App is actually quite good as far as functionality goes. But i got tens of minutes, sometimes even an hour or more of downtime. Happened 2-3 times to me during the past two months. This is unacceptable for a banking app

Worst. Raiffeisen logic. Release app full of issues solve most of issues in 1 2years after that in few mounth relunch a new application full of issues(Repeat). This one is the buggiest so far and after so long after release the big ones are still unsolved. Like smart token deactivating itself, fast input will type 10 times more characters than your imput, randomly application not loading accounts, not delivering salary in account till end of raiffisen shift.

After the new update yesterday, the application became a big nerve breaker. Before the update I could put my password and boom, I could get inside. After the update, I have to put my Username, then I have to get a code from the Smarttoken, then I have to either copy and paste it from the SMS or manually type it to the application, then delete the message from my SMS list to do not take space, authenticate and log in to my account. This should be done every freaking time I have to open the app.

I don't know for what crazy reasons you decide cu change the style of the letters! Let them BOLD (not empty inside) to be easy for any person to read. Why is so hard for Raiffeisen to stay on a normal level ? What is wrong with you people?

This is the second time I am unable to use the app because of new updates. Opening the app I get a popup with just one available button, to update to latest version, after clicking it playstore opens with 2 options: uninstall and open app( which, will again prompt me to update the app). So I am stuck in an infinite loop between 2 useless buttons, basically locked out of my account and unable to acces my money. Can you please fix this?

The update makes it unusable. You get a popup to update, it sends you here where the only option is uninstall or open. If you hit open it takes you back to the app where the same popup appears. Please fix it. Can't access the money account. **Edit** they uploaded a version where you can*t type your username and login anymore. DO NOT UPDATE!

The update doesn't work! It's the second one that is causing problems. When entering the app, i get a error message saying i need to update. If I click update it jumps fo application store wher I only have the pisibility to uninstall or open app. None of them help here!

This morning I tried to check my balance, but i'm prompted with an update of the app banner, but when i click it and redirects me to the play store none is available. I'm assuming that i'll not be able to use the app this weekend until Monday when you actually release the updates. This is really bad experience for a user. To not be able to do anything with your money in your account because its the weekend and someone on your side didn't finish their job properly.

The Raiffeisen banking system has good principles which are not properly pot in practice. For example, due to the new online paying protocol I am unable to make online payments anymore. Why? Because I insert the right OTP, but the system tells me “This is not the correct password”. I've tried to pay online for two orders now, but it worked in none of these cases. Now I'm obliged to pay either cash, either by card when the courier arrives.Fortunately, I've found a solution: I will change the bank

I can't use the app today so I can't access my money! It says I have to update before I can continue using it but there is no update ready!!!! This is the 2nd frustrating issue I've had with Raiffeisen recently. I ordered a new card which was supposed to be delivered to my house. 2 weeks later and still no card!

All works fine for me, however; dark mode disappeared after I receive the android 12 upgrade. Before the app worked in dark mode when the system(phone) is set on dark mode preference.

I don't understand how online banking can function so bad nowadays. I would give minus 5 stars if I could.

The app should be more like Revolut and have at least: Freeze and unfreeze card (A while ago i thought I lost my card so I blocked it, found it after 2 days and i had to reissue the card. Virtual/temporary cards for single use. Live chat support. Transfer money from credit to debit card/account. English translation could be better, i have to switch to Romanian to pay my bills.

Thank you, I confirm now all is back to normal. It'd be great if the app could show a message, informing that something is known to be malfunctioning, but that funds are safe, and a timeline for the expected restoration of availability. Thank you for your updates, very prompt!

One of the 3 bank apps, other banks have 3-in-1 so way better user experience. My issue is that I got only 1 transaction notification (out of >5 payments) with a delay of multiple hours. Everything is enabled 9n my phone so not sure why the notification issue

I open the app today Dec. 9th 2021 and it tells me to update it, no other option available. So I go to play store and the last update is from October 25th, nothing else is available... So how can I use the app now? LE: after a few hours the new update was available in store. Let's see how it goes. LE2: all seems good now, but hopefully next updates will not cause disruptions in usage of the app.

The application would not open, saying I need to update it. However, when I click "update," it takes me to the application page where you can only click "install" or "open". If I click "open " it takes me back to the application's screen with the message asking me to update! 🤦‍♀️ Can this be fixed please ???

