Can login now, works great!
Can't log in after last update. Makes it hard to use an app. If you can't log in . Pretty much useless.
Does exactly what I wanted it for! But, when I went to the bank the other day, they said they had been bought out by Yadkin Bank. Their app had a lot of bad reviews. I hope it gets better before that's the app I have to use.
Taking a picture of the check, the image is upside down. Makes it hard to align the picture. Also getting errors telling me it can't read endorsement when it is clearly visible.
Best and most user friendly banking app that I've used (I've used 2 others: Wells Fargo and BB&T)
Worked great until update, can't even open app without an error message popping up now.

It is rare that I can even log in. Most of the time it says system error try again later.
Have not been able to login using the app for my Android phone since the last update back in the spring. Very frustrating!!! I like using the app. Please fix it!!
Newbridge is one of the last banks in my area to get a mobile app and it's severely lacking. The biggest downside is when it logs you out simply by switching apps. I use a budgeting app from my phone and need to switch back and forth while entering stuff. I don't like having to log in every single time I switch apps.
I am using a galaxy s5, and cannot get by the initial log in screen. It just gives an error.
App forces closes after receiving Android 5.0 update on Nexus 5. Tried doing factory reset and installing again, but did not correct the issue.
Thank God that Newbridge Bank finally got an app. I love It. Works great so far.
Glad there's finally an app but it doesn't log out all the way and that's a problem for people who have 2 log ins (ie: personal and business)..need to fix this!
Can't download the new app on my Android phone like they say and it can not sign in the old way but rarely does that work anymore. They need to fix it!
Won't never let me log in to my account
Great app and bank. Hate that it is once again changing. Its supposed to be first national bank as of 3/12/17. So i took a look at that app and the rating is poor i hope things get better!
