This is absolutely the best credit union I've ever belonged to, and definitely easy to work with. From standard banking, to auto loans, to unexpected loans for quick funds, they've never failed me. Customer service is always top notch and their communication is outstanding. Best of all, the perks that come with an account here, have exceeded my expectations. Definitely a member for life!

Bill pay doesnt deduct from your balance right away. They say it is so you can keep earning interest. But, you are more likely to get a courtesy pay fee or have a declined transaction more than anything. Also, there is no way to turn overdraft off without getting a fee. They charge $29 for every declined transaction even if on a debit card unless you allow them to drain your savings if an unauthorized charge comes through.

It's a pretty good app, but has some annoying issues. Firstly, instead of finger print being able to authenticate all account logins, it's specific to only one account so if you have more than one account it's useless, the it keeps randomly prompting to use the fingerprint authentication w/ no way to keep that from happening. Next big issue is that recently out of nowhere, regardless of the remember this device option being clicked & in way less than 30 days, it keeps prompts to text validate.

Fast, Easy, and Convenient. Over the year I have stuck with traditional banks but decided to us Credit Union which has been nothing but a great experience. The app makes it easy and simple for me to do my banking without being bombarded with ads about Credit Cards and what not like these other bank traditional do. BCU mobile app let's me do what I need to do and get out. I think I will be sticking with them for the near future!

This app really makes me want to close my account and bank with someone else. Constantly have to reverify my account every time I log in. The app refuses to remember my phone and I have to get a text with a special code sent every time. I set up a pin to make things easier and it still makes me log in with my password and verification code. Pin number, password and verification code, I think that's more than enough security. Absolute garbage app.

It rarely works 100%. It is extremely flawed because it seems to have glitches all the time leaving me without the ability to do specific functions offered. I have to go to the website often. I've tried everything to "fix" the app....but it is more frustrating then helpful.

An OK app, simple & sweet (just the way I like it). Would be 5-stars if text messages for transactions worked. Hasn't worked for 6+ months. Might not be the apps problem but progress is way too s.l.o.w. BTW: text messaging option is important because it doesn't require internet -- it's part of everyone's basic phone service.

I like BCU because of their interest rates but they are incompetent at transferring money to extremal accounts that have been linked. The app is even worse than the institution at this as sometimes I'll request a transfer in the app and it won't even show up in the website. BCU is great as long as you don't have to use or move your money.

The app has been "stalling" lately with an unexpected error. The only way I've found to clear it is to Uninstall and reinstall the app. Very frustrating. Great app but this makes me give it a 2 overall.

This is honestly the best credit union I have been part of. The app is not different. The only reason it isn't all 5 stars is because of an incident where I reported my credit card stolen or lost in the app and it rendered my debit card lost aswell making it useless and me without my money until I got a new one. Other then that huge inconvenience it's been great.

It is great, and super up to date. Only problem I have had was you are suppose to be able to see alerts to your account. I.e. text you when your direct deposit arrives, etc. Followed the instructions, even went to a branch to have an employee set up my account. Still do not get the alerts.

Very easy to use. I don't have a BCU in my state so I love that the mobile banking app allows me to deposit checks from anywhere with a picture of the check with the "deposit anywhere" feature. I also love that I get a preview of my balance without having to completely login. Great app!

The app could use a make over and runs poorly on android. The app crashes everytime I try to sign in. All i get is the screen to show my balance, once I select log in, the app crashes. It needs a cleaner more updated look and has too many tabs to try and find your way through. Not really user friendly.

The Deposit Mobile Check feature is glitching. The camera image is completely warped and makes the feature unusable. I've tried uninstalling Google Camera updates, but that doesn't seem to help.

I really love this app as it allows me to quickly log in with a with a fingerprint and it doesn't require the two-factor authentication that you typically would have to do on the website. thank you for putting it together it also allows me to do deposits and even pay bills without going on the site. Great app to use if you are a BCU member!!!

Great service, lousy app. Most of it works as intended but I have to verify my phone every other time even though I check the remember device button. It remembers the name so I need to put another name to the device but doesn't remember the device. It happened with my other 2 phones as well. And most times it takes minutes (5+) to get the email.

Issues on top of issues since I've updated, will not allow me to login, and error message continue to pop up everytime I try to log in, will not let me use my fingerprint,each time i try to use my fingerprint another error message pops up and the app continue to crashes, I'm so over this app, issue need to be resolve I never had this problem before I updated it. It is frustrating knowing you cannot logon.

Login screen opens and closes continuously (flickering) while entering password in my Huawei p30 pro. It is not a blocker but pretty irritating. Using Microsoft SwiftKey Keyboard and this happens only when switched to numeric keyboard i.e tap on '123' button on bottom left of default keyboard. Feel free to email me for more details to reproduce this issue. Please fix it. Thanks.

Like the ability to view all my accounts with 1 login, make payments to credit cards including mortgages. Would like the transfer option to show family member names to know whose account I am transferring to. This was a feature available in the past so hopefully it could be returned.

Deposit Anywhere is completely unreliable. I deposited 2 identical checks. One went through, but the other did not. No one could explain why. The customer service reps are clueless. There is always some "glitch" happening. Worst banking app I have ever used.

I use the deposit anywhere feature only which is great because I don't have to go to the credit union. However, frequently I have to try multiple times, sometimes up to six, before it will accept my check. I know I'm doing it correctly. Most times it works, often times it does not and it is frustrating!

The app works wonderfully! Your balance and general info is right up front where you need it first thing. It's easy to navigate and get into and also very well laid out and put together. Never had a moments trouble with it and idrecommended it to anyone!

App is currently crashed. I cannot access my account through the app. Gave up after several uninstalls/reinstalls. This app used to be great, but the crashes and error messages make it very difficult to manage my accounts.

Mobile banking is about convenience and security, particularly Bill Pay, check deposits and transfers. Transfers and Check deposits are easy and reliable, including recurring transfers. Bill Pay lags in usability but is nonetheless reliable. Also, the extra taps to get to Bill Pay detract from convenience. Appreciate the optional biometrics sign in for security and convenience.

Very user friendly. It would be nice if a notification was sent out letting members know of scheduled maintenance and updates and the system will be unavailable during those times. It's frustrating when you go to check your account and can't get in.

The mobile app has seen improvement of the years since I joined the bank. Currently there is a card lock option for credit cards but not for checking/debit cards. I suggest a card lock option for debit cards too. Also notification of activities on account is not instant. A purchase made today will send a notification the following day.
