Useful and designed well. One of the features I like the most is being able to see all the houses made by a specific builder. As you shop for houses, you get a sense for which builders you like. Having that feature is very useful.
Doesn't list same homes/communities shown on desktop site as on mobile app. Does not sync with favorites also, even though same email address.
Overall great app; however, builder searches need to be available. I'm trying to search for a Particular builder and I cannot do it. Most people are unaware of any communities, but the builders, that is more common knowledge. Then one can view what communities are available out there by the builders. As stated earlier, Great App.
Great app for finding new construction homes and communities. Especially like the ability to schedule 1:1 tours within the app.
Navigation poor, not pulling all current homes. Map does not have option for satellite view. Should pull homes by location, not development name

I have the new Home source professional login on the desktop. Was looking for the professional app that would match it. It appears that this app is only for Buyers and not professionals?
Some builders aren't searchable in certain areas like Dr. Horton who builds in Princeton TX but His properties is only listed in one city on the app.
Great App, however I would like to easily locate MultiFamily Homes via search options.
Sometimes there are new homes and new developments that don't show up in the app yet but are found in Zillow already
I was hoping to just go to a map, but that's not an option. It's a very complicated process. uninstalling.
Great for organizing available communities to buy a new house in based on areas of interest. I can easily hop between and figure out the style the builders have based on where their communities are and the things around them.
Dumb. It will only search within 25 miles. What genius designed this limitation?

The app works well except for login. I had already created an account with NewHomeSource via their website. Using the same email address and password in the app doesn't work (I definitely double-checked what I entered). If I enter my email address and select "Forgot Password->Send OTP code", it tells me "we could not find an account matching that email address." I'm inclined to believe the app is using a different account database than the web site, which is inconvenient if you want to view your saved communities/homes across devices.
