷( I hope that they will fix/repair this as it is the history function that helps keep me in line as to how well I'm doing.

When are you all going to fix the missing charts??? It's been at least 2 months!!! UPDATE: You all updated the look of the app on 9/28, but the problem remains....no graphs!!

They changed the app and was not working after multiple contacts with support now is finally working. You need to reset the cache of the phone in order to work again. Novembre 21st the app is useless again , removed all the data and the cache now instead of history there are the company advertising....useless

No option anywhere for appliance detection purchase or settings. Energy history and consumption is unusable on app, doesn't show anything. I expect more from an app tied to a ~$200 product

1) in the plot/graph , ALL my devices in the legend are same color. Thus can't tell them apart. All 6 devices turquoise. How am I supposed to make any sense of that ?? !! ............ . . . . .. I have no idea why generac doesn't respond directly to unhappy user comments (in app store) : " SUPPORT NOTICE: If you are experiencing an issue with your PWRView App not loading History data you will need to clear the App data. For Android devices please follow this link. "

As others have noted here, there are persistent issues with the display of the history graphs. It is an essential feature and should be patched.

I can log into Pwrview online, but using the same credentials, the app won't let me in. I have deleted and reinstalled, with the same result. So for me, it's useless.

Please fix: The charts have disappeared from the history tab of the smartphone neurio app. The text dara is still there, just no chart! Charts still show on the web.

It does what is supposed to do. Shows how much power I'm consuming and how much my array is producing. I really like how it shows you the always on power you use and where you compare to other houses that are similar in size and with the same number of occupants.

I still cannot see anything in my history! Only page that opens is the home page. Not informative at all. Keep the original program as long as you can!

This app, if it always worked, would be great. The issue we always have is getting the login to actually recognize our credentials and the history to load.
