For the most part diagnosing, this device is very helpful. Unfortunately when trying to do a firmware updateit will take time out and you are unable to restart the download. You did have to tell a customer you now have to pay for a new control board to be installed. I think it needs some

Up to 30 minutes to update, rediculous. It shut off my range and had to shut off breaker to reset it. Usless app. Don't even know why I downloaded in the first place.

Every time I go to open this in a customer's house it has to do an app update. It's really annoying that you can't just use the app and click install later. Let me finish my damn call then I can update.

Very difficult. Never was able to set up air conditioner. Obviously tried to link service employees to operational app. Useless IMO

For those of you who are downing this app you have to have the Newfi device to hookup to the appliance. Don't give something a negative review unless you know how to use the product first. I have been using mine and it works fine so far.

Company site and directions take me here to set up my consumer wifi device. Nope. Bad app AND company instructions. That's a 2-fer

Worthless, After setting up an account it says access forbidden. Only for GE techs it seems.

its got its problems when you need it the most it needs to up date.

This is the WORST.... DO NOT Waste your time or the Space. You can NOT Sign in unless you are an employee... however, they have a "Register as NON EMPLOYEE! " You go thru All the time of Registering AND even get a: 'Congratulations 4 REGISTERING!" and then DENIED!? Shady, unprofessional and a COMPLETE WASTE of your TIME!