You need to understand how updates on the play store work. I logged in this morning to do some payments and I was blocked by an update banner. I clicked on the banner to redirect me to the play store to update but the update was not yet available. Wait at least 48 hours after publishing your app before putting up a user blocking banner. It's just a bad user experience!

Please don't force me to update the app when I open it (I might need it badly) then after force update don't force me to change pin. Is my responsibility to take care of my end of security. Is third time I needed the app and could not use it due to this reason. Don't ruin the experience of most of the people for e very few.

Terrible UX. No way of telling if it's just info header, if it's input, if it's a list you have to select from. They all look the same. And worst of all, you have to authenticate EVERY single time you open the app, which makes it a very tedious process. Because you have to open the token app, with a start screen that takes too long, and I have a flagship performance phone.

The app isn't bad. My problem is that they have discontinued the previous version without implementing everything in this one (not ok). For example for the deposits i cannot see the transactions and i want to see the intrest, the taxes on that intrest. Basically i want it to be transparent. I have sent an email to support more then half a year ago; they said that they are working on it ... but i still see no improvement in the app. After they add this feature i will change my rating

Not bad, but some things could be changed or improved: 1. Automatic payment recurrence should bring back the option to do a payment on a certain day of a month (eg. on each 11th of October). This is currently not possible. The 1 month recurrence is totally random, I set it to do a payment on the 11th of October, and recurrence to 1 month, the next schedule was somehow calculated to be on the 29th of November) - all platforms 2. If I have a device without fingerprint reader, and without a SIM card, the Smart Token is kinda useless. I opt not to use it (won't install), but the main application is still keeping reminding me each time to install and use it. That is one click/tap more to enter the app, and it's super annoying (especially for elderly people). - tried on iOS, an older iPad Air 3. Also on iPad, I cannot seem to be able to get rid of the Apple Pay reminder. It pops up each time I log in into the main app, and needs a click to get rid of it. Again, very annoying, especially for old people who can barely understand all the swipes and stuff. - tried on iOS, older iPad Air 4. Cannot ask for reissue of a card without blocking it. My card's NFC is damaged, and I'd like to ask for a replacement. Cannot do this currently, because the app only provides two options: "Block" and "Block with re-emitting" - tried it on Android and Desktop. 5. Cannot edit a recurring payment (at least simple things like next date of payment, or payment details). Have to delete it, and recreate it again. It's a nuisance, as I have to type in again all the details, and have to authorize it again from scratch. 6. Why not having an option to integrate the SmartToken functionality in the main app, especially if it's usable on only one device? - Android, iOS 7. The whole UI is simply too large. Most of the popular, low-medium spec devices are under full HD. You need to scroll, scroll and scroll (unless you modify minimum width to some ludicrous values on Android). Please hand these over to the UX designers or architects. Thanks!

At the moment it feels like a subpar experience when compared with the old app in terms of UX. One bug I encountered is that not all my cards are listed, funny enough, the only card missing is my main card so I can't lock that one from the app. For those with root problems, the app is not looking only for root (in case you are trying to hide it) but also for installed apps so you will have to either uninstall the app that causes the problem (for example Magisk will trigger the fail safe) or randomize its package name. Tip: Try to scan your logs, the app is nice enough to tell you what you need to do. If you can't do it using this tip it would probably be safer to run the app without a rooted phone.

Stop updating the app just for the background image once the season starts. I don't like this at all. Please choose an universal picture and let my find my own images with seasons to look at on the internet. Plus, it is really annoing to have 2 apps one for the password and one for inserting the credetials. The most annoing part about this is that when I enter in the app to take the password code, it shows me that I still have 10 seconds to use it until expires and this gives me anxiety...

It doesn't let me get into the app, telling me i need to update it but I've already updated it and it still shows the same message, tried uninstalling then installing it again and still the message pops up and keeps me from getting into the app. I've had so many problems with this app, it's the worst out of them all.

I finally caved and installed this new one. A much worse UI than the old app. Reduced functionality from the old app (transaction history much shorter). And on top of that on each login they insist on asking full-screen add style that you install "smart token" app. You dont want that extra app (by the way its so broken that it has 2.9 stars)? Tough luck you have to navigate the full screen ad every single time. - new version, same issues
