Ok, the app was redone but now is slow as hell and the navigation is confusing. When you go to the acties screen you can't use the side navigation (UX rules being broke btw). Also when are you going to add English? You start the app with "What's new" and then proceed to show everything else in Dutch...
No option to change ingredients when we use app for offers. Also, english selection is not possible
In general ok but the looping video's are freaking irritated, show it once or twice than a still is enough
Layout/design is good, just the fact that everything lags, no matter how fast your internet/phone is. It really makes the experience a nuisance
App does not work when one of the around ~10 analytic domains this app is using is blocked on your network. Please make your analytics optional to use the app, do you really need that many?
The new app is slower and less clear than the former one. Extra unnecessary screens make it confusing
App glitches a ton, and the account menu doesn't respond to most touches. I've had the time of ordering change itself to as soon as possible multiple times. Whilst paying the ordered meal redirection to the app broke, my order didn't go through, but it took my money. I had to call the local Restaurant I selected and had to show them a picture of my bank statement that I had ordered. Fix this buggy mess
It's oké although I send a request for password relink, I still need to get it. Now logged in via Facebook don't like that method.
With every update, this app becomes worse. Coupons arent applied properly, errors selecting delivery times, broken layout and floating elements, items aren't sorted properly so good luck finding your pizza. To finish off; horrible ordering process and integration with my banking app now broke, so I can't even place an order anymore. What the hell happened? The old app was brilliant!?
Ideal always fail, the use of pizzapunten too Update: they managed to make it even worse! Come on!
It took 10 attempts for the app to finally accept the coupons, than the app did not accept my address. I tried my best New York Pizza, but after 30 minutes of frustration I lost my appetite and went to the supermarket instead. What a terrible app.
Loving the user interface, and speed of the app. Would personally love it if you guys could make the coupons also automatically addable to the cart. You click on pizza and cola coupon and you wil then go to menu where u choose pizza and the cola will auto add to cart. Rather than copy paste
Shocking recently! This app used to work fine, now it's absolutely terrible and I've updated when needed. I can't even order anything now, it just crashes constantly. If others are having the same problem then they must be losing a lot of money!
Horrible app since the layout changed last year. Can't spend your points anymore, frequent bugs, and currently just unusable since there is an error when you want to pay. Should go back to the old app since it worked perfectly.
The new layout had promise but half the app is now broken. The search bar scrolling is annoying. Adding items to the basket sometimes doesn't work. Removing items from the basket doesnt work. Coupons say they dont work now, but still apply to the basket only if you leave the payment area. All in all, its a horrible experience. Made me switch pizza places because of how bad it was. Whoever said this was good to go live should be fired.
Pizza's are great, service from the local vendor is also great, the app not so much. It keeps coming back that my address is not correct. So I cannot even order. Contacted there customer service and got a quick response that they are working on it. Lets hope for that...
Would be perfect if the app would not log itself off all the time. Now im constantly using other apps when ordering food because they are automatically logged in and that is a lot more convenient.
The app is slow, often doesn't update order status.
Currently cannot choose a payment method, as there are multiple choices for the same method (3x Ideal, 3x Visa/Mastercard) , and it just tells you to try again, with no way to actually pay So currently, the app is completely useless 🤷♂️🙄
I quite enjoy the app, it's easy to navigate, it's quite stylish and also has bonuses if you use it such as great deals with coupons!
Nice when it works, but rarely does, as soon as you get to payment it just empties out your cart and shows you that the order of 2 weeks ago has been delivered, reinstalling doesnt help either
App is working terrible. It takes a long time for me to be able to fill in my street (don't think the automatic fill is working) and I can't order because the app says I need to have a order time while I specified this already...m
I cannot enter my new address. It gives an error that the address is not existing. When I try to enter my old address I also get an error. This app doesn't work for me!
It's even worse now.... Please fire the idiot that makes these apps for you. It keeps crashing upon payment. Also it's impossible to pay with your pizza points now. All in all the worst app you've ever had.
Keeps crashing and not fully functional in Android. Can't also properly order sometimes on Apple app.
It says I have to download the new app since this one doesn't work anymore. There is no new app! They are right though... This app doesn't work anymore.
Am unable to remove an item from my basket once selected...!? Changed my mind about one pizza, and now I have to uninstall the app and download again... Unbelievable!!!
PLEASE fix this app. Experience is fine but I can't even get to pay; "something went wrong". This is persistent on iOS as well...
If you add instructions like "don't ring the bell" it won't add on the receipt so the person who delivers won't know. Very annoying. Has happened more than once. Definitely better to use ubereats there it at least appears on the receipt!
