Neverthink: Best YouTube videos handpicked daily

phenomenal app!! when I'm bored from watching YouTube or my games have become stale it always gets me interested and I love that you can choose a specific topic that you want to watch. there is one problem though, when I'm watching a video sometimes the audio is out of sync with the video and it frustrates me. it's not like on YouTube where you can pause the video and play it again and they sync together, the audio starts playing and then the video moves. if this could be fixed would be amazing!

Stupid! No matter what category I clicked on, it was just stupid, random videos. I tried it for almost an hour, several different channels, & only found 1video that was entertaining or useful. And to top it off, the videos constantly jumped and made a strange sound, so it didn't even work properly. The only way you would want to use this is if you really didn't think. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Sometimes the YT algorithm isn't enough. When that happens, Neverthink will be there for you. All the playlists are hand-picked and are updated with the changing trends. Their staff is super responsive and have helped me with questions on videos and playlists here and there. Thank you for making my evenings much more enjoyable!!

Great concept as a whole but a sorely missing omission is a basic search function. That must surely be a priority for the development team. Watching random curated clips is a great time waster but you'll soon want more control over your preferences. Add a custom category of your choice & automatically add recommended related videos into that category. That would enhance the overall user experience. I hope that's possible on your end. The present development of the app is fairly basic & restricted. A suggestion for the ui.. The category tile size is too big & reducing it would be a more elegant choice, visually. That would leave more heads space for the video when in default portrait mode. Use the bottom area below the playing video by adding tabs for extra functionality. Overall, a nice concept & fairly well implemented. Videos loads almost instantly & no buffering issues on my end. Hope to see more updates & changes & I'll surely recommend this to friends. It's mostly meme-based, but aside from memes it's also got some other cool things to watch including news, mysteries, etc. The group is constantly on the lookout for any trending memes they could use in their app. There's no ads on the app, except for a simple request to support Neverthink by a $2/month subscription. My only problem with this app is the fact that you can't really upload your own content for others to see. I'd love to have that as a feature.

I never knew I needed this app. Only downside I found is the video quality on android TV. Normal youtube videos play at 4K without any issues on my TV. But in this app it seems the videos are played at 480p. I have a 60MBPS connection. Is it possible to provide a video resolution selection button in the future release. Since my TV screen is huge, the videos don't look nice in lower resolution. Cheerz.

I would have given 5 stars if you let us pick 360p video quality (not just SD,HD) I don't use this because this takes unnecessary data for loading unnecessary video until i reach the right one. So to waste less data previewing video, just let us choose 360p quality. The day it gives this functionality, i would definitely use this all day!

This is an awesome app. Good way to explore a bit outside your echo-chamber or conformation bias while still being totally entertained. I am usally really easily bored but equally interested in checking out something new. I can't even sit through a tv show - I just watch youtube... This is like a less random and less potentially boring version of petit tube, but not as structured and algorithmic as youtube. Hope to see the app grow, and get to see lots of cool stuff. Fantastic app and service, love it very much especially Meme Radar. When casting to Chromecast, the Neverthink transition screen persists when the video begins, and since many videos are short you end up missing critical moments of the video. Would be awesome if you could fix that.

This is the most remarkable app to have!! Sincerely, it is. The BEST part is that is compatible with Chromecast PLUS is we can change the channel any time even if we Use Chromecast still on Chromecast. I loved that!!! Loved this app for quite sometime but, after the recent update, it no longer has a feature that made it fuctional. Removing categories? Being able to choose the type of content your viewing is an absolute must, regardless of how awful and greedy YouTube has become. The source of your content shouldn't effect the functionality of your app

This app is good. I would like to make one suggestion: Everytime it skips to a next video the NEVERTHINK logo shows up. It is really bright and disturbing when in bed. If it can just pause or go straight to the next video without logo it would be much better. The title is display in the start of app already.

This app was good until it stopped working. There's been 2 updates since (I've emailed support about this already) and nothing has been fixed. It constantly crashes and corrupts my phone so I have to turn my phone off for it to work properly. It makes it so I can't minimize the app or close out of it. And this time I had to take the battery out of my phone in order to start it back up and work again.

This was my most used app. I've loved this app since 2017. I had dozens of saved videos. The curated channels where fantastic. I know that they had to pivot into something into a different platform. I'm no longer the audience for Neverthink. I wish them the best.

Quite possiby the best app to get through these crazy isolation times or just ever made. Devs Keep it exactly how it is don't give any user control or speciel features. It's the modern day version of putting an old unlabeled VHS 📼 into a video player and hoping for the the best. From the weird and wonderful to the thought provoking and everything in between. No more looking for hours for something to watch. Click a catogory and hope for the best. Literally never think...

I'm loving this concept and I believe that this may have potential. Would rather use this than tiktok. The app needs a lot of work, it's very sluggish on my pixel 2, scrolling is a really unpleasant experience, will think of subscribing when those issues are alleviated.

Great idea behind the app. Too bad it has a bad to navigate interface, the sections are not that useful, you need to search a lot before you can find a good section, and then the videos are not that good.

The new version looks super busy and ugly. I think the new version removed the apps best feature. The whole selling point of this app was to not think about what to watch. Now when you open it up you see a bunch of stuff to choose from requiring some thinking.

Best thing that I've come upon. I think the subscribtion amount is reasonable for what it offers. I would like though if you could tweak it so that videos can properly fit full screen on phones with a notch or punchholes. It doesn't really work even if I force it from settings

When I first saw a link to a perfectly cut screams video, it led me to the desktop site of Neverthink, then I installed this app, I gotta say, one of the best videos I've seen so far, kudos to the dedicated people that handpick these videos for our entertainment, I'd never have to stress about searching for any entertaining videos anymore because it's all right here! Great app, would recommend to friends!

I got problems right off the bat. Everything is fine and dandy, not gonna lie, but the thing is that I am just kinda annoyed that there ain't no settings to change the resolution of the videos.Everything else is really good. The videos are A class. Just add an optional settings for resolution.Peace.

At first I thought I would not like it, but I DO!!! I don't watch most of the channels, but the ones I am interested in always has something new and interesting every day! I really think you should try it for a week. Like me you'll probably only watch like 5 channels, but it is consistent in quality. They also have special channels that are new every week, some are gold, some are not so much. I think it's better than most free TV apps.

Excellent app. I've been a user since day 1 and its always been top notch.. it sorts, filters and categorizes all the latest internet bumff into handy little playlists.. I've suggested channels to them and they promptly reply and take everything on board .. Excellent no brainer app..!

The new update on Android TV is a massive regression in functionality from the previous version. Previously you could select from a number of different category channels, now there is only one. No thanks.

I love the concept of this app but there's still some problems that need to be fixed. When you play a video, the audio and the visual doesn't aligned with eachother and lags everytime.

I loved this app, but suddenly, it does not work anymore. It remains frozen on the opening page/image. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and turning my phone off and on, but nothing -- it just stopped working. I had the app for at least 2 years with no problems. What happened?
