Great resource. Lots of great add-ons for devotionals etc. I like the note taking system and highlighting system. Plenty of trusted translation choices. This app makes carrying a Bible easy every place I go. One caveat, switching between devotionals and supplementary texts is a little confusing at first but once you've done it, it's not an issue.
This worked great for a while--until they suddenly started ad dumping and requiring me to tap past a dozen introductory pages every time I opened the app. I got so sick of it I uninstalled it. If they put it back to the way it was, I'll put it back on my devices.
Amazing Bible App. It syncs perfectly between devices, and has a ridiculous amount of Bible versions and other helpful things. They frequently add new items as well. The other thing I like is that a lot of it is free to use, as long as you have internet. Or you can buy the Bibles and other things, and then download them for offline use (I believe that the KJV is free).
Great app. Easy-to-use. Good prices, especially on sale. I really like that you can run two different translations in parallel mode if you have copies and more than one available. Book chapter and verse navigation is easy to use and customizable.
I have used Encarta Bible Apps for a number of years now. I was trying several other Bible Apps this last 2 years and found myself going back to Encarta. Some of the others were very good, but right from the start, Encarta gave me the ability to buy it for just a few bucks and say goodbye to adds. I love the many help features and the look and feel of it. The software has the richness of something you're not getting for free!
Really enjoy having the text read to me while I do other things. Can pause and look at Strong's or commentaries for deeper insight. Invaluable. Many versions and other books from which to choose - all reasonably priced. Read the feature list; lots to love here.
I find that I can see the same thing I need when away from home or on the go as I use during my quiet time. Amd it is very easy to move around to different features when I want to use more than just reading of text. Very satisfied.
This Bible app works great. It is extremely responsive. It's very easy to move between books and verses. It lets you highlight specific verses and also has a place for taking notes.
The best bible app. Period. No exceptions. Get it... Navigation is easy purchasing other resources, bibles, study aids etc is easy and you can get them on sale too. It's on every device I had or do own.
I had issues with some things on this app, but they were responsive and helpful! This is my favourite bible app by far, would reccomend this to everyone. You can have multiple translations, so if you wanted to compare, or have one for study and one for reading, you can do all of that in this app. they have a decent sized collection of bibles for you to buy and some decent commentaries as well in their store. Wouls highly reccomend this app
Very good Bible app. I don't use all of the features. The ones I always use are the Hebrew and Greek word definition underlines, the literal translation superscript and search function. I definitely recommend Tecarta Bible.
Good navigation and search facilities. I haven't found how to turn off the "opening page" I prefer to go directly to the last page I viewed when opening the app.
I have arthritic fingers and had to switch to an e-bible. It does so much more than cater to my fingers. During our Bible studies, I am able to look up related verses and definitions. The NASB is a trustworthy translation.
a great app that can be used anywhere. I do not like the audio however. I do use it but it can be difficult to follow computerized pronouciation.
Love being able to get full text quickly. Wish there was a way to go back and forth between reference verses as I am studying a section or following a sermon/Bible study lesson, also quick links to supporting/related verses that show in my paper Bible.
Ok previously I left a bad review and should not have. I was having a bad day and said app was not worth it. It took me longer than I liked to learn to use it. It has many nice features not found in free apps. Sorry for the negativity.
So many times when I have had these apps it's been difficult to go exactly to the scripture that you need quickly. Not so with this one.... I recommend this to anyone who wants quick access to God's word.
Allows you to have multiple Bible versions with you on your phone so you are never far from the Word. Easy to use with several useful features.
The best bible app hands down. Worth every penny. Have been using it for years but recently tried a dozen other apps. Tecarta is still the best. Its not even a fair contest. Thank yoy Tecarta.
It's my go to Bible. For study, teaching and witnessing. I just wish the search feature was more refined. You can't query with great percision.
Great red-letter areas for Christ-spoken passages; good search functions and cross references; and finally, good access to optional paid biblical commentaries.
This a great app. When I first wake up or get some time at work it makes it easy to open up the and get some of the Word in.
Fast, stable, nice features and easy to understand interface.
Very user friendly Bible app that allows you to get where you need to get in the Scriptures quickly and efficiently.
Year after year great app for Bible reading. Can read Bible aloud. Love access to the concordance in the same space as the reading text.
Best Bible app. Easy navigation to selected verses and many, many available translations.
This is a great app! It's my favorite go-to for reading and especially for reference and concordance/verse look up function. I also very much like the ability to go to the exact book, chapter, and verse and the flexibility to customize 2 or 3 click verse finds. I also like the ability to cut and paste. The developers thought carefully about the end user and have produced a great app. Highly recommended!
