Totally disappointing! I'm the director of graduate medical education at my institution. I was hoping to be able to use this app on the go to review duty hours etc. The app is useless for an administrator and there are no help or tutorial for residents that I can see. Further, there should be a faculty function which would help greatly. Waste of space in my phone sadly
Limited functionality. I wouldn't recommend this to other people, at least not in it's current state. It has potential. But it's not any more convenient/quick than the mobile site - and is much more limited. No "clock-in/out" option for work hours.
Lacking a lot of features compared to web browser version which really limits its functionality. It's great for a few things but has a long way to catch up.
Updated rating from 3/5 to 5/5 because encounter logging issues have been resolved and logging encounters is now quite easy (slowly becoming my go to way of logging right then and there after doing a procedure instead of waiting to get to a computer). Hopefully shift logging can be expanded to include bulk logging and approving of shifts, maybe via a month by month view as mentioned before. Thank you for the continued development of this app!
Great way to quickly log items. I do wish the hours logger was more like the web interface where you can highlight by the hour. Would be a lot faster than entering start and end times. Otherwise great.
Not ready for roll out yet. No useful functions such as efficiently adding in your duty hours and copying them. Also cumbersome to log in procedures especially when numerous have to be added. Need to create a logger that ask one question at a time and can fluently move through all the criteria to log a patient. Can't upload documents which are requested of me which is crucial. Can't access any documents uploaded or check my schedule for didactics and download documents for lecture.
I'm not sure why anyone would actually download this app. It's functionality is so limited that it is essentially useless. It is much easier to just favorite the website itself and use that instead. In its current state, I do not recommend bothering to download
I couldn't even log in to it my account. It first asks me about my institution name but when I put it, it says invalid and it does not offer solutions! Anyone had the same issue and how did you fix it?
Good for a couple things, but logger only allows me to access the procedure logs. I need to log my clinic patients in the log books, and there is no way to do that on this app- at least not that I have seen yet.
Great potential. Please add functionality to log procedures and log hours more than just 2 days ago. Thank you! EDIT: increased to 4 stars for updates to hour logging. Will there be an update to logging multiple days by clicking on the block like on the website?
Was working but now not. Tried to open and kept closing on its own. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Now the little circle just goes round and round.
Can't add hours, no activities are selectable. Honestly, that's the THE major feature of NI, and it feels amateur.
The app is either ridiculously useless or extremely non-intuitive to navigate.
Can't really do anything from the mobile able other than scan QR codes, but now the app won't even open.

needs access to the assignment schedules, also my icons are in chinese characters.
So far so good. But there is no feature log procedures in the app. One can only see the number of procedures already done. When will it be added?
I wish the app included the Logger to document procedures.
What's the point if you can't see your schedule
It's coming along but there are some fairly significant impediments in daily use. (1) Work logging on the mobile website is still noticeably better with the "punch in" and "punch out" feature. This is particularly nice for those of us accustomed to normal corporate punch in/out routines. (2) The work logging should pre-fill with the expected schedule for the day. Having to manually scroll through a list of 20-30 locations is difficult when at the end of a 14-hour shift, so the expected Location and Activity entries should default based on the current time of day in the schedule. (3) The schedule should be visible, sometimes the .ICA export from the new-innov website breaks down and stops working, so the daily schedule should be visible somewhere in the app. There should also be a widget to put on the home screen with the upcoming schedule. Just some suggestions for improvement. I think with (1) and (2) it would be closer to a 4-star app, maybe 5 depending on how well they are implemented for example with GPS-based location logging. It is very nice that there is finally an app for this very important piece of software that so many of us use on a daily basis. Thank you.
