Nevo Watch

It doesn't work at all. Crashes on Android 9, cannot sync with phone.

Problem unsolved with 2.4.5. LED not lits forever to any pressed button. Replaced with a new battery too and the watch is just not working on its electronic... :( a poor product at a premium price!!!

Can't connect to phone. Tried again with new phone mate 20 Pro, the Bluetooth detected it as Jevo, but Nevo apps can't detect my watch.

The app. doesn't let me to connect the watch to phone. Previous app. My Timepiece was very good for me but I changed the phone and the app. is not available anymore. Why don't you keep all previous apps. on google store? The watch is ok but not as smartwatch. :-( Also the help pairing steps in this app. are different from my manual because of different watch versions, I suppose.

The app won't let me connect my Nevo Balade to my phone. Please resolve.

This is one of the worst apps I've ever used. Sorry, but the app renders this awesome watch almost useless. Keeps disconnecting and then losing my data and stops sending notifications. I am very disappointed because the watch itself is well constructed, has a great design and looks fantastic but if the app doesn't work then what is the point??? Please, please, please do something about this!!!

This sticks. Got the new watch and can't pair it. Followed the directions and watched 5 you tube videos. Started again restarted... Tried new battery. What the h&$#… Wasted about 2 hours now and I'm not an idiot. I can't rate the watch or the app with anything more than 1 star because it just doesn't work!!!!

It's not a bad companion app but needs a lot more features such as camera control. Plus it doesn't allow one alarm that can be set up for multiple days. Let's hope they keep supporting our nevos for a foreseeable future.

Nevo can't seem to get anything right. I just installed the update and it crashes on start-up. I can't find a way to go back to the previous version. It wasn't great but at least it worked. The latest update seems to work until you try to activate connecting to Google fit and then you're back in the same situation.

Is working, it only crashes when i activate Google fit. To make it work click clear data and cache, i found that it works this way.

Updated the app, opened it and it crashed within 1 second on my HTC One a9

QA anyone? Too bad, I was looking forward to improvements finally... Hope the bugs get fixed soon. Update & workaround: clear cache and delete data for the app after install. Works after that...

Updates fails, ux is horrible, app completely crashes when connected to Google fit which is a key feature on Android

Won't even load on Android 6.0.1 and the latest Cyanogen... It opened once, just after downloading, then crashes each subsequent attempt to open the phone... And, now, it won't connect to my BT to, perhaps have pedometer access... I agree with those who feel misled... However, it did work with iOS...

Continues to lose connection between phone and watch resulting in removal/install of app and reset of the watch.

Nice looking overly priced watch that does little more than tell time. I have a $10 Timex that dies basically the same thing. I want a functioning, nice looking, analog sports smartwatch that works for me - I don't want to have to work for it, as I have to always wonder if it's connected. And, it has no interoperability with Google Fit or Runkeeper. Further, my package was incomplete, and their support has been abysmal in getting me everything I was supposed to get. I would not recommend this watch.

And it's back. Version 2 is really good.

spotty connections...VERY little change from previous version. Need more customization need to be able to have the buttons on the watch itself do more, never know when the watch is connected or not, plus should be able to keep notifications n if chosen (they vibrate then blink, but if you did not catch it you need to pull the phone out and check...kinda defeats the purpose) the watch is pretty but needs more features and more functionality that lets the wearer know its still connected.

Very little improvement from previous version. Functionalities still not match what show in nevo website ( with iOS app) Desperately need custom app list for notification.

After installing the brand new renamed software, which is asking for every permissions in the book while it doesn't need them, I have the same connectivity issues as before and they only working function which was the step counter has also stopped working. An absolute waste of investment and an utter disappointment. Update my review to 1star after seeing that the new update wants me to manually uninstall the old one and install this one again!

Same issues as the LAST APP. I can understand why they would change the name and App company because of all the negative reviews the last app had. Yes, they include some of the features that are promised a year ago but my Nevo remains a very expensive and inefficient waste. Even the new features don't work properly! By the time they figure all these things out this piece of equipment will be so outdated. Disappointed!

Multiple alarms is definitely something I was waiting for. Little problem, the history screen overlays the menu when I open it.
