All I can say is "BUYER BEWARE"! I placed three separate orders and while one was okay the other two were awful. I tried to use their "guaranteed return" policy and eventually after PayPal got involved I was able to get my money back. They just refused to take anything back and refund me, even though the items did not fit and the quality was poor. I will uninstall this app and urge anyone who's considering this to research it first, I sorely wish I had.
Received my shoes after a month...fit nicely but... Definitely Not the same quility as on the picture.. Will be to embarrassed to wear it in public... Looks cheap and made of plastic!!!!! Very disappointed!
I can only view home. Can't view anything else. It keeps saying poor connection, while all my other apps are working just fine.
Really liked the items sold on Newchic but very poor customer service, cannot help/solve your problems on the spot. And also needs to improve app especially on COD payment, why's the troubleshooting takes 1 Day to get the varification code. I've using the app for almost 3 months and it's very frustrating. I just recently uninstall the app on my phone and hope to see better improvement in the future.
I was extremely exited to receive my purchase of three items a shirt, a backpack and a pair of shoes which I purchased at the end of December now it's the middle of February and the app shows my order as finished when I never got it. I spent over 85$ and got nothing but screwed order at your own risk!
19$ shipping w/ coupon and takes 2 weeks to arrive?? and half of the products look cheaply made and ugly. Terrible, awful, truly disappointed. Save yourself the time and go to Amazon they have everything on this app for cheaper.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! The sizes are not standard, particularly the shoe sizes for the UK. The size guide for the UK is inaccurate (they told me that there is not a standard for sizing shoes!) If something doesn't fit YOU THE CUSTOMER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE TO CHINA WHICH WILL LIKELY BE MORE THAN THE COST OF THE ITEMS AND YOU WILL ONLY GET A 50% REFUND IF YOU DONT SEND THEM BACK. CON ARTISTS. Your size chart is wrong!!!!!

There's another app that sells the same items and its much cheaper. No shipping method in the Philippines however I was able to order previously for several tines. I don't know what they did to the accnt. They even sent me the wrong colour of an item I ordered.
This app is absolutely awful. Every time I view an item and go back it closes. Every time I try to check out it requires I choose a zone (state) from a drop down menu and once I select and go back-you guessed it, the app closes and all info is wiped out. of course there are coupons that only apply through the app. Total waste of my time.
NewChic is hit or miss. Sometimes the buttons don't work on the app & it's somewhat crucial they do. I had an order that was no longer available & had to choose an option of "refund, wait, or exchange". None of the buttons worked. I had to email back & forth with the company which also is a bit...uh...difficult.
I ordered 2 items a week ago. Since I'm a new member, I "supposedly" have one free item and a discount up to 60% off. I have 3 items in total. I proceeded to checkout and selected COD as a mode of payment. Processing of items have been successful and they're supposedly be shipped on April 1, but when I reviewed my order's history on Mar. 30, they have been cancelled without any notice. I tried to repurchase it but the discounts are gone and the free item is no longer free. Really frustrating.
1st thing I want to say is ,they know how to take care of their customers. I love something new. I really like their Chinese style clothes.All of good quality. At an amazing prices. They have can't get anywhere else stuff. With a huge selection of clothing, accessories, men and women.I would say give try.And you want be sorry.
Original price of products is not really worth the price plus shipping. Seems like the huge discount is a sales tactic. My 1st online clothing purchase ever! The free gift was out of stock (cancel)& the top ordered is actually not the same cutting as the picture showed (quite obvious). But when I email & left low rating, no one responded. My ratings never appeared after posting 2~3 times. All other ratings visible were 5 stars which made me feel tricked. But live customer service is great.
Placed 1 order which had to be split into 2 shipments. I received the 1st, which was just 1 item, but the second shipment never arrived. Tried to report it several times but the app is pretty useless for reporting issues. Reported the issue thru the live chat but now they want me to send all this "proof" that it wasn't received. At the end of the day it's way too much hassle. I'd skip this app if I were you.
Package took 3 months to get here and when it arrived it was slightly torn open. Quality and sizing varies extremely. Some products feel like plastic while others are so thing they may tear off in a strong wind. I ordered everything in the same size and some are huge on me and others don't fit. Do not order from this app. It is not at all worth it.

The products are great and they have a wide range tbh. However the shipping fee is way higher than the product itself.
Really wanted to check this out and give it a try, i have multipule gift cards that they wouldnt let me use which was fine until it took the coupon away so instead of 50$ its now 80$ and im not willing to spend that much on something that might not fit

Outrageous Shipping Charges! I love window shopping here but when I find something I like, I Google search the same product from a diff retailer to purchase. A $300 order costs $79. 99 & up to ship! It's absolutely ridiculous and all their products can be found elsewhere with much more reasonable charges to ship. It's too bad, I had a $965 order in my cart but when I saw it cost $301.99 to ship it, I emptied my cart and found the items elsewhere. Bummer because I could've spent some $$ here!

Be aware, that even when checking your measurements, the size can be off. This is why I can't give a higher rating. Don't order something you need right away. Pleasant shopping on the new site. Friendly efficient calls agents who deal with and without delay resolve issues right away. They also give options on the way to resolve issues. Take special care with sozing. Some garments are slightly smaller than what you think. Only issue really is the postage, import fees and taxes are sometimes more than what your actual order is. This is something to be addressed ASAP. I HAVE CANCELLED A NUMBEF OF ORDERS DUE TO THIS. OVERALL I THINK THIS IS GREAT
I browsed your app to see what's available in my shoe size (13) and there's nothing above 12. Most styles only go to 11.5. The clothing is not my style and appeals to more of a metrosexual style. I'm removing this app because it serves no purpose to me. Thank you!
