This app was pretty good. Now this latest version of the app after update scanner not working no way to get flash on to check ticket. .. No all of a sudden app saying scanner not supported on device... I thought if anything an app gets better with glitch fixes... Not here....what is going on NJ lottery 😳...

Was really good app,til it keep lying about my password not matching when I had to change it. Fix the bug and get 5 stars. I'm feeling some type of way. And it's not a good feeling some type of way. Feels like a conspiracy. Seriously 😳

App scans tickets 50 percent of the time and has no way to manually enter tickets instead of ber code when it can't read the ticket. Fix the app. No use when you can't enter your tickets for second chance!!!!

They need to once & forall fix the scanning feature. Players are spending money for your tickets & my tax dollars pay for this app which is junk! We want to be able to check our tickets, it doesn't work! Living not far from the PA border I'm just going to take my money & play the PA lottery instead!! This NJ lottery app is BS!!

Can't scan in any of my tickets because it will not read them. You guys need to focus on these bugs!

This app hasn't worked since February. Don't open, freezes when you touch it just keeps flashing.when the hell are they going to fix it . They take our 💰. They had 6 months already and still nothing. 1/5/21 Update still don't work. When you open it the screen flashes and then goes black. Uninstalled about 50 times still nothing. This is almost a year now.

Worked fine for a bit with the scanning issues others have mentioned. There was a great deal of unnecessary backing out of menus to scan new tickets. At least it worked. As far as I can tell latest update fubarred the scanning. I now receive an error that my device is not supported. I have Note 20 Ultra. Hard to fathom why this device wouldn't be supported.

This app is garbage now. I just installed it on a new phone and it freezes up constantly, won't scan tickets, and is a waste. You can't say that the app is not up to date -- it was just installed. I still have an earlier version on an older phone (Android Nougat) and that one works fine. I will not update that one, because it works. I wish I could put the old version on the new phone. I would give it zero stars, but the site won't let me.

This app would be useful to scan tickets, but I already get "unable to scan ticket".

Thank you for updating the app. There are still issues, but it it better. When checking tickets, the barcode at the bottom right of the screen used to go right back to the scanner. Now you have to back out & go back into it. There are also extra steps to enter & scan tickets. When you tap the scan icon, you should not have to tap it again in order to scan the ticket, it should do it automatically. But it is better than the old app

I've been trying to scan my non winning scratch offs to enter the second chance drawing but I'm receiving an error message stating that I need to scan a 28 number scratch off. Only 1 ticket scanned but once I deleted the entry and tried to rescan the same ticket, I received the above mentioned error message. *Update* Now it doesn't allow you to scan your tickets to check if you've won! Come on! You've had an ample amount of time to fix this issue.

Had problems for months now. Waited for fix. Update (ver. 8.2.6) finally comes out. I install it and guess what? No change. Screen still flickers and page is still frozen. Tried deleting an reloading several times. Is there a magical technique I am not aware of to make this work? After one year, now on version 8.5.1, still no change. I sure hope they run the lottery better than they run the lottery app!

App is UNUSABLE. STILL! Even after latest update. It hasn't worked for months now. I've sent several emails. This is a basic app with basic functions, so why is it so hard to rectify? It's very frustrating because it used to be so useful to have a scanner to check tickets and enter second chance drawings! PLEASE FIX!

I am experiencing many of the same issues that other reviewers are facing. Like the others, the scanner used to work great before the update but now it does not work unless I turn on my phone's light. Even when there is plenty of light in the room. So this is a work around for those having this issue. The old scanner worked fine. I wonder why they changed it. It also would help if we could get the latest lottery news. Just a suggestion.

Very good experience. I just wish that when you scan a winning ticket that it would tell you how much you have won or if the ticket won and was previously cashed in not tell you to see a participating retailer about it.

Got it to scan my ticket. It can't. Keeps giving an error and telling me to drive to a retailer. No point in having an app!

In the past this app has worked reasonably well. However, at some point recently the ticket scan option to check results was broken. Previously it worked very well, but now it refuses to scan any NJ Lottery ticket. Since that was the primary reason I have it installed it is essentially useless now.

My only gripe - barcode scanner doesn't work at night. I've been using this app for years now and for some reason functionality ceases in the overnight hours. Works fine during the day, comes up with an error if I try to use it at night though. Almost like it's programmed this way.

After last update I'm having trouble scanning my tickets, keeps giving me an error message. Also, please make the app able to scan another ticket without having to back out of the screen your in. Just make it so when you hit ( scan another ticket ) the camera pops up again and you're ready to go. It really shouldn't be too much of a hassle to fix this app so we can start enjoying it again.

Scanner won't open up, all of a sudden after using this for years on same phone it says phone not compatible!! But before that it would not work at nights on until the morning.. it always something with this app, and it's going from bad to worst. Un installed and reinstall no good

i have emailed the developers back and forth about a few issues. the latest was the checker wasn't working after the last update. it only took 4 days for them to fix it. thank you for listening and promptly fixing the issue. it makes our lottery experience much better. the app still is not compatible with my stylo g5 which i hope they fix it soon. im not fond of the new ticket checker but it works. I do want the beep back when u scan tickets, the crosshair back would be nice..

Scanner not working anymore. Latest update has caused the scanner to not work. If you can scan a ticket, you can't scan a second ticket without going all the way out and back in again. How can a developer put out such a bad update impacting the main functionality of the app? Is there no testing before being released?? Ridiculous!

Plus, now that I downloaded the scan feature to my phone, I can quickly scan any Scratch offs that didn't win. These are entered for a Second chance to win game! So, even if I don't win on a Scratch off, I still have a second chance to win!

I have had this app installed for a long time and it always worked great! I opened it the other day and tried to scroll and it just started flickering and then the screen went grey! Please fix this problem as soon as possible, because I really love the app when it works correctly! Thank you.

Now its useless! Used to be pretty good. Now it only half loads. Uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version but when scrolling through the results home page half of the page is just shadows on a yellow background. Click the menu and it's just a green page with no words/choices.

I always read reviews before updating. I have never had any problems until recently. I've been trying for a few days now to update my personal info to get ready for the addition of collect and win. It won't let me, keeps saying an error has occurred. I don't think I want to update the app if everyone is having issues with that!!

I like to review the quick draw results and this app is a bit clunky with that. I would like to watch the draws seamlessly and not have to always go back to home screen and then continue to see results. Also unable to scan barcodes for draw games or scratch offs even though camera permissions are allowed.
