After getting a new phone I realized that the original TENVISTY app is no longer available on the play store. This NEW TENVIS app doesn't allow you to store camera positions, and my camera always moves on its own and gets stuck in a position and there's no way to even reset or reboot the camera from the app. Developer should be ashamed of themselves that they have consumers out in the market who have a great camera but is made essentially unusable due to a highly poor quality app. Do better.
Push Notifications no longer work. I heavily relied on the motion sensor push notifications and those no longer work in Android and IOS. App crashes when I try to access cloud data. There are many more bugs. I do hope those get addressed.
It used to work well back in 2 years but now the video and audio not function at all. The camera sometimes reset its viewing position. Not happy with all these occurrences.
The camera does not load. It has to be reset all the time. Lags out. Static sound. The new app has been junk. Used the old one and it was perfect.
Constantly crashing, takes forever to load, no alert with motion detection. I used this app about one year ago and it worked perfectly fine. 🤷🏽♀️
Camera will not connect after I change my Wi-Fi settings, I changed the SSID of my Wi-Fi router, I reset the camera using the reset button on the bottom until the camera made a noise still yep will not recognize the camera. I have basically tried everything that I could find on the internet.
terrible app worked fine from buying then just before xmas it stated to pan up and down on its own so rebooted and refreshed everything but will only work on laptop hard wired and wifi only not able to access via app on mobile phone the app cannot find the camera at all tried wifi config nothing tried manual config nothing asked tenvis for help they gave some instructions nothing good camera when working now its a paper weight
Funny enough mine has worked fine for the past few years, but now only showing a few seconds of recorded video clips, but was great even tho I am in a country with terrible Internet Ireland.
This app was great for my purposes when I started using it 2 years ago. Till I tried to add two more cameras. The app doesn't recognize the new cameras (same model as other cameras). Very disappointed... Please fix.
App crashes or hangs all the time. Support don't respond to feedback or seem bothered that the app doesn't work properly or have any functionality anymore.
All my CCTV cameras failed last week. The system has crashed and taken all my cameras offline. Emailed China but got no reply. Disappointing as I've 8 different external cameras linked to it.
Camera works but cannot log in so I cannot access it's settings and the only way I can come out of the sign in is to uninstall the app otherwise it just keeps going round and around

I can see my cameras stream, but can not snapshot or save video. If I try, the app crashes.
Cannot use the camera with this app. It keeps crashing. Will have to return if the app isn't fixed
Used to work fine, now it says bad password. Tried 2 different ip cameras. whats wrong? cameras are now useless. waste of money.
Crashes all the time and moves on it's own now 😡 even when not connected to the wifi!
Does nothing until you sign up or sign in, so you cant even tell if it will work with your camera... uninstalled
On the Android app version, Everytime we turn the audio or mic on, the app crashed. Very inconvenient. I used to use my Apple device and had no prob lem at all. Update 1/21/21 Can't even log in to the apps. What a waste of time setting everything up and not able to use it.
