I have to admit, that this is a very good app. It tells you why you need to exercise with PD. Then it gives you a list of exercises at every level with animations. Better yet, it lets you add exercises that to your favorites so you can make your own customized exercise. Don't assume that this app is in Spanish, there is a way did turn into English.
