New York Post for Phone

What happened? The app was working fine until a few weeks ago, when suddenly I couldn't scroll down very far to read older stories. I used to be able to scroll well beyond yesterday; now it won't go back more than three hours or so. And it's the same with all my devices, so I know it's not my phone. The Post has been my go-to news source, but that will no longer be possible if I can't access the articles. Please fix!

The app is just so much better and faster than using the browser. I had problems with pages "freezing" when I tried to scroll down, especially the Sports section. Their layout of pics and storylines are great. In my opinion it great for navigating. Anyone who loves to read the NY POST won't be disappointed!

I like some of your coverage, but I had to deactivate notifications completely. You treat WAY too many celebrity puff pieces as top headline news

Constant commercials, this app is completely unusable - had 3! 15 sec commercials within 30 seconds of one highlight, terribly disappointing this app is just awful 0/5

There latest update made it harder to find articles in order, I miss swiping left or right to go through the categories. Update seemed to allow for more intrusive ads all over the place that I can accidently hit while scrolling. The videos of actual events are annoying since you have to watch commercials before each one that are longer than actual video! The ads work everytime though but the videos do not always play!

I love the Post, but every time I open the app loud, annoying music plays, which I can't stop unless I close it. Reinstalling has no effect. If you can fix this I'll give you five stars.

Very good daily up to date news. I dropped rating 1 star bc the change in the layout is not good. The previous design showed stories much better. Now the headlines are more convoluted, spread out & less clear. Why changecwhat was so good. Many of us feel this way. Please go back to prev layout. Thank you. You still bring great news.

Edit: Seems to have fixed most issues below. Still gets can't load message when opening now and then but audio ads are gone.,***Very happy with both content and app until most recent update. Now ads bust out with audio that is intrusive and annoying. I will uninstall until this changes. Also now app gives an error when opening saying page not available... never happened before the update. Done for now.

The Post is great for news and info but for some reason starting a month or so ago the tech on this app has been horrible. keeps crashing. unable to open stories. not sure if it's the advertising tech that keeps crashing the app as it tries to load up ads. getting to the point where it's unbearable

I used to love the layout of the app very easy to navigate but with the new update they changed the layout and it's just like every other cheap news app and I hate it. This newspaper stands alone when reporting stories and I feel the app should reflect that and not just follow the industry norm. I might as well read Google news which is a joke.

I really like the news portion of the app, but every time I scroll, loud music plays.

Love the Post, the ap not as much. Latest update looks much better but is slow, and full page ads pop up continuously that have to be dismissed, funny though half the pop ups are for the NY Times ap. Update 10-3-21 I'm done, full page pop up ads(often for the NY Times or Washington Post) every 4 to 4 articles makes using this ap unbearable. In addition frequent crashes which was the same problem several years ago. Why a great paper can't have an adequate ap is mind boggling.

Just one big ad. Garbage. There are so many ads popping up that you don't get to actually read anything. Uninstalled. Responce to developer: You need to install the Epoch Times app and see how awesome it is. I am NOT talking about content or left right lean. I am talking about layout and ad counts etc. Its a work of art. Also why do newspaper apps think they have to have sooo many images amd video captures. We are her to read. Its not a comic book.

By far my Go to app for everyday NYC news. I'll open this app before most other apps. Lately it's been slacking on adding cover photos to its various news topics though. Sometimes I don't like where it sits on the political spectrum either which sometimes drives it's bias way off the charts, so I just skip forward. Still it's enjoyable reading once you get past the journalists b.s. and biases.

I like the way you are able to keep up with current events with one tap of a finger on the event and instant information. The app is a Little buggy with an android device it hangs and shuts down on it's own. Needs improvement from the developers for this device ,very annoying.

I love the Post but for some reason I do not get the news alerts I signed up for and received for the past year have somehow stopped this past week. I have deleted and rebooted and reset the settings to no avail. Now I cant even get into settings. I miss the news alerts. I give up. It was a great service. I hope it gets fixed.

Annoying notification bug. Clicking on notification (if more than one) will take you directly to the lastest article only. Update: as of 2/13/2021. This bug is still present. In fact, after receiving 5+ notifications, clicking on each and every single notification will only take you to the latest article only. Try it for yourself.

Great app! The New York Daily News can learn a lot from the New York Post app. The Post app is easy to read and well formatted. Pictures and illustrations are presented nicely and the content is very easy to scroll through and read....keep up the great work, and don't fall off like the NY Daily did.

Easily the best conservative news source. In addition it also gives you a look at liberals point of view, which is balanced and honest in my opinion. Articles are constantly being pumped out 24/7/365. Top notch journalists in all areas of the app. I've had the app for 2 years, my only complaint is a semi-constant freezing issue, otherwise awesome! Thank you for your efforts as we are surrounded by irresponsible "journalists" who are really just opinionated, biased, and ignorant liars.

Doesnt sync. Doesn't open. Installed, uninstalled, installed again. Doesnt work.

I like reading the actual content of the articles. But I can't get thru an article without the app crashing between each paragraph. Which is very fustrating. I'm also not a fan of the audio ads that always seem to start bleating when I'm in the office.

I love reading the News! I always enjoy good reporting which the Times still offers us! I love the font size, the appearance of the page layouts is generally pleasing to the eye. That feature encourages the reader's eyes to continue to peruse the pages..& causes one to pause & consider life more as it relates to news. News iis LIFE afterall..
