This app is great. I would recommend it. I use it to make purchases with choices of payment methods to choose. Also you get an email for updates for click and collect items and you get a choice of date and times too. Awesome 👍
The checkout for this app is appalling, I've tried to order something and kept glitching, took me more than 5 tries to get the order in and once I confirmed the transaction on my card, it glitched again. Only when I went under my order I could see that it actually went through.
Really glitchy. Payments take ages to go through the it's unclear if they have or not, mid transaction it's reverting back to different delivery options. Very frustrating.
The app looks good but it's impossible to check out - I keep getting sent back to the start of the process after entering my payment details & this is the same for any payment type. The discount keeps being applied differently too whenever I go to my basket. I can't get in touch with customer services. Only downloaded the app so I could use the 20% off code on app purchases, but now I will shop elsewhere.
Fails when making payment everytime, you click authorise with your bank, it takes you back to the newlook page and it auto refreshes back to the payment page. Then when you repeat the process it says you are offline or network error. This needs looking into as this has been happening for years and it's so frustrating. You'll also lose out on customers because they won't want to repeat the process or place the order
Tried on and off all day to process a sale. First on paypal and then with a card. Went alm the way through, to fail to process right at the end. Very frustrating
Good app up until checkout. Freezes everytime I place my order and need 3 or 4 attempts before it puts the order through.
Kept crashing and refreshing the page when I was trying to check out. Obviously doesn't want to take my money
Trouble checking out been through the process 3 times now and it kicks me out then empties my shopping bag. Then on the final try it says it went wrong, but received email to say my order had gone through. Have used before and never had a problem the the last week or so problem after problem
Things are working quite okay. But I can't pay with my revolut account. And also, I hate it when I move between tabs at the bottom, then tap back and the app closes. I know it's a default app thing, app closes cause I'm on the first page of that tab, but I want to back to the page i was on previously. Other apps can do it, i think you should adopt that too.
Doesn't work, you can never actually purchase anything on the app. Bad experience.
The app is good for browsing but oh my god trying to pay on here is a nightmare. It just throws you in a loop where you try to pay and it takes you back to the checkout screen.
The items in the basket don't have the sizes, they dissappear and when I try to select the size again, the other products' sizes dissappear. This app is a nightmare to use.
The app is great for browsing and seeing availability but errors when you go to purchase. Unable to complete an order on the app. Thankfully, it linked to my account on the Web app and could purchase my basket here

Checkouts always fail, I need to leave the checkout to approve my jnli e bank payment but when j return to complete the checkout fails. I end up having to order everything online and submit online as the app is always failing. So frustrating.
This is awful. The app works fine until you go to pay and then it crashes every time. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it's still the same. I don't have any trouble with any other apps such as asos and amazon. I've waisted too much time shopping on the New look app only to not be able to make the purchase. I won't try again.
Great app and easy to find what I'm looking for. And lots of choices for vegan shoes :)
Always new clothes, good selection of sizes and always something on sale.
Using the App, I had a bunch of favourites saved and moved some of them into my basket. I then tried to add a new item I'd searched but I couldn't view the photo or size?! So I went back to my basket, only to discover all the items I'd put in there had disappeared?! The items in my favourites we're still there though. Inconveniently I've had to search them all over again and add them to my favourites (to be on the safe side), but to be honest, it just makes me want to shop elsewhere.
Easy to use. Smooth running app, refresh rate is ace, easy to navigate, ordering was an easy process also.
New Look, i went into app 'preferences' and was upset to see that it's automatically set at 'agree' for new look to share your email with media companies. How can I find out who you have shared it with? For the first minute of having the app before i changed it I'm sure you share the email address immediately. That's so poor!
