New American Standard Bible, NASB Bible Offline

This app does everything I need it to do. Daily devotionals, reading plans, pastes verses with book; chapter; verse, highlights, makes notes, lots of other options to share etc. Swiping to go to the next chapter or even takes you to the previous book or next book. It has audio but no matter how much I play with her pitch etc her voice grates on my nerves 😂. Otherwise I am enjoying this app alot.

Really like all the features of this bible app, it is easy to navigate and set up well. Others have mentioned about the subject headings being mixed with the actual text. It would be better if the headings could be separated better. Still a good app. I like using it.

Thank you it is useful for my daily reading. Yet it can become more effective. 1. Subtitles in between the chapters are merged at the end of the previous verse. * This could be Bolded separately like the ones that are at the start of each chapter. 2. I used partial highlighting with the same color for different words in a particular verse. But as i view in notes folder, it's a big list of same verse showing all words highlighted even with the same color separately. * This could be altered too

It's exactly what you need and there are plenty of features to diverse your reading experience. You will find a reading progression tracker, daily verses and proverbs, in-depth reading analysis, and a few more fun features. I personally don't take advantage of all these free and great additions but I'm certain you'll find just what your looking for one this great, free Holy Book app. Thanks to the developer (s) for their contribution to God's work!

Love the America standard translation. The easy language makes for ease of comprehension. Because of this the application is a blessing for me. The entire note making, highlighting and underlining options are all welcome. The sharing option too. I only wish they could think of contextualising this great work by maybe citing the cultural contexts of the various passages, it would create the depth of appreciation everyone longs for..

Its an excellent app , it does everything that it says it would do , no crashes no problems ,able to use offline with night mode. I love the feature where i can search for a word and every verse with the word comes up. Thank you for the great app 😊👍

A very powerful version of the Bible that is more accurate than any other version, other than the original Hebrew and Greek scripts. There's words in the ancient Hebrew that simply could not be found to be translated when translators were putting the scriptures into the English language. With modern technology and the Hebrew University, these words were given more accurate translation than the older versions. No other version matches it's accuracy to this date,for the English language.

It's the best basic Bible reader that I've found. Simple interface, search by phrase change font, background colour etc. Though I could wish it had some features that I had in WP8 (Bible app by Yuri): don't start a new line at each new verse, change Bible version, better font). It's very usable.

It is a very good app. We can highlight text and make the app read it for us. We can make notes and also see our progress. It also gives us a daily gospel, psalm, and verse. It is the best app. There is also a bible reading plan by different sections. This app is awesome.

The app is very efficient...This is the best Bible app I've come across so far... it's great - it plays continuously offline, continues playing when the app is offscreen, can actually select various voices depending on your Google TTS, Moreover NASB is in day to day English ... Only issue i have is the section titles are mixed in with the text to make it look as though it is scripture. It would be great if that was fixed. *** Response....Email has been sent with screen shots ***(example can be found in Galatians 1:5 with added text of - Perversion of the Gospel )

I answered "not sure" on the optional questions because I only just started using the app. But - - I can tell you this... I love the way it opens and doesn't immediately throw an ad in my face the way many others do.

Liked how each verse starts on a new line making it easier on the eyes to read (and memorize). The audio portion is just awful! It sounds like Google robotic voice instead of a real person reading.

I love the app but it would be better if we could sign in to our own account so when we get new phones we dont loose all the saved stuff that literally took months to read and highlight and save. Other than that I love the app!

I really like being able to use colors/underlines/highlights to mark up the text. it would be even greater to have symbols like circles/squares/triangles/ovals etc. in different colors also. As inspiration google "precept ministry observation worksheets"

A clear easy to read app. Good additional features as well. Of course it is known to have a good balance between word for word and context meaning that I like. Victor

Very easy to find scripture in the app. It would be easier to go back to previous verses if you could scroll side to side, instead of up and down. Still, very nice to use.

I enjoy this app. It takes you to verses really fast by a touch of your finger. Only drawback is, it has some glitch where it just stops and won't let me go anywhere. Not sure if it's the app or just my phone. It is great app nevertheless.

Highly recommended. The Word of GOD on the most clear and easy to understand translation. Perfect for study. And the extra features are a plus.☺✡🕆

Its very easy to understand with a smooth user interface, makes it easy for one to highlight some ministring scriptures. Not bulky in any way.... Very useful app.

YIKES!! This bible has stuff added to it. No way am I going to read anything more from it. Started at John 1:1 and got to John 1:13 and at the end, there's a sentence added that is NOT in the original text. I would remind the creators of this app, the repercussions of adding to, or taking anything from this book, as stated in Revelation. I won't bother listing the verses since they may have been changed or removed altogether. Heavy penalties, people. HEAVY penalties indeed. Not even worth 1 star

This version is my default version. As I was taught it's the closest to the original text. I might occasionally use other versions I still return to the New American Standard Version of the Bible. Thanks for making available this digital text.

Hello. I am S.A.O. I needed an electronic device off-line Bible. I chose this app, NASB BIBLE. I received exactly that. This bible app satisfies me because of the check mark dot that acknowledges the fact I read that page. I also like the simplicity of clicking on the book and the exact verse I need to be at. Reflecting on my personal knowledge about your work, I happy to enjoy your efforts you put to have this app available.

Love the layout. Easy to get around Annoying how the paragraph headings are included as part of the previous verse. Otherwise an excellent app.

Accurate. I have trouble finding things unless I already know where they are, but it I do, it's accurate. I wish I could copy scriptures, though, for when I want to share them, instead of having to write them out, then type them in to the message or email I'm sending.

Titles of sections are indestinguishable from Bible text, coming at the end of verses. The tetragrammaton is translated "Lord" and not "LORD" and so is indestinguishable from ' adonai. This is not the case in the normal NASV. At the end of a chapter it is necessary to return to the entire list of books to find the next chapter. All in all this is not a great app.
